Everything was perfect in my room except for the heat. Unfortunately heat was needed at the end of April & the unit only blew out cold air. Call for maintenance and he only said to turn it off so cold air won’t come out. That was his only solution.

Great room. Very clean and comfortable beds. Staff were super nice. Location perfect for concerts at The Ritz.

Stay was good overall. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Unpleasantly surprised by the $10/day parking fee. Check-in staff was not rude, but less than friendly.
