The hotel itself and our room was very clean and well kept. The outdoor pool area was very dirty though. The pool is surrounded by trees and so a lot of debris had settled on the bottom of the pool and there was garbage and used towels all over the area. The location was excellent and check in was very easy. Breakfast selection was decent as well.

This hotel is not what I expect from the brand. There were no luggage carts, huge red stains on the carpet, and housekeeping didn't clean the coffee pot from the previous guest (terrible surprise first thing in the morning). The "kitchen" was subpar with no spoons and only one fork. There no condiments with the breakfast and the eggs were cold. One elevator was broken and the check in staff was rude.

My biggest issue was that I paid extra for a “balcony” room and there weren’t even any chairs on the balcony. The breakfast was ok, the happy hour was not good. The room was dark and lit poorly and most of our outlets were too loose to hold a plug. The lobby was nice, the pool wasn’t open yet and it was the 1st part of June! I expected more for this part of town

Not terrible, but a lot to dislike. Although the room itself was fine, there were some problems. We had a couple spiders in the bathroom (not a huge deal), and the shower curtain didn’t stay closed. Maybe the rod itself was put in wrong, but the curtain would pool in the center and water would get out on the ends. I reserved a room that slept 5 people (king suite), but there were no linens for the pullout couch. I called to have some sent up and was told it might be a while. After it had been "a while", I called back and was told the same thing. By this point, it was going on 11 pm. I went down to the lobby to inquire in person, and there was a lady who had been waiting since 4pm for her extra linens. I've never been to a hotel that didn’t have the linens already in the room, and many have extra blankets and pillows even if there's not an extra bed. As we were getting an early start the next morning, having to wait that long was not ideal. Never when I was in the lobby was there anyone at the front desk, unless helping someone to check in. Always had to wait for someone to come out from the back. The next morning, I tried to use the business center to print something out, but the computer wasn't working. The front desk person seemed to be annoyed, saying someone was there to fix it and they had told him it was working. He was able to help me get my printing done by emailing it to him directly. He was very helpful. Not horrible overall, but don't recommend.

I like it has a kitchen but the fridge didn’t keep things cold and the ice maker didn’t work. The morning I checked out there was a cockroach climbing the walls in the room. Room is very old and outdated. They need to renovate.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The bottles of waters at check-in were a nice touch. The linens were clean. The proximity to the bike trail was great. However, not a Hilton "feel" at all. The property is dated and needs a lot of updates and overall maintenance. The biggest issue for us was the weird humidity and mildew smell that they tried to cover up with green tea essential oils. The room itself was hit or miss on cleanliness: mold in the shower caulking, dead bugs in the windowsills, thick dust, and stained carpet, walls and furniture. Deadbolt didn’t lock, we had to put a chair against the door for a minimal security measure. Additionally, we weren’t told about any youth sporting tournaments. At 11pm on our 2nd night, our neighbors arrived and I woke up to my headboard shaking from children going wild in the next room. I reached out to the number provided for help but didn’t have a lot of success. Only one questionable elevator. The pool was overly cloudy with chemicals, not well maintained, and landscaping was overgrown. The mattresses were terrible. Only 1 waffle machine. The staff was so nice though and brought linens for the sofa bed. Really, if they weren't so nice, we would have given less stars.

The facility was dirty, carpets, walls, couches. Elevator not operating properly. No linen in the room for the pull out sofa. When I called for linen they said I had to come down to get it. My brother went down to get water and snacks and no one was at the desk. He waited for over 5 minutes and no one came. The tub was dirty. Floor corners dirty/ dust webs. We went down for breakfast at 9:10. There were no clean plates. Food containers were empty, bacon, hash browns. The lady came out and washed plates in a disgusting bucket of water and then took them to the back, seconds later she brought them out and put them on the rack. There’s no way those plates were sanitized properly. Perhaps you should close during your renovation. On the website you have 4.5 stars. That’s not true nor accurate. My family was in Raleigh from Maryland for a medical emergency with a family member and we were not able to rest in your establishment.

Staff was very friendly, however the hotel was not worth what I payed. The pictures were very deceptive. The entryway was nice, and smelled delightful, however the elevator was my first red flag. My room smelled so bad as soon as I walked in, dingy and old. The ceiling was falling, the floors were stained with what looked like blood and other things. The walls were stained with finger and hand prints. And worst of all, ROACHES! The room was gross. I didn’t even want to sit on the couch. Or lay in the bed. The front desk was kind enough to offer me another room, but I just wanted to leave. I hope they can make some updates, it was 100% not worth what I payed.

Multiple people requesting refunds. AC either not working or leaking in rooms and soaking carpets. Bugs, dirty bathrooms. Stains on sheets. This place was disgusting and thankfully they gave us a refund. Pull out couch was broken. Room smelled like mold and the table light shade had mold spores on it. Don’t stay here!

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times and each time it seems to keep getting more downtrodden. It’s in desperate need of a remodel. I enjoy it because it’s spacious and nice to be “home away from home” but the interior conditions are run down. The wallpaper looks like there was a flood in the room. The shower was covered in rust stains. The bedroom curtains had weird stains all over them and some how I kept finding super long black hairs in the bed and on the sofa. It’s not bad but for the amount they charge for a room you can get something nicer across the street. The elevators also hardly ever work and if they do they’re very slow. The staff is always friendly and accommodating it’s just the property itself needs a new facelift.

The room was adequate. I thought since it was a Hilton, it would have a higher standard. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly and it was quiet. However, the air conditioning did not work well and it was not air conditioned in the hallways. Made for a musty smell. We had to rearrange the room to get the sofa bed out, which made it a challenge to get around the room.

I am a Hilton Honors Member and try to use Hilton on all my business and personnel trips. The rooms are dated, carpets and furnishings were stained. The first set of room keys did not work for either room (had 2), had to get new keys and to open the door had to turn handle up, not down as normal. Attendant said they have issues all the time. (well then why are they not fixed?) When the AC unit kicked on it made a terribly loud banding noise every time, enough to make you wake up from sleep. The second day, went to the desk to get clean towels and was told until we brought the dirty towels back to the desk we could not get clean towels. Attendant refused to give my wife an extra towel only 2 allowed per room. I have NEVER been refused a towel in any other motel. Due to the AC unit cycling on and banging I got very little sleep, Very disappointed with the property and I will not go back there again.

We rested really well, I liked that you could not hear traffic going by, and the hotel overall was pretty quiet. The only problem we had was that there was no room for the couch to pullout for our Son, the dresser and tv was in the way.

The staff was great, we asked for additional pillows and they brought them right up. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was warm and we could not get it to cool down. The shower head could not be adjusted.

I read reviews that were saying this was an awful outdated hotel. Yes it is a bit outdated but my room was way larger than I anticipated. One of the elevators still isn't working. The veil fan made a lot of noise if I turned it on high. My carpet in the bedroom portion of my suite was torn. The sheets are all that thick and the pillows weren't great. I would stay here again but would request the same room since I k ow what to expect.

The veil fan made a lot of noise if I turned it on high. My carpet in the bedroom portion of my suite was torn. The sheets are all that thick and the pillows weren't great. I would stay here again but would request the same room since I k ow what to expect.

We booked a two bedroom suite last minute on the way home from a trip. Room was pretty run down and furniture in common area was dingy and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The bathroom door in the king bedroom didn’t close at all. The door was damaged and swollen. The bathroom door in the other bedroom closed but was very difficult to get back open. Beds were ok but pillows were awful. It worked for the night but I definitely wouldn’t stay longer than that. From the outside of the hotel and for the price I had much higher expectations for this place.

This hotel is not what I expect from the brand. There were no luggage carts, huge red stains on the carpet, and housekeeping didn't clean the coffee pot from the previous guest (terrible surprise first thing in the morning). The "kitchen" was subpar with no spoons and only one fork. There no condiments with the breakfast and the eggs were cold. One elevator was broken and the check in staff was rude.

I was a later check in than usual. When I initially arrived at check in time my room was not ready. That’s wired because I called ahead and spoke with someone at 1:00pm saying it was. The front desk clerk expressed it wasn’t nothing I could do but was welcome to go shopping if I’d like while I wait. Furious I returned with my tired neices and nephews whom I had not seen in a couple years around 9-9:30pm. The clerk at that time had me wait while she readjusted my credit card becaue she had not saw that I was pre paid. That took a while then she sent us up to the 7th floor and the keys was not activated!!’ This happened 2x and she had and attitude the entire time. Not once apologizing for the delay. Not once offering water not once smiling. This is not the Hilton way and as an honors member we should be honored. The property was great but it just didn’t meet hospitality standards. I’ve tried twice today to reach a manager and was told they something along the lines of they don’t work on the weekend!!! Wow amazing I can’t even make my complaint?

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and after I requested multiple house keeping service to my room and repairs to toilet , they never came. They would come and just make the bed, never give me clean sheets and pillowcases after I’ve requested it multiple times. The front service is awful at answering any questions and I would never stay here again. Avoid if possible.

Not terrible, but a lot to dislike. Although the room itself was fine, there were some problems. We had a couple spiders in the bathroom (not a huge deal), and the shower curtain didn’t stay closed. Maybe the rod itself was put in wrong, but the curtain would pool in the center and water would get out on the ends. I reserved a room that slept 5 people (king suite), but there were no linens for the pullout couch. I called to have some sent up and was told it might be a while. After it had been "a while", I called back and was told the same thing. By this point, it was going on 11 pm. I went down to the lobby to inquire in person, and there was a lady who had been waiting since 4pm for her extra linens. I've never been to a hotel that didn’t have the linens already in the room, and many have extra blankets and pillows even if there's not an extra bed. As we were getting an early start the next morning, having to wait that long was not ideal. Never when I was in the lobby was there anyone at the front desk, unless helping someone to check in. Always had to wait for someone to come out from the back. The next morning, I tried to use the business center to print something out, but the computer wasn't working. The front desk person seemed to be annoyed, saying someone was there to fix it and they had told him it was working. He was able to help me get my printing done by emailing it to him directly. He was very helpful. Not horrible overall, but don't recommend.

Excellent stay for a night as we traveled to NYC. We had a restful sleep, the bedding is always so fluffy and crispy white. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the location was close to a shopping mall and a nice Mexican restaurant. The service was excellent and we would stay here again. The view from our window was a lush and green landscape of the nearby forest. Very serene.

We have stayed in multiple Homewood's because they have been consistent; except for this one. The entire hotel beeds to be updated and repaired. Breakfast hours were 6:30-9:30 but there was little to nothing left by 8:30 with nothing being replaced even though there was still an hour left. The room had a light with a switch we couldn't find so we had to unscrew the bulbs, the kitchen area had the basics for plates and utensils, but not enough if you needed to prepare even a small meal in your room. The location was convenient but otherwise, disappointing from a name we trusted.

The property was conveniently located near the venue we were attending. Upon arrival, we awaited a lady to check us in. When we arrived at our 4th-floor suite, it was warm, even with the thermostat at 68 degrees! The fan above our bed ticked like crazy all night. We had only three total pillows, and they were very flat. I did not sleep well at all! At breakfast, we had egg pancakes & wedge potatoes. There was no protein (meat). Overall, it was not a very exciting stay. The pool was also filthy. We didn't even bother going down. Not what one would expect from a Hilton-run hotel. Disappointed.

The photos to advertise the room were of what they expect the rooms to look like after renovations. Either that, or they were AI generated. The rooms, halls, and basically everything was nasty.
