I didn't like they took the hottub out

Pool was closed. No water pressure. Water was either 50 degrees or 200 degrees, no in between. Have stayed there before and never had this problem. With all the hotels in the area i doubt i will stay there again.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was terrible: stale bread, microwave bags of breakfast sandwiches. Pool was okay but no hot tub. Gym facilities were good and open 24/7. Rooms were musty, can’t open windows at all, a curtain was missing. It was an okay place to stay but more like Super 8 than Marriott.

The staff was wonderful. I didn't enjoy the room next to the fitness center, because it woke us up in the morning before we wanted to wake up. I did not complain about it. It could use a little repai, which I believe they are working on.

Check in was very easy, The hotel honored my request for an early check in with no hassle. I liked that the room had a small fridge and microwave. The downside is the hotel could use some renovations.The bathroom baseboards were very dusty. The towels were dingy, I didn’t use them because I always have my own when I travel. My husband and I made it work because it was just one quick night but we are definitely accustomed higher quality. Also the indoor pool was out of order. It was an ok affordable stay, Front desk clerk was very nice.

Breakfast was good and the woman serving kept everything filled. We used the heat, which was good. The pool was clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hall carpet was a bit dingy. I wish they had a hot tub.

A good value for the price point. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Free parking and wifi, friendly staff and good breakfast options.

Front desk staff was great. Unfortunately someone else over rode my request and verification for conecting rooms after I verified several times that they were booked for me. The young lady at check in was upset as she verified last week for me that they were blocked for me. Breakfast was good. Hotel clean. Pool was clean and pool towels available. Overall a great stay for my group.

We had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Inn. We were greeted when we came in and offered complamtary cookies .They were really good.We really enjoyed the pool and weight room. I loved how friendly everyone was. The tree was really decorated nicely , Jose did a great job ! The continential Breakfast was really good.The sweet lady even made the Belguim waffles for my huband and I.

When I arrive to check in for my stay, there was no one at the front desk to check anyone in. There was a gentleman who was trying to check in, who said he had been waiting for a very long time. Once the front desk attendant arrived, she was very pleasant and was able to get us checked in. Once we made it to the hallway where the elevators were, I noticed they were industrial fans blowing in the hallways on the first floor. When we made it to the second floor, where our room was, there were industrial fans blowing there as well and the floors felt uneven like they were buckling, there were also baseboards missing. One of the mattresses in our room had a large, dark red stain in the edge of the mattress. The bathroom has black mold all over the ceiling and in the bathroom vent! We were able to get another room, and there were fans being blown in the 3rd floor as well. It seems like there may have been extensive water damage but I’m unsure. This room was better, however I was not convertible with the conditions of the hotel at all. After paying $190 for one night, I expected it to be a decent place to stay. I had travelled 4 hours that day to attend a funeral and I would’ve gotten a room elsewhere if I wasn’t so exhausted. No one should be allowed to stay in rooms that have mold. There were bleach marks on the carpet where it looks like they were spraying some kind of treatment possibly. I do not recommend staying here at this time until they do ALOT to fix these problems.

The beds were comfortable but there were a few roaches around but other than that the staff were polite and courteous and attentive to all our needs

Room smelled like mold and mildew. The floor was wet. I heard one of the ladies tell one of The housekeepers they needed to go check room 301. “Because it was smelling funky.” There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom

I don’t like the comforters on the bed. It gets too hot and the air conditioning doesn’t seem to stay as cold at night

This is an older hotel trying to masquerade as an up to date hotel. Our room smelled musty-it was clean but smelled old. Configuration of bathroom was really strange with sink on outside and toilet and shower together in their own room. Also tub showers are very old style and I personally think they are less safe than walk in shower. Also coffee maker in room is convenient but we had no pkgs of creamer/ sweeter etc. just the coffee pods- no attention to detail. Breakfast are was nice but seats on banquette are worn out. Food was better than some hotels and breakfast attendant kept her eye on things. Bottom line- okay for a one night stay.

Bathroom shower did not drain, shower liner issues

Room was clean but small. Sink was outside the toilet/shower area and was tiny. Toilet was so LOW to the ground! And shower did not drain. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast was good, staff was friendly. The hotel was very loud and you could hear other guests in the hallway in and out of their rooms all night. The parking lot light was super bright and shown right in our window and no room darkening curtains or shades. It was like a light was on all night. Not condusive for rest.

Slept great. Nice and quiet and comfortable bed. Ashley was very nice at check in.

Requested quiet room away from elevator and ice-machine. Got opposite. Noise all night THEN loud cleaning staff in morning. No rest! 😡

The room was okay; however, the temperature was off. It was extremely hot. The check in staff seemed nice, but she didn’t elaborate on amenities. For example, there was no mention if the start and ending of breakfast.

The stay was wonderful. The front desk staff were always helpful and friendly. They really made us feel like they were glad we were there. I can't say enough good about each and every one of them!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a bit of a mixed experience. Upon arrival, my first interaction with the front desk staff was disappointing. The receptionist did not offer a welcome greeting or even a smile, which immediately set a lackluster tone. To make matters worse, the receptionist had an earbud in and was talking to someone the entire time during my check-in, which made me feel like I was an afterthought. He handed me my key card but didn’t provide any further direction, like most receptionists do by showing you where the elevator is or explain what amenities were available. It left me feeling like I wasn’t truly valued as a guest. However, the experience took a turn for the better the next morning when I checked out. The receptionist was a stark contrast to the previous night’s staff. She greeted me with a warm “Good morning!” as soon as I approached the desk, and her friendly and welcoming demeanor was a pleasant surprise. It was clear she was focused on providing excellent customer service, which made a big difference in my overall impression of the hotel. While the hotel itself was decent, the service quality really seemed to vary depending on who was at the front desk. I hope they can improve consistency in guest interactions going forward.

Everything was amazing. Staff was super nice, very accomadating. They made fresh cookies and ket us take one. Definitely a great experience

We stayed 5 nights . Room was cleaned only once. And only because we called the front desk.

The check in was horrible due to Fairfield not having 2 rooms booked that I had conformation for. Took over thirty minutes to get checked in due to not having my two confirmed rooms. They had to put family on different floors.

I asked a few times to have my room cleaned with no service.

We were traveling for baseball and always stay at Fairfield Inn because rooms are big enough, ac is cold, staff is efficient and the hot breakfast (w/ something other than just sugary crap). The staff working the breakfast buffet was hustling to keep everything stocked as there were multiple teams staying here with early games. Convenient to interstate, dining and stores.

During breakfast, there's always something missing (milk, eggs, forks, breakfast meat). The front desk attendant had to handle breakfast as well. That was very unprofessional and sloppy. The concrete sidewalk outside was uneven, and I tripped over it twice and dropped the food I was carrying! I have never seen pepperoni served at breakfast! Pepperoni is not a breakfast food! I won't be staying there again.

The hotel is an older hotel and the smell of the rooms were awful. We changed rooms and the second was a little better but when we returned from eating out the smell had gotten worse. I was told told last until 9:30am by check in staff and when I arrived to eat at 9:15am nothing was available and breakfast staff said they close down at 9:00pm.

Super comfortable bed, great water pressure, great breakfast!

Our room was very nice. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Ice machine on our floor was out of order the entire time we were there. The breakfast facilities were not up to Marriott standards at all! Waffle machine was out of order, microwave didn’t work! Food trays week nearly empty at 9:00 am! Never replenished. Decaf coffee pot empty and hot water for tea empty. Serving counters were not clean.

Only a one night stay, but I was impressed with the staff and the breakfast offerings
