It was adequate. Check out guy was not nice and I think that a thank you for staying is always a nice touch. Not a word. Some of the parking had no lights so that is not comfortable

I called the motel for the shuttle and was told they have no shuttle service. So, I'm stuck at the airport, unable to get a rental car until 8 am on 9/12/23. I HAD TO SLEEP AT THE AIRPORT!!! CANCEL THIS RESERVATION.

Nothing fancy but that’s expected. Bathroom was really small and ice machine didn’t work on second floor. No elevator so hauling bags up stairs was tricky. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

It’s a great place to stop on a trip for sure. We felt safe, it’s clean and reasonably priced. The parking lot could use more lighting.

Clean and conviently located but a little hard to figure out how to get to - its behind other buildings. Most of the parking lot is well lit. Hey, it's a Motel 6 - good for what it is.

We have stayed here numerous times(about 16-20 times, on the way to and back from AZ). and specifically asked for ground floor as wife has mobility issues. They stated it was a on line booking and could not give us a ground floor room even though parking lot was almost empty, at 7:30 at night. My wife had to climb stairs in lot of pain there is NO ELEVATOR so everything has to be carried up 16 stairs. No help offered even though we are seniors to carry our stuff up.We will NOT stay here again

This motel was in terrible condition, only provided one washcloth in our room for two people, did not have enough towels because they were stained, as we were told by the front door, and my bedspread had blood and dirt on it, and my sheets had hair in them. I had to change my sheets and bedspread myself, and put my new bedding on as well.

Dirtiest noisiest motel ive ever been to. Sent us to a room with dirt and trash all over the floor. Beds not made. Stains on bed. Zero water pressure, water damage. Didnt feel like we could walk on the floor without shoes. Toilet and sink were dirty. Says bo smoking. Everywhere stunk and smelled like smoke and mildew. Beyond noisy in the lobby throughout the night. Dogs wandering around inside. Along with dogs whining half the night in the room next to us. I'll definitely tell everyone to steer clear. Biggest waste of a hundred bucks i can ever remember spending. Very disappointed. Ill avoid all Motel 6's after that experience.

First was how dirty the floors were, which I cleaned with extra towels. 2nd was the tub. It had a dirty soap ring. We showered quickly. 3rd When I turned down the bed I found crumbs. Under the pillows was animal hair. The evening clerk took pictures and gave us clean linens including the bed cover.

Property was very dirty. Door on both bathroom and entry did not work properly. Did not have safety flip latch for door it was broken off. Handle on the bathroom door was falling off. The dirty pillow cases from last guests were on bed. One pillow for two beds. Had to go get Pillow and new pillow cases. Floor and tub very dirty. We travel quite a bit and this has been the worst experience and conditions I’ve seen. The one plus. The gentleman at the front counter was amazing. Felt bad for him. So many guests complaining.

Tv,lamps, WiFi, AC didn’t work. Neglected maintenance and sub standard cleaning. Smeared feces in the wall, build up of cigarette butts in window preventing lock. Discussions with the manager resulted in 50% off next stay, admission that he wouldn’t come back if he were I, and nothing else he could do and didn’t want to talk about it any longer. Expedia could only get the same result with the property, but did offer and Expedia credit for my account.

The room was not clean- the sheets were rumpled and stained. The bathtub was grimey- it had not been cleaned. The towels were stained with make-up, màscara and unidentified yellowish patches. The floor had clearly not been mopped and also had stuck-on grime. The wi-fi did not reach my room on the 2nd floor. The Manager did take a look and took note. She also gave me fresh sheets and a newly-washed blanket. She offered to clean the shower but I declined as I was not going to use it, anyway and I just wanted to go to bed. The heat worked well. Staff member- T…. And Manager-J……, were very kind and attentive. I don’t mind old and basic- I don’t need luxury accommodations but, for $80 without breakfast I do expect clean. Very disappointing.

My room was not stocked with towels or toilet paper when I arrived. I also found a dirty washcloth in the shower. The shower was difficult to use as the shower head wouldnt move and it was pointing mostly to the wall. The pillows are thin and hard. Doubling up didnt help. My remote control was dirty, the battery cover was missing, and it took a few tries to get it to work. They also do not provide a hair dryer in the room, which is generally a pretty basic item in a motel. They also do not come and tidy up your room while you are staying there unless you specifically ask for it. Not a huge deal, but when you start your stay missing towels and toilet pape4 i I have stayed at this motel many times and had no issues, but it has definitely gone downhill from a year ago. Bottom line. This is a very basic hotel. I do not expect a 5 star experience for that price, but i do expect it to be clean, stocked, and in working order and it was sub par this time. The Manager gave us a room that had been used (sheets in bed had body fluids on it). There was 2 areas above the beds that were basically sinner plate size holes. They gave us a second room and there was no toilet paper in it and the second bed had no bed sheet. This place is being used for other activities, do not book here!

Room not ready at check-in so they gave me another. The floor in second room was soaking wet from just being mopped and not dry and took almost an hour to air dry. Cable TV was down so absolutely NO television to watch. I’ve stayed at this location before but this will be the last. Very disappointing. Floor was dirty behind the bathroom door and was clearly visible once the door was closed. There are no hair dryers provided on the bathroom wall, but on a bright note, the front desk girl loaned me her personal dryer which was very much appreciated.

From check in to getting in room. Front desk attendant was not friendly or welcoming. Limited dialogue. Bathroom tub had hair throughout. One bar of soap (not a big deal, but…). Ask guy at front desk to have a look at our TV as it would not work. Still haven’t heard from him. Not sure he understands English as he had a blank stare when we asked him. Thankfully we were just passing through and weren’t staying more than one night. Nationality doesn’t matter so won’t say it. But many guests outside hanging out drinking. Would highly not recommend this property to stay at. We don’t have high standards. But cleanliness is asking much!!!

When I arrived at the Hotel 6 it was already booked to someone else! Very tired after a long day we had to search for a room on a busy Friday night. It took 4 tries around town to find a room and had to pay over $300 (3x our original rm) for the night. It was one of the worst experiences in the last 25 years. I had better get my money back.

The TV was broken upon check in. Front desk arranged to have it replaced by manager. After replacement it did not work. When Manager was contacted to have it fixed she said" If they dont like it they can leave!" My wife was able to hook it up propery and get it working. Managet was unprofessional when dealing with us. WILL NOT BE BACK.

We checked in late at night and was greeted by the very pleasant night clerk. The room was clean and neat. The beds were comfortable. I would stay there overnight again. We reached at night just to sleep and we were informed that rooms are not available, reservation was cancelled from Motel but we got nothing from expedia. We were left to find another accomodation at mid night around 1am at night. What worst a group of 8 excpet after continouse driving 8 hours..!! I dont have 0 or negative star option, otherwise I would have selected that.

When I went to checking their system was down and my reservation could not be confirmed. The fellow was only taking cash payments which would not be returned when the system was back up. Not impressed !!

The price was amazing! Staff were very friendly. Only issue we had was I booked two rooms and only one room came up on the reservation. The hotel was able to get us another room so it was actually a problem we have with booking thru expedia

Pretty quiet part of town. The guy at the front desk was awesome! Me and my son showed up earlier than expected and was super tired from driving and he let us check in early. It's the cleanest motel 6 I've ever been to all the staff are very polite and helpful.

Our room wasn't ready at 21:30. We waited until 22:10 for them to finish cleaning. When we got in the room we didnt have 2 beds which is what we booked and the air conditioning wasn't working. A staff member stated it had been broke for some time. Manager and front desk attendant kept saying we're overbooked...what can we do? Well....you couldve offered a room discount, or restaurant vouchers or any other kind of compensation. We had to book and pay for another hotel because 2 adults and 2 dogs couldnt stay in a hot one bed room. It was 22:40 before we got into our second hotel.

Good for the price. No in room coffee or hair dryers, Direct TV is the only option and when the weather is bad, it drops signal. It must be the wind. It blows hard in Great Falls. No breakfast but, good price. Pleanty if places nearby to go eat. My rating is based on price/comfort ratio.

The room was clean but there was not Kleenex. For a non smoking our room smelled of smoke in the morning when we woke up and during the evening we smelled smoke cannibus smoke. The trash can in the coffee area was overflowing and they ran out of coffee. The trash can outside the main entrance was also overflowing.
