This is a huge hotel with a lot of amenities. It is older (from the early’70’s, and this did show itself in a few ways: 1.)My wife’s keycard had constant problems, 2.)Not all of the exterior entry doors would open with a keycard, 3.) The carpets in the main hallways showed a lot of wear, 4.)The floor lamp in our suite was broken on the main shaft and was leaning up against the wall, 5.)The treadmill in the exercise room had a tear which one can trip on (my wife did). I did like the hotel. It had a good bar/restaurant, the breakfast was solid, the inside pool was designed like the French Quarter in New Orleans, it had an actual dry sauna that worked, it had a huge ballroom, it had inexpensive laundry facilities. It did give me a good throwback to my childhood. If I’m ever back in Great Falls I’ll definitely check this place out again

The pool is very deceptive. There is a 2 foot ledge around the inside of the pool that’s about 3 feet deep. The only part of the pool that is close to 5 feet deep, as indicated on the side of the pool is the very centre of the pool. I found it to be unsafe for anyone thinking they could jump into the pool in the “deep end” that indicates it’s 5 feet deep.

Nice room close to entry/exit door as we requested at the time of booking. Only issues were the hot tub had no working jets and there were no towels available within the pool area and when I went to the front desk to request towels for the pool area they only provided two towels even though there were four of us adults total.

The Heritage used to be a favorite hotel then going to Great Fall. Unfortunately they haven’t kept up with the rooms. They are very worn down. Stains on the sheets and lacking a good cleaning. When checking in twice they sent us to rooms that were already occupied with people. Then the key cards wouldn't work to let us inside from the parking lot. We got a pet friendly room for our little frenchie. And she kept finding old food from under the bed and lots of balled up hair. The casino and the pool were the highlights of the hotel.

There was blood on the bathroom floor and wall. One of the staff members came into our room, when they knew we had one more day on our stay. We wasn't able to get into our room until 630 pm. There was dogfood on the floor and the floors were dirty. The safety strips on the shower floor were black.

Half the rooms don’t have A/C. I requested a different room due to not having a/c. As well as the shower was squeaky and loud not good pressure and the fridge made a terrible noise…sleep was terrible. New room still didn’t have ac but everything else was better. They said rooms with ac were full and limited. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly

It’s a very nice and clean property however very noisy. Can hear through the walls and doors. The pool is indoors not outdoor. Just in a windowed area. The rooms around the pool. Be prepared for kids to be in the pool from 8am to 10pm and running through hallways. If there is a wedding. You’ll also hear the music. Not sure how the further away rooms are but if you are looking to sleep would recommend trying further away.

I was shocked to discover that my room (and others) have windows that just look into the hallways rather than outside. Other than that our stay was fantastic. The staff was overly friendly, the restaurant had amazing food and prices! The complimentary buffet has an amazing selection and is delicious! Rooms were clean and well kept.

. Check-in was efficient and staff very friendly. We had a king suite and it was nice but needed little things that make a big difference to me. No usb ports on the bedside tables, shower was small because of the large jetted tub.with one little shelf to put your shampoo etc on. There is no hook or bar near the shower so you have to put your towel over the shower door and it gets wet. The room was large and definitely had room for a small table or a nice chair or both. The breakfast was good but the lady running it was terrific.

Staff was friendly but you get what you pay for with facility. Key card worked after 4-5 attempts. The pool and wedding was so loud. Make sure there isnt a wedding scheduled if you want some sleep.

The hotel was overbooked. When we arrived, there was a lobby full of angry guests. Most of them left, but the ones who stayed had to wait for over an hour past check in for a room that day had reserved. The hotel was horribly understaffed, and a new computer system made it impossible for the employee at the front desk to communicate with the maids and know which rooms were made available. After about 45 minutes, the girl at the front desk. Finally, I put up a sign explaining what was going on and physically walked the halls to find out which rooms were clean and ready to be assigned. After getting a room, the card keys did not work, which caused more weighting. There were also not enough maids for the size of the hotel. This made the employees that were there have to work faster and caused some oversights. Our room had a dog bone on the windowsill, and dried shampoo or conditioner in the bottom of the shower that caused a slip. The outside door to our room hall completely broke, which meant it's a hotel had compromise security at night. This hotel recently was purchased and is under new management. The new management, it's clearly made cuts and changes without considering the repercussion.

Rude front desk staff (Jasmin). We were told there was no room available even though we had a confirmed reservation. First we were told we were checking in too late and they gave our room away. Then we were told they had rooms available but not enough housekeeping staff to clean them. Finally we were told there was a problem with the “system” and they couldn’t find our reservation. After more than 30 minutes our confirmed reservation was found and we were given a room. Dirty towel in bathroom. Hotel is dated and rundown. Definitely would not stay again and do not recommend.

When we checked in there was a lineup of 10 people and one worker. It took 45 minutes. Then we were given a key that didn’t work, four times, with a 200+ m walk each time back to change it. The lady told my husband we just all needed to be “grown ups” about keys not working this trip and that they were getting them fixed on August 21.

Horrible experience. Waited 10 mins at the front desk for check in. Then she had to call to see if our room was clean. This was 7:00 at night. Room was not clean. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel .

Love the location, the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable but they need new pillows. The on site casino and pool are great. Airport shuttle service was on time with lots of available times. Will definitely stay again and I travel though Great Falls a lot my new go too spot.

For an older hotel, the Heritage Inn is a very good place to stay. Besides their own restaurant, there are three other options - one of which is an amazing Mexican restaurant - all within one block of the hotel.

This is our first time to stay at Heritage Inn. Overall it was a great place to stay. It’s just difficult to find the main entrance or maybe confusing. But to stay wise it’s awesome. Breakfast was great and service is good. We were fully taken cared of on the night we stayed. Location wise is good and easy to get to the road. Once you know the main entrance you’ll be able to say I will be back to this place again.

It’s so nice to check into a hotel and be greeted warmly and cared about by the check-in staff…Shawn was awesome! Great little bar/casino, but they weren’t able to serve food due to plumbing issues. The hot/cold tap in the shower was on backwards and the bathroom vent cover needed a good cleabing, but otherwise clean & comfortable.
