This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had in decades of travel. I booked a King Suite, but when I arrived, they gave me a queen accessible room. The biggest problem was the roach infestation. I saw multiple roaches in my room and even in the hallway. As a landlord, I recognize the smell of insect spray, and that smell was obvious. Breakfast was terrible, with almost no food available. I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns, and this was the worst continental breakfast I’ve ever seen. When we asked the staff about the lack of food, they were rude and unhelpful. Overall, this hotel failed in every important area: reservations, cleanliness, food, and service. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it.
