We were here with a team of 6yr old baseball players and the pool was closed. There was only 1 ice machine working for the guests which was always empty. One elevator was not working.

I did not like that the Wi-Fi was unsecured. Even with using it, was not a good connection. The pool was closed. The gate was locked so you could not sit out in the sun. Staff would not unlock it just to sit out in the sun.

Pool closed at a time lots of kids were staying for baseball tournament. Furniture had not been dusted. Elevators worked off and on. Staff was very nice.

Reception was excellent at check-in and check-out. Hot breakfast was also excellent. Convenient to I95. Need to repair pothole in driveway coming into the hotel. Almost lost a tire coming in! Receptionist said she tries to avoid it each time she comes to work.

The staff very friendly and property clean however the main reason we deciside to stay is for the pool but it was not inservice and would have appreciated if it would stated when booked.I would like to express my gratitude for the friendly demeanor of the staff and the cleanliness of the property during our recent stay. However, the primary reason for our selection was access to the pool, which was unfortunately out of service. It would have been beneficial to have been informed of this condition at the time of booking. Thank you for your attention to this matter.The staff was very friendly, and the property was clean. However, the main reason we decided to stay was for the pool, but it was out of service. I would have appreciated it if this had been stated when we booked.

The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were soft. The Tv worked as it should, the temperature could be controlled exactly to my liking and didn’t keep me up all night turning off and on. The hot shower was great. The room and bathroom was very clean. Good choice for breakfast options and Starbucks is walkable too. The parking lot is very small. I arrived about six and there was hardly anywhere to park. It looks like they maybe share parking with the restaurant right next door, but it was pretty full. Friendly attentive staff and my needs were totally met for my one night stay from FL to PA. I’ll be back.

this hotel needs A serious update / remodel the rooms look old and smell musty i originally booked a king suite only to find the furniture with stains . every single fabric Furniture had some kind of nasty stain.honestly the space was very unsettling. the tv in the main area didnt work The wood Furniture felt greasy and there was an awful smell. the stained and outdated furnishings and odd floor plan looked rather ... menacing?? NOT a place i would feel comfortable sleeping. I asked for another room. the staff was very polite and accomodating. The second room was much better than the king suite, however, while walking on the carpet, I stepped in a wet spot. Don't know what that could've been, but needless to say it was not pleasant again the chair was loaded with stains and there is some kind of a musty smell. though not as bad as the first room, but still.... The bed is comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but I can't get over this sense of a down at the heels very Sad hotel. im sorry. if this place ever got a remodel, I would definitely consider coming back however until then I'll find someplace else.

When we first arrived to our room we found the beds unmade and stacks of dirty towels lying in the floor. We went back down and had them reassign us to a different room. The second room was at least made up but still dirty. Trash under bathroom sink and everything dusty like it had not been properly cleaned in a long time. The room was also missing basic condiments like shampoo. One of the worst Hilton hotel experiences I’ve had.

Up on check in someone met me at the car and tried to offer valet parking. The front desk said they don't have valet parking. It was someone trying to steal my car. Parking is limited as it is shared with restaurants in the same parking lot. The carpet floors in the hallways were filthy. The carpet floors in the two rooms I rented were not thoroughly vacuumed especially around the edges lots of dust and debris. I cannot recommend staying here.

Parking last night was terrible. Not many spots available. No ice machine on the second floor. No microwave in the room. Refrigerator needed defrosted and was not very cool. On the plus size, breakfast was great and the staff was nice. Not sure why some of the other things were unacceptable, but for the price I paid for the room, the room and amenities were lacking!

It was a great hotel. Room was larger than most I've stayed in. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was great. My only complaint would be there were only 4 handicap parking spots and I had to park far away. I have bad knees and it was difficult for me

Good location just off 95 but quiet. Room and bathroom was large. Breakfast was typical. Only issues were that shower did not work well- could not get flow on full and the shampoo dispenser was empty.

We were disappointed. Shower handle didn’t want to turn and there was a clogged drain. Water was hot though. No closet to hang my clothes. No microwave. Public one in lobby. No carts to load our luggage. The bed linens were nice. Bed was lumpy, but ok.

Everything was good except maintenance service. Within a few minutes of getting in our room the toilet was clogged. We retrieved a plunger from the cleaning staff in the hallway. I contacted front desk and the reply was maintenance would be notfied of the issue the next morning. We worked on the issue ourselves for two hours!!

We prepaid for the reservation in advance and when we arrived, the clerk advised that she couldn't give us our room as her Audit was not started. We had been driving for over 12 hours and were exhausted, to be told we couldn't have our room after already paying through Expedia was unacceptable. The clerk only went to the back room to "work on it" after i asked a few times why we couldn't just get our room key so we could rest and the Audit portion could be resolved the next morning. Im also an Honors member and used to stay exclusively in only Hilton brand hotels and this was the most ghetto Hampton ive been in. Im very disappointed in the whole experience and will think twice before i stay in another Hampton hotel.

I was greeted at the front desk, I was asked for my id give the C.R. my id she stated because I live with 59 miles of the hotel I needed to pay a $250 deposit. I thought was a stretch. I paid the money. I didn't check in til after 12am because I was on the phone with hotels com for 3 hours and still didn't get help that I needed. on November 2 no house keeping, November 3 no house keeping. We stayed 2 nights no wash clothes or towels. My dad had to call down to the front desk to get some.

I want to precursor the rest of this review by saying that I hardly ever leave reviews. So take this SERIOUS!!! As a single momma to two little ones, along with a pup, I was extremely EXHAUSTED arriving at the hotel after driving from NY in a torrential rain storm for 8 hours straight. However, from the minute I entered the hotel, I couldn’t have been more relaxed, comfortable and happy. Ms. Stephanie at the front desk is by far the most amazing human being I have ever met!!! My son was extremely rambunctious after being cooped up in a car for 8 hours and she went ABOVE and BEYOND what any person needs to do. Not only did she show warmth, kindness and patience, but she treated him like he was one of her own grandchildren. I can’t wait to drive back from Florida and see her again in 5 days!!!! She deserves ALL the promotions in the world and should be considered for a position as a TRAINER for the Hilton brand so that every customer service representative could be as AMAZING at their job as she is!!!! She is an INVALUABLE asset to the brand and company which she represents!!!

The hotel was right off the highway and very convenient. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a full buffet. Coffee in lobby was a plus too. Very happy with our stay!

The breakfast was poor. No potatoes, no muffins, the only fruit were apples the size of plums, seriously the smallest apples I have ever seen. The decaf coffee was warm. I have stayed at this location several times and have never had a complaint about the the breakfast. I don't know what the problem was this time.
