There is a charge to park at the hotel (even if you are a guest). So you pay to stay and then a third party company charges you to park. This does not make sense to me and I will not return. I have stayed at other Embassy Hotels and this one was just okay. Shower curtain didn’t really fit so water always got all over the floor.

Everything was fully stocked and clean. The staff were very friendly and we felt very welcome. The pool area was nice as well and was stocked with clean towels. We stayed in the premium suite and it was lovely.

The hotel and staff within the hotel were beyond our expectations. The shuttle to the airport was shocking and dangerous to our family. The driver, “Hause”, came speeding into the entry/drop off area causing people to rush out of the way. He was yelling that he was late and we had to hurry. He threw our bags into the back and told us to hurry up. I asked him to wait but he got angry. My spouse and 16 year old daughter couldn’t get their seat belts on fast enough before the driver sped off causing even more people to dash out of the way of the van, not even fully stopping at stop signs. I was desperately trying to help my daughter get her seat belt on as the van was speeding and aggressively swerving. The drive to the airport was stressful and felt very unsafe as the van was tailgating, swerving and revving at a high rate. I’m not sure how fast he was driving but we were nervous he could crash with his aggression. The rest of the hotel staff was very kind and welcoming.

Great stay, great breakfast, free drinks at happy hour , kids loved the indoor pool water was not heated but they didnt care nearly as much as i did. Will definitely stay here again. Only negative was they charge $11 a night for parking which seems strange given the large off street parking lot without valet

Liked having a suite. Difficult to control temperature in the room. Very busy with kids running around and yelling after 10 pm. Good breakfast. Coffee maker didn’t function properly. Lobby & bar very nice.

Toilet tank water run all night making it in possible to get a goodnight sleep the first night. No room service cleaning until we left when we had remove the No Disturb sign from our door. Explanation given to me by the front desk was this service needs to be requested a day in order for it to be scheduled. Only one of the two phones in the room had a dial tone in order to use. And with that, the front desk button always gave a busy signal. Consequently, I had to physically each time go to the front desk from the 9th room with any questions and concerns.

My stay overall was nice. However, there was a significant past leak noted on the ceiling with what appeared to be black mold. I reached out to maintenance, black mold was not acknowledged, however that section was sprayed with bleach upon my request. It did make my breathing feel better. I did request that room be closed after my check out until the necessary repairs were made. There were no other rooms available and it didn’t feel like finding another hotel as this was graduation weekend any many of the nicer hotels were booked. I was told that I would receive 5000 points for a two night stay to compensate my stay. However, when I returned home, I reached out to Hilton Honors and was told that 5000 points is not enough for a two night stay. I don’t appreciate being lied to and would like my two night stay honors points. Also, the rooms could be cleaner from dust.

It was a great stay, enjoyed all aspects of the facility! The only issue I had was with the housekeeping staff. Asked to have our room cleaned on our second day there, was not cleaned. Had to get fresh towels from front desk. Requested again to have our room cleaned on third day, returned to uncleaned room after being gone all day. Complained to front desk again, they reassured us that they would have someone clean it ASAP, but we would have to leave our room for about 45 minutes-this was around 5:30 pm. Returned to our room about an hour later to find fresh towels on the floor outside the door and the room untouched! Really spoiled an otherwise great weekend. All staff at the hotel were wonderful, just the housekeeping staff was not what was expected at all-not one service the entire time we were there!

The hotel room was dirty and outdated. There was mold in the shower, a dripping air vent with mold, stains on sheets, dirty floors and the best part…bugs! Around the halls and lobbies the trash cans were all overflowing and there was trash and food randomly on the floor. On a positive note, the breakfast was good!

When you walk in the foyer is beautiful. The customer service at the front desk was poor. When checked in I was greeted with an attitude. Our room looked nice until we used any of the faucets and the water would not drain, the toilet gurgled ALL night and the shower would not drain so you were stuck standing in a foot of dirty water. There was also black molding in the shower. When bringing this to their attention they said oh you can grab something for free from the snacks…

Liked the room, in particular the separation between the sleeping area and the kitchen/bath/lounge area. Our shower was a pain. There was a button to press to start the spray, but it kept popping out 20 seconds or less. A maintenance person looked at it, but of course the problem didn't happen then! Annoying.

The property is awesome. Very clean in a quiet location, with great amenities. The rooms were really nice and well equipped. My only concern was the bed was not comfortable. It seems stiff and not soft. I had a hard time getting comfortable. Everything else was wonderful. The breakfast was great. Good place to stay.

The room wasnt properly vaccumed/cleaned after the previous guest checked out. One of the receptionist was too lazy to check if I can have a extended checkout. Sge just gave the standard answer. I approached another receptionist within 30 mins and he was helpful and helped with my extended checkout request

The front desk staff member I experienced wasn’t the friendliness. The customer in front of me received a full explanation of services, events and amenities of the hotel. I was given a key and told that all the information was inside the key folder as she called the next person. No smile or eye contact. I felt uncomfortable so I just took the key and walked away.

Manager Nabbbell is rude mean does not accommodate guess.at all.i left for ababout 2 hours only to come nack to no parking or handicapp.went to the front spoke to the nasty mean Manager Nobell to let him know i paid for parking and theres no no were to park .his words to me was what do you want me to do make somebody move for you.i paid for parking for the full time of my stay.and you dont care wow.that night i went back to the desk and ask for a bandage for my 3 year old grandbaby his words was oh well we had cheerleaders here 3 weeks ago and they wipe us out.i knew that was a lie the security guard that was onduty. When we arrived everything was great! The next day when the staff changed one of the workers were very mean and not people friendly all. We then experienced our sprinkler in our bedroom going off and lost all of our belongings and got no help.

Loved the open concept of the hotel looking down to the lobby area. Breakfast was much better than what most hotels offer, real eggs, plenty of choices. The lounge/lobby area was a great place to cam out during down time. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

My Husband and I enjoyed our quiet New Years Eve stay. The hotel had a wedfing and a gala going on for the new year and we did not hear anything! It was wonderful! The complimentary drinks and snacks were wonderful that evening.The next morning the full breakfast was very very good! Great options to choose from! We will return to this hotel for another relaxing stay.
