Nice rooms, need a bigger sign to see place. From outside I was a little worried but nice inside. Pool was closed for repair.😢.

Pool and hot tub were not functional and one morning waffle batter was empty. No ice bucket in room. Requested 1 bed got 2.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. The free breakfast was good, had a mix of cold and hot items. Would have been nice to have bacon/sausage though. They did have hot omelettes, waffles, hashbrowns, etc. Room was clean. Room had an internal and external door to the building, which was handy when loading in bags. Didnt use the pool but it looked clean and large.

Canceled because of bad odor in lobby, garbage overflowing bins, pool and hot tub closed.

Little rundown. Needs remodeling. No elevator? Clean. Pool closed.

Definitely an older property, but is kept clean. Pool was closed down for maintenance.

Roomy king suite, good wifi, comfortable mattress, perfectly adequate breakfast. Cheaply furnished but clean. No elevator. Pool, hot tub did not look enticing.

Parking lot was in terrible shape as pertains to snow removal, glad I had a 4x4 truck. Back patio offered use of a grill, which is nice, but not shoveled to access grill and hot tub out of order. After a long day of skiing a hot tub is "essential" at my age.

The room we had was large and clean. The breakfast was also terrific. I can't think of anything worse then having to look around for a place to have breakfast in the morning.

This place was very nice and clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Mattress was great!

As soon as we walked in our room it smelled like mildew and a men’s locker room. Couldn’t change to new room or get a new place because peak drain all places were booked. The bathroom to our room the toilet was slow to flush has to hold lever down, the bathroom vent didn’t work and the beds were worn down like flattened on the edge. It was not a great experience and it was pricy for this room. When you’re on a budget you want a decent place and this was not it. The breakfast was decent continental and the staff were not very friendly. The only ones that said hello were the breakfast employees. It was just an overall not good experience. I should get some money back but was never offered that at the front desk when I explained this to them.. all the problems they put off and to just tell me “well this building is 30 years old” like what!?

The room was filthy, a non smoking room reaked of ciggarettes, dirty carpet and vomit. Hotel was full with railroad workers. Only option given was to check out and find another hotel at 930pm.

We had 2 rooms. One room had only 1 working light. Reported to front desk and was given a different room. Both rooms smelled of sewer. Mousetrap visible in breakfast area.

The room smelled musty, and we could not open the window because it was broken. This is a motel where rooms have both an interior door and exterior door, and our exterior door keycard did not work. We alerted the front desk staff twice, and they kept telling us that maintenance will change the battery, but they never did. Also, there was long hair all over the bathroom floor, and the entire place seemed dirty. This is a dark, dingy hotel with unhealthy breakfast food. It was very disappointing--but the bed was fine, and that's all we needed after a long day of hiking Glacier National Park. It is not the type of hotel you want to spend time in.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. We reserved the Studio Suite, 1 King Bed and we found the room was large and open. It was nice to have a microwave, mini-fridge and mini-freezer. TVs were new and offered all available channels. Wifi was strong with no connectivity issues. There were also some recent renovations performed that helped freshen up the room. Bed was comfortable and the towels were new and fresh as well. The only downside was the pool and hot tub were closed as it was under repair (but scheduled to open in about 14 days). The hotel is not walking distance to downtown, but only a short drive. There are other shops that are close enough to walk to get a few supplies (Safeway, gas stations, McDonalds, Starbucks). My partner and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and visted Glacier National Park (about 30-40min drive). Overall, would stay again.

Door to bathroom could not close. Good bed! Refrigiator nice. Breakfast ok. Not good coffee. Good service at the desk.

The room was very nice and it was large and comfy; however, the pillows are hard as a rock and small. Breakfast offerings were awesome! Also, we were in a room directly above the front door, which was really noisy and difficult to sleep.

Felt the property was way over priced. Hotel is in need of refreshing. our fridge made noise all night. Bed wasn't made up for our second nights stay

The staff was great. I left an item in the room after departing; the staff found it and quickly got it in the mail. The room was in rough shape. Fridge was on the fritz, had to unplug it because it was loud. Could hear talking, tv, anytime our neighbors were using the water, thin walls. The toilet barely flushed, and the bathroom door was in bad shape. The soda machine was completely empty and ate our change. It wasn't worth the almost 300 we paid for 1 night.

The room was ok, fairly large room, comfortable bed. It is a little dated and could use some renovation. The price was too high for what you got. It's a touristy area, so they can charge whatever they want. It felt like 5 star pricing for a 3 star hotel. No housekeeping service unless you request it. Breakfast included, it was ok, nothing special, the usual hotel breakfast food. They had a problem they couldn't get worked out where our keys would quit working every day, so we had to go to the front desk every time we came back in the evenings to get new keys. We had to wait 20 minutes for new keys one night because there was a line of people checking in. Hotel is in a good location for sightseeing in the area. Parking was good, you can park right next to your door. Area felt safe.

Glacier National Park is gorgeous, the staff was great, and let us change our room when we arrived to a first-floor room. Great food in town.

Really liked the vibe overall and being able to open the window for fresh air. Good location to jump to Glacier and also sight see in Whitefish. Note no elevator for upper floor if that’s important.

My room was clean and comfortable. I was impressed with the front desk attendant on 9/10/11 who also serviced the breakfast room. She had great hustle and kept everything well stocked.

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds with decent pillows. Much better than expected free breakfast. Once every 3 days service policy is crap at almost $300/night and not even doing it was horrible. With a 4 night stay it seemed too convenient for them to skip the service after the 3rd night. At the least there should be trash emptied and bathrooms cleaned every day or every other day. Setting a 3 days cycle and not following through is unforgiveable.

We were able to check-in early.

I had to wait over a hour to get my room. I finally got my room at 4:45 pm. The lady didn’t even say they was sorry. If it wasn’t already payed for on card I would have left

My outlet did not work in my bathroom so I had to sit on the floor in the living room with a plug-in to dry and curl my hair for three days before they would fix it. They promised me the day I complained about it that they would move me to a new room the next day but when they found out I had booked through hotels.com. They didn’t do anything. They also said they would refund some of my money but again when they saw it was hotels.com They couldn’t do anything That I’d have to go through hotels.com. I wrote a message to you after I found that out and received nothing back from you in return very disappointed I do not think I will ever use hotels.com again this hotel in particular is not well Kept up does not provide an elevator. Has not worked on their swimming pool or hot tub for months it just sits there. It did not say it was out of service when we booked if I had known that I would’ve canceled and gone somewhere else we looked forward to being in the pool and hot tub when it was so hot out and to relax at night to ease our aching feet in the hot tub this Hotel does not deserve the name Wyndham at all I have never stayed in one that lacks so Much. There were bugs crawling out of the woodwork in my bathroom. I must’ve killed 10 of them. I gave up complaining because it didn’t do any good if you could refund some of my money, I would appreciate it.

The pool heater wasn't working which was very disappointing as we chose it because it had a pool. The fridge in our room wasn't working but the hotel staff quickly brought us another one. The staff were very responsive to any requests we had. The breakfast our first morning was great and the person managing it was on top of things. The second morning it was only danishes and muffins which was disappointing.

The hotel staff [Alese] were helpful & the lady working in the breakfast room kept the breakfast bar well supplied. The TV in our room did not work for our two night stay so we were given a full nights refund. This did cause some confusion for the staff member checking us out who wasn't sure how the discount would be applied and directed us to contact the manager, who wasn't on duty at the time. The fan for the fridge in the room was loud & the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work so it became humid quickly. Pool needed a clean, large ball of hair floating around. There is a limited view as you are situated behind a store on the highway side and at the rear is a parking lot for the hotel and then an area of grass that is unkept. As the rate for this hotel is on the lower end for the area, it is fitting. I chose it as there was breakfast and a pool; so those expectations were satisfactorily met.

I liked that we were on the 1st floor so our room had access to the outside parking area which was really convenient for luggage. Breakfast was basic. The property is a little hard to find in the dark as it's behind other commercial buildings. We were only there for one night and didn't have any issues with our stay.

Simple hotel, nothing fancy. Room was spacious but dated. Wasnt on main road so a little difficult to find

I say limited dinning because most places were not walkable.

This hotel was very close to town and was a very convenient all around location. The staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were good. Currently they are a bit short staffed, but we didn't feel we were shorted on anything. We would definitely book here again in the future. Room was clean, and mostly quiet.

It's not far from the airport

the hotel is fine, pool is out of order and it's kind of hard to find. not near 'downtown' Whitefish. Otherwise, it's good.

The access to the front of the building was awkward. Not far from super market and fuel station. Straight drive on Spokane to the Amtrak Station in Whitefish, MT.

You need to provide gluten free and dairy free options for your breakfasts. And have real oatmeal porridge , not instant oatmeal..

No protein with breakfast. They were "out" of eggs and fruit for 2 days. They needed to run to the grocery store. Breakfast lady was very grumpy. Evening check in lady was very friendly. Tub drain did not drain - standing in water to shower. They had no maintenance guy to handle problems. Big room, but no lighting on half - we had to move the lamp and then choose between having the lamp or microwave plugged into the single outlet.
