It was clean, but a lot of little inconveniences and poor amenities added up to only an okay stay.

The renovation was like a pig with lipstick. Bathroom appeared to be crumbling apart. The door was leaning off the hinge, and had to be lifted to close each time. Linen is hard and needs to be updated. I didn't try the food, so I can't speak to that. I was very disappointed with the room.

My experience was horrible. My two-night stay was very uncomfortable because the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. The temperature in my room reached 75 degrees, which was unacceptable and caused me to sweat. I reported the issue the following morning. The air conditioning was checked, and the temperature went down to approximately 73 degrees, but it eventually returned to 75 degrees. I reported the issue again, and the air conditioning was checked a second time. The temperature went down to approximately 72 degrees, but in the middle of the night, it increased back to 75 degrees. In addition to the room temperature issue, the customer service I received was also very disappointing. The person I spoke with on the phone had a rude tone and placed me on hold for an excessive amount of time. Because I was already uncomfortable and sweating, I eventually hung up and called back for an update. When I called back, the representative became upset with me for not staying on the phone. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. I expected a comfortable room and professional customer service, but unfortunately, I received neither. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed so that other guests do not have to experience the same treatment.
