Overall we enjoyed this hotel, but were extremely disappointment when we got there with our child to find out the pool was closed down . The pool is why we picked this hotel so we were very disappointment to find out it was closed. It would have been nice to know this before hand , or to know that they would reimburse us for the local aquatic center before our last night and before they closed …

Very convenient as ski/town shuttle stops just behind the hotel. Breakfast was very good for a "Complimentary" breakfast and rooms were spacious and clean. Only complaint was that the hot tub was not working while we were there.

Good alternative to staying in Whitefish, Montana with easy access to Glacier National Park. Shuttle pick up service from airport was excellent, friendly and efficient. While this hotel is just slightly outside of downtown Whitefish, it is an easy SNOW bus ride into town or you can coordinate with the hotel’s shuttle. The hotel has all of the basic amenities covered. Notably laundry was free, but we did not make use of it. The outdoor pool and hot tub area was excellent with lots of space. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Grocery stores very conveniently located with an easy walk from the hotel. Also a nice walk to the main town, weather permitting. Would stay there again and would recommend. Buffet breakfast had a good selection and a nice spacious lounge area.

Great service! Lots of fun extras: a well-supplied game room; chili available every day for apres ski; wonderful breakfasts with variety every day; popcorn and cookies available any time; tea/hot chocolate bar, and a coffee bar. I was glad there was a fitness room, but it was very tiny. A sign there said capacity 13, but there's no way 13 could fit there - even 3 people would feel crowded.

We booked online the pool was closed, which was pretty much. The only reason we booked that hotel as well as for the gym and all the equipment wasn’t working we almost decided to switch hotels, but the lady said that we had booked through Expedia and it would be a huge pain in the ass to change our booking so we ended up staying.

This hotel is not fancy, but it is a good option. Originally put in a room that smelled very musty. Spoke to front desk and the offered to spray fabreeze and explained it was a pet room. We explained that we had allergies ect and were moved. The second room was much better, and was clean. The breakfast is standard. The pool was good could use some more furniture to spruce it up, but nice to have one on the property. Games area was nice.

Workers at the front desk were very kind and helpful. WiFi was out half of the time we were there, which made it very hard to get work done. Elevator was loud and shaky. We were nervous to use it. In the final night we stayed, the fireplace stopped working. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay from a Best Western.

Breakfast restaurant was not good. Best thing about it was a Starbucks was within walking distance. Room was in need of a refresh, A/C noisy and overall a pretty poor hotel. Wouldn’t go back.

I prepaid for this hotel with Expedia. Upon return from my stay I discovered that the hotel had charged my credit card for the stay, even though the front desk confirmed that I had a zero balance upon checkout because I had already paid through Expedia. I have called the hotel numerous times and just get sent to a voicemail, I've left messages but no one calls me back. I will never be staying at this hotel again, as I am still trying to get my money back from them double-charging me AND I have a $50 pending charge that hasn't dropped off in a week's time.

My stay here over a 3-night visit was almost excellent. Everything was clean and orderly. Fixtures worked and the staff members were friendly and welcoming. Free breakfast was above average quality. I only had two minor problems. I requested a free extra maid service for day 2, but somehow that did not occur. Apologies were offered. Not a big deal, but not “excellent” performance. Also, on the tub filler pipe, the shower head diverter valve developed a loud, intermittent squeal for no apparent reason. Shower still worked, so just annoying. We had our dog with us. The pool and waterjet hot tub were very nice. I would stay here again.

The staff was very accommodating to help us with our train times, which had an arrival time of 7:30 am (well before check-in) and a departure time of 10:30 pm (well after check-out). The free bus into town and to the mountain ski resort stops at the hotel--so convenient! One day we were snowed in but able to walk one block to a great restaurant for our meals. Also, the complimentary breakfasts were excellent, far better than the continental breakfast listed on Expedia.

We booked this reservation through hotels.com a few weeks prior to our stay. When we got there we were told we did not have a reservation and they had no other rooms similar to what we booked. Hotels.com had apparently messed up our booking, and Randi at the front desk tried for an hour and a half to straighten things out with them. That didn’t go so well, so we ended up cancelling the booking that didn’t happen and Randi found us a nice room. She is a wonderful person and made the 1.5 hour check in process enjoyable ( who would think that would be possible). Had a very present stay at the Best Western.

Stayed in a twin Queen Bed room for 3 nights, whilst visiting Glacier National Park. This hotel is superb for the cost. So, the downside (and I'm struggling to find much !) . . . . the property is a little way out of town so we drove. But it's only 5 minutes drive and there is free-parking a-plenty ! The view from any room is not the best. However, on the upside . . . the room had everything required except a safe. So fridge, iron, hairdryer, etc. The hotel breakfast had an excellent & varied hot and cold selection. There was a free laundry room, hot coffee available all day and daily-baked cookies. Staff were all very helpful. Absolutely loved our short stay in this hotel.

Breakfast was weak, out of orange juice for a week! There are two grocery stores within 200 yards. Out if coffee cup lids and stir sticks for 4 days. Pickup at airport was great! Snowbus is great! But I had to pay $60 to get back to airport because my flight was at 6:30am and hotel staff wouldnt get up
