Check in was good. The room did not have a tub, as advertised. The lamp needed a bulb which never came. I was not able to get Netflix on the TV. There's no hot tub and the indoor pool was too cold and no towels were avaliable. Paid for breakfast was good, great variety and the very best service.

This property needs a lot of work to be charging the prices. Elevators are way too small and way too slow. The pool area was disgusting and the hot tub was not even working. Staff was not accommodating when we needed towels in the pool area. Had to walk back to our room dripping wet. The ladies restroom was constantly out of toilet paper.

This Hilton is older and outdated. The hotel offers a nice lobby area with Starbucks. The rooms could use some updating. The hotel did charge for parking which was not listed on the website.

Hotel was exceptional clean. Most of the staff was nice and helpful. Pool was heated however several parents brought the kids and basically forgot them. Ran into multiple times and my 3 year old kept getting bumped, and pushed into the water worst part about it I was standing right beside him. Was happening that quick. I understand there kids but the parents definitely need to keep a better eye on them. I know the hotel is not responsible for this but the parents should be. I will warn you there are extra fees to your room that you will incur after you initially pay for your room. Such as parking fee and a incidental fee. Breakfast isn’t included in your room unless you add it to your room order. Lots of parking

Sign up for Hilton Honors so breakfast is free. Otherwise it’s $20. Carpet in room was damp upon arrival. In the junior suite the king bed was around a corner so the AC did not reach it. Pool was advertised as heated year round, but it was ice cold and no towels available. Lobby was beautiful, but rooms were poorly renovated. Parking was easy.

There’s a $75 incidental fee (hold) PER day added at check in. That is not clear when booking. One of the elevators was not working and the breakfast was not worth $20, I could have went to IHop.

Hotel was OK. Elevators were terrible. There are 3 of them. One was broken the entire stay. On our first day there only one was working. The hotel is in need of a remodel. Bar/Lounge Staff were excellent.

We really liked this hotel. The first floor was huge with a restaurant and bar, feeling of a modern grand hotel. We got our rooms late so we were back on the first floor behind the conference rooms but it was very quiet, room spotless, good amenities. Staff was friendly and professional. Definitely planning on staying again when we are in Raleigh.

From the very first day of check in the sinks and tubs were clogged. We complained and our room was never fixed or changed. The bed had bed bugs and we were bit every where. Room services was terrible they charged me for my items that I never received. When I called them from the room phone it took several attempts to reach someone and after 49 minutes they told me I had to do down to the lobby and get my items myself but still charged me and did not rectify the issue

The staff was friendly, lobby was nice and inviting. Elevator was scary with making noises and extremely hard stops. Hallways to rooms was very dirty and not even vacuumed. Room needs an update. The was bathroom awkward as everything was positioned very low.

The light switches don’t work, the shower is extremely cramped. There’s no extra plug outlets if you bring a fan. The tv is really dated. The a/c unit has a weird wooden gate around it. But the most absurd thing was our door has a chunk of wood missing from it near the lock are. Overall but what I expected from a Hilton hotel. The staff when we walked in were really nice though, the bar and social area look great too.

The rooms themselves were run down. Seems like an aging hotel that needs a face lift. The first room we were given had stains everywhere on the carpet and a terrible odor. The towel rack was laying in the middle of the floor. They quickly gave us a new room - it was much better - but still had an older vibe.

It was just an OK stay the rooms were small, but the hotel itself is a little rundown can do some updates. There was stains on the carpet and our room had a lot of dust. The pool area was OK however The hot tub was not working

I will start by saying the lobby is best part of this property. The lobby was clean and smelled great. Check in was not very pleasant the young lady that checked me in did not provide any details about the hotel such as the restaurant pool hours breakfast check out etc nothing. When I asked questions, she seemed bothered by them, so I just hushed to keep things cordial. I am assuming there was a shift change shortly after I checked in because a new ever ruder lady was at the desk when I called down for more towels and wash cloths. There were two wash cloths in the room and two towels for a room that sleeps four people. I was instructed if I wanted them, I would have to come get them not a problem it was the tone that was used. When I get down to the desk 3 other emplyees were just standing around surely one of those guys could have bought the towels up to us. The room was just ok at best very dated upgrades are really needed. The room did not smell clean or fresh. This property really didn't give the Hilton standards I am use to. I will say the morning staff was much more pleasant than the night staff. Jineen was very pleasant and helpful.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Maria (breakfast service) who took extra care to make sure my 3-year old grandson enjoyed his breakfast and felt special both days! The pool was wonderful, the dining staff was also terrific, and the folks at the front desk went that extra mile to be sure the food we ordered in was held for us. We live locally but like to come off-season for the indoor pool and will continue to do so thanks to the staff for making sure everything was excellent once again!

I made a mistake in the booking and Hotels.com was useless in getting me straight. After two long calls of about 30 minutes each on hold I gave up. Joshua Tatum at the front desk resolved my issue. Joshua needs to be managing and training others. I appreciated his assistance.

With the exception of one gentleman, front desk staff callous, uncaring, professional and rude. Not at all friendly (except for one gentleman who finally ended up helping me check in.) Warning to guests: the hotel imposes a $75/per day hold on credit card for “incidentals”. Takes 5 business days to be credited. When I checked out this morning I was told they couldn’t check me out at the moment because they were in the middle of an audit. This was 4:15 am. When I received my receipt via email, I had been charged parking fees for three days even though I didn’t have a car. The hotel is tired and the front desk ladies must also be tired because they seemed so disinterested and grumpy.

Check in took a while because my Expedia reservation was not showing on any screen so the manager had to go in the back office with my Expedia confirmation number to locate it, then needed reminding that breakfast was included in my reservation. Otherwise, an excellent stay.

I stay with Hilton frequently and am a Diamond member. I was only notified that the Executive Lounge had been closed for 2 years an hour after checking in when I went to the front desk to ask about it. The amenities don’t match what’s advertised. The breakfast was good and parking was easy.

Excellent hotel overall. I enjoyed the restaurant/bar but I felt it was a little over priced especially considering the restaurant grade at a B . The room was nice; was disappointed they didn’t have the dispensers for soap and shampoo I like those better in hotels. Again, overall excellent stay for the price , just sharing my honest opinion.

Well it was a nice stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was very slippery and there’s no counter space to put anything in the bathroom and what there was you couldn’t put anything down because it would slide off. The staff was excellent. Food was phenomenal.

The lobby was gorgeous but the rooms were lack luster. Stained rugs, flooring had gaps, furniture had scratches. The bathroom although very well lit was very small. Good amount of mirrors. Don’t spend the extra $9 on breakfast even in warmers by the time you sat to eat everything was cold. Location is great plenty of food and shopping near the hotel.

Nice hotel. Lobby is gorgeous. Rooms are scheduled to be renovated soon but are not bad now. I used a hotels.com filter to look for included breakfasts and the selected this hotel based on this search. They serve breakfast but it wasn’t included and costs $18. Also there was an $8 fee to park.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. We checked in early with no problem. We were assigned our room smoothly. The restaurant is way too expensive. $30. Per person for breakfast is outrageous! Cheaper alternatives should be available.
