This is a great little hotel. We had a great time here. Quick check in and everyone is SO nice here. Great free breakfast and nice indoor pool/spa. Right on the Missouri river and we had a suite overlooking the river on the 3rd floor. It was a little dated, but clean and AWESOME! Would definitely stay here again.

Really loved the riverside location with patio overlooking the river. Adjacent to walking path. Beautiful flowers in beds and pots around property. Nice, clean pool and hot tub. Patio fire pit a very nice touch for the evening. Would appreciate a make up mirror in the bathroom. Air conditioner fan quite noisy. Bath linen kind of thin. Would prefer if overall layout of the room had the sitting area in back by slider and bedroom on the interior.

First thing I want to say is the front desk ladies were wonderful.Chelsea was amazing and followed up with us a couple times. Upon check in we found out the hot tub was out for the entire long weekend which was disappointing bc my daughter loves it.Things happen but I wish we knew at the time of booking.We now checked into the room.It was dirty. I called the front desk and because it was after 3pm no cleaners were available till the following morning. I took pictures and shared with the front. There were cookie crumbs, and pieces, all over the bed and floor. The microwave had red splaches in it.The fridge had black, melted substance all over the inside. There is NO WAY you could not see it if you opened the fridge. The sinks and shower had hair in them. The stove element had food on it. It was filthy. It was an uncomfortable sleep. The next day they cleaned the entire room and the head of housekeeping looked at it ahead of time and after. We also rented a room facing the river with a deck to enjoy the evenings.Unfortunately, I took pictures and shared also, there was a wasp nest an inch from the left side of the deck in the wall of the hotel.You could not sit out there. Again.Extremely disappointing.The second morning a maintenance man came to our room to deal with the wasps. Mid morning. Highly active.I warned him not to as he was just going to try and seal the hole. He must have been stung a dozen times and gave up.No deck & dangerous getting him back in. SO DISAPPOINTING!!

Very large and clean rooms; big tv too which was nice! Great hot breakfast; 24 hour pool and hot tub was very nice! Outdoor fire pit was great also.

The front desk staff were lovely and very accomodating. Unfortunately I cannot give this hotel a good review as it was very dirty. Our room had dog food all over the floor, and it looked like it had not been vacuumed properly. As we had been traveling for 10 hours and had an early morning I did not bother lodging a complaint. Why dogs are allowed in hotels in beyond me...and I am a dog owner, I just choose not to impose my dogs on other travellers and they stay at home with a dog sitter. Totally out of the staff's control at the hotel for the policy that allows dogs, but the cleaning staff should take care to clean extra so that travellers remain unaware that an animal has even been in the room.

Seemed a little neglected on detailed cleaning. Dusty surfaces just above line of sight and I’m not particularly fussy. Thermal cup lids were not wrapped and were covered in dust. Big chunk of drywall missing around light-fan in bathroom left me hoping there wasn’t a camera. Pillows were too puffy and lumpy. It wasn’t awful but didn’t meet my expectations. Best Westerns used to be a higher standard establishment but i don’t see that anymore. Hotel provided body products for shower were gross. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was not clean. Bed had rice in it, pillow case was stained with liquid . Lotion was used. No heat in room and no hot water. When my husband told the front desk about all the issues he said we were confrontational and to leave the property that he was calling the cops. The cops came and we showed them the room. The waited for us while we left. And agreed if they stayed at a room they would want hot water and heat and a clean room. The office was like they are not confrontational let’s leave them alone they are trying to gather there stuff up. The hotel stated you have a a 1 year tread pass against you don’t come back. I said we don’t plan on it.

The room was pretty clean but there were food crumbs all over the counter by the microwave. Staff was very friendly, helpful. Breakfast was great as usual. Hot tub had some broken parts as soon as we turned on the jets a jet piece broker off and all the knock were either broken or not there. The bed was terrible. We tossed and turned all night and woke up with sore backs. We lived the place espicially over looking the river from the balconys and that is why we go to your place weekend we get a date night.

Quiet. Affordable. Beautiful suite room with balcony and river front view. Fireplace, king size bed, two tvs, wonderful relaxing jacuzzi tub. Room was clean, comfortable, maintained. Never wanted to leave.

Beautiful spot on the Missouri River. Watch it though when you book. I thought I was getting a riverside balcony room. Only a few rooms have balconies and I wasn't given one even though the pictures of the room showed a balcony!

Excellent location, especially for us with dogs as there is a walking trail right in front of the hotel. Hotel was clean, room was spacious, but bed sagged in the middle making it hard to get a comfortable night's sleep.

My husband was ill, and I asked for an early check in which they provided for us. In addition, they referred us to an urgent care that we were able to get into right away. Very good service all around. One thing I feel is a negative which is not on the hotel at all, but the Applebee’s that is just down the street has an odd old greasy smell. Just was offputting.

Fantastic staff, and the hotel was very nice. We brought our small yorkie with us, and the hotel was very accommodating. It would be nice if people cleaned up after their pets in the park behind the hotel. Other than that everything was excellent. Will definitely stay again.

The front desk clerk was absolutely rude and lied to me. She told me that I hadn't "signed up" for housekeeping and I had declined that on my checkin papers. Then she told me that she asked me when we checked in and I declined, which she also had not asked. I filled out the checkin forms online and knew that I had not declined any such thing. When I asked to see those checkin in papers I was then told that those services were only avaliable if you stayed 2 or more night, which we were staying 2 nights, and then told me that I didn't get those services because I had booked my room through a 3rd party (Expedia) and not directly through them. This used to be my favorite place to stay while visiting Great Falls. I will NEVER stay here again. And, the bathrooms were disgusting. Dirt and filth in every corner. I took pictures to prove it. The evening before check out, I got an text message from said property wanting me to do my own checkout online as well. Included in this text was a link to "Tip the staff"???? For me doing all of the checkin paperwork online, being provided NO housekeeping at all, being placed on hold for 15 minutes when calling the front desk to request clean towels (which were never delivered).....AND then I was supposed to do my own checkout, too????AND TIP THE STAFF?????Incredible! I don't mind tipping, and I tip well for a job well done. So, I tipped myself a pretty generous amount and I will find somewhere else to stay when I next visit Great Falls.

The entire staff was welcoming and kind. The rooms were so comfortable,spacious and clean. The hotel itself was so much more than what we were expecting, beautiful flowers and outdoor area included a fire pit. You can sit outside and enjoy the river view. A very short walk to a tasty restaurant on a nice path. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Strongly recommend, will stay there again

We had a little getaway for a few days and this hotel was the perfect mix for some shopping and relaxing. Loved the river view with walkway right behind the hotel and the little fire table and chairs out back was a beautiful place to relax in the evening.

Room wasn't ready at check-in time. Many breakfast items were cold and no microwave in the area to heat it up. Almost $300 for a room and no bacon or sausage with breakfast, what's the deal with that? There are better hotel options out there, your customers will just quietly go somewhere else.

Very good hotel. Difficult to navigate TV channels. Next door to Mackenzie pizza and close to Applebees. Have stayed here each time we come through Great Falls and it makes our stay comfortable.
