Great folks working at the welcome desk. Napolean and the morning shift lady are friendly. Wish they had free breakfast though. The gym is great and the bed felt clean. Bathrooms are pretty basic though.

Our stay was overall good, but I read that the hotel had a hot tub as well as an indoor pool. The hot tub was not there any longer, and the pool was very small and very cold when we tried to use it. I thought we were only able to use the pool till 11pm, but the last night was told it was open 24/7 which would have been great to know at the beginning of our stay for my kids that love to swim. We were out with family till close to 11pm each night so knowing this would have been great for us. We did pick a handicap room for a bath tub big enough for our kids to take baths and the walls were paper thin. We felt terrible for the people around us as we had kids that do make more noise in the room and a baby learning to talk. I think the information on this hotel should be updated and not state there is a hot tub, and possibly warn parents about the walls in the handicap rooms. The staff was very nice, and cleaned our room and supplied us with extra towels. Over all a good stay.

Entering the building it was clean, ina. Good area, however the front desk staff could have a smile. The pool was cold. Hot tub jets were not working well. One would think as a Marriott it would be kept up.

The hotel advertises a hot tub. However on our arrival on 06/06 the hot tub was cemented. This was the ONLY reason we booked there. False advertising. The gentleman at the front desk was very rude and condescending.

I booked this hotel vs. the others in the same area due to the listed amenities. I was rather disappointed, the pool may be indoors but it is not heated and is too cold to use. There is supposed to be a bar, but they do not have one. The “restaurant “ is very limited and not what I would consider a restaurant. There is to be a Starbucks in the hotel, but it is just a limited selection at the restaurant. The only plus is the room was clean. The beds were mediocre, not the worse but definitely not the best. The pillows are awful, as soon as you lay your head down they go flat. The staff was friendly. There is a lot of businesses for shopping and eating in the area. If I would have been informed properly, I would’ve went with a cheaper option for a two day trip.

It was clean. Pool was ok but sooooo hot and humid because its indoors with the hot tub and no AC. Staff was kind and the rooms are clean. The pictures show a gazebo but its no longer there and it doesnt look like they use the fire pit

I have stayed here a few times, and the staff has always been great. The only thing was this time the hot tub was not working, right. It had to be filled so the water was cold for a while, and the Jets didn’t work at all. We tried to go sit out by the fire pit that was advertised, and it was completely shut off and no cushions out there. That would’ve been fine when they used to have gazebo there but it’s gone as well. Overall, I was fine with my stay. It was comfortable it was clean but the reason I stayed there was specifically for those features so I was a little disappointed there. If they get those fixed that place will be an awesome place to relax and spend the night

Not the cleanest! Our car got broken into and so did my parents! Right in the parking lot! Windows busted out! This place needs security really bad! The hotel absolutely did not care they just called and woke us up and said to come downstairs and talk to police! Said it happens all the time

It was hard booking the right room and i ended up getting one with a regular tub instead of one with the whirpool tub. The t.v was Staticky and only had cable so not a smart t.v like the mariott springhill suites. The pool center reekd heavily of chlorine and unhealthy amount that my eyes hurt just walking in. My kids wanted to indulge so i stayed less than an hour because my eyes couldnt take much longer. The lady at the bistro was kind of dumb or idk. I saw her arguing with a man who asked her for hot chocolate and she couldnt get it right and gave the man coffee. Then i got a parfait and she asked me what size i wanted there was only one. Not alot of options for breakfast or beverages. I strongly preffer the springfield suites or other marriott hotels but i dont think ill be going to the courtyard again the walls are so thin i kept waking up to hearing the downstairs neighbors and just walking in the hallway you can hear people very loudly doing their business. Its in a safe part of town but its still not a great facility

We stayed one night and I couldn’t get out fast enough. The room felt dirty and I noticed that I immediately started feeling like I was getting sick. I pulled the curtain back over the air conditioner and the wall had moldy spots all over the wallpaper- there had obviously been water issues in that area for a while. There was also mold on the ceiling and in the shower. The sheets had big stains on them also. Had I not already put my baby down to sleep in her pack’n play, we would have left that night. The photos don’t represent the property. The lobby is nice but the rooms are a disgrace.

Mold, tub was disgusting black ring, mold, sheeting was stained, they provided new sheets those also were stained. Tub was cligged so the dirty water drained slow left residue and dirt around tub and feet when showering. Questionable stains everywhere

The hotel is in a great spot. The exterior, lobby, and downstairs area were clean and amazing. Once you get to the elevator its all bad. The elevator smells and is creepy. I stayed on the 2nd floor and the hallway was dark, dingy, hot and smelled wierd. The room appeared nice at first glance, probably because it was dark. The curtains had burn holes in them. The couch had brown stains all over it. The wallpaper had strange water leak marks on them in corners near the ceiling. The tv was old, outdated and maybe 37 inches. Can we talk about the dull yellow lights? In every lamp!!! Dull dingy 1970s movie yellow. The bathroom had one light, and when you showered it was dark in the shower. The bathroom ceiling was cracked and peeling. The shower had stains, the walls had bubbles and peeling paint. Oh, the fridge was big enough for like 6 cans of soda and was slightly cooler than room temp. The room also gave my wife and I a splitting headache and made us stuffy. Once we left the hotel, we were both fine within 15 mins.

The online pictures does not represent the actual rooms. Its a non smoking facility, but the smell of weed reeked throughout. The furniture is old and dingy, tub in the bathroom had a permanent stain, wall paper was peeling. I was extremely disappointed that this particular location is part of the Marriott brand.

I was served expired food for breakfast at this location which resulted in a loss of income from my job. Staff was incredibly rude going so far as to accuse me of theft. Room was still dirty, with used toilet paper, used shampoo bottles and use napkins stuffed into the holder. There were cockroaches in the room which I would have let go until the other things came up. The toilet ran the entire time I was there. So far, I’ve had zero interaction with the hotel even though they said they were going to reconcile for these problems. Do not stay here.

First off, we booked a king room and upon arrival we're told we were getting a two double bedroom. This was a trip for me and my husband to be alone and we ended up sleeping in separate beds. I don't even own a double bed at my house. The toilet ran all night long and the room smelled like animal. I am incredibly disappointed

We stayed at this hotel, strictly for the hot tub and swimming pool. Both were indoors swimming pool and hot tub were freezing cold to the staff was fixed. We stayed there for five days. They only came in our room to vacuum and clean the rest we had to ask for towels and for trash to be picked up, very unsatisfied with this hotel the amount of money we spent

First after long ride the front desk clerk was nasty like I was bothering her asking questions about a room I specifically paid for. Finally I got my key and was asleep for a hour before the adjoining room came in loud bouncing off the walls and screaming. They had kicked my adjoining door twice scaring me and my wife. She wanted to leave that night but Expedia has a no refund policy. I guess lesson learned. Shower was amazing.

When I showed up for my room, they told me that even though I had a reservation they had no room for me. They said the room had a water leak and there were no others available at the hotel. In fact, all hotels within 50 miles were sold out due to hurricane Helene. My room was booked at low rate, but just prior to selling out, they were going for more than 3x that rate. I truly believe they sold my room to someone else at double the price. I had to sleep in my car that night!! I would never recommend that hotel chain to anyone.

Check in took 30 minutes and I was the only person in the line. The front desk clerk kept saying she was new. And had to keep calling someone for assistance. I booked a suite and they put me in a regular room. Went back to the front desk and they said the room I booked was unavailable and I would have to see the GM the next morning to get my refund.

I loved that it was very quiet and clean! Napolean was the nicest hotel attendant that I have seen! He was very attentive and always acknowledged my presence with a smile or hello. There were no people hanging out outside which I loved because it gave me a sense of security! I had a overall great experience. I have stayed there before and I will definitely return :)

Absolutely furious. Room was reserved in advance. I received confirmation. I called the hotel to let them know my daughters would be checking and would be late arriving. When they arrived the doors were locked. Then the clerk told them she didn’t see the room. They showed her confirmation. She said she could cancel without charge after claiming she didn’t see the room. She proceeded to finally admit they had overbooked and now my two daughters didn’t have a room. It’s 1:30am at this time and no rooms available for miles. I have been a hotel.com user and I am a Marriott Silver elite member and this how my patronage is rewarded? If they were overbooked the clerk could have told me at 9pm when I called. She gave the rooms away and sent two young ladies out into the parking lot in the middle of the night. Completely unacceptable.

Room was okay. The carpet was dirty and had an odor. No free WiFi in the room. No breakfast included. Coffee in the lobby starting at 7am (I departed at 6:30am). I would have made some in my room had I known. I'd stay here again if I had no other choice.

Too warm in general areas. Service was below par. Charged over $20 extra for breakfast and it was just a small sandwich and a cup of coffee. Disappointed and won’t stay here again.

It looks nice and has high prices. Everything was clean but a few things in our room were broken including the outlets. There’s one small microwave in the lobby tucked inside the market area which was poorly stocked and insanely priced with products double or triple the normal price. Our shower drain was clogged with hair and the water puddled when showering. There was no complimentary morning coffee in the lobby which would’ve been fine if the employee I asked upon arrival had not said there was. The hotel was nicer visually but I wouldn’t stay there again. I had a more pleasant experience at a Day’s Inn so I’ll probably try another hotel next trip.

Room smelled very musty. Missing smoke detector, torn off wall. No towels so had to go get them and when did use them felt like sand paper. No bath soap in dispenser. Halls smelled musty. Party going on in banquet room so very busy and lots of people. No breakfast included and breakfast pay per order bar wasn’t open at 7.
