We always stay here when we visit our son as it is close, has good, facilities and it's kitchen is open until 12:30am. The only thing that wasn't good this time was that only 1 out of 3 elevators was operating. Not good - but we figured that repairs would be shortly forthcoming.

From the moment we arrived, the service at the Marriott was top-notch. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. Our room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable…the perfect retreat after a long day. The amenities were exactly what we needed: a well-equipped fitness center, a relaxing pool area, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations with fresh, flavorful meals and excellent service. Location-wise, the hotel was perfectly situated… close to everything we needed but still quiet and peaceful at night. We genuinely felt taken care of and valued as guests. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travel. We’ll absolutely be back!

We were booked on the concierge floor and were supposed to have continental breakfast available in the lounge in that floor. The lounge was closed but the hotel gave us vouchers to use in the restaurant, so we had a great breakfast every day.

The staff was amazing. Never encountered any staff that was unprofessional. The gym and pool was good. There were a couple of issues with the room bathroom. The handle on the shower door was broken. The room refrigerator was not clean nor keeping anything cold. The website said free continental breakfast and pay $25 per person in the sentence. That was confusing.

The location was very good because it was across the street from a mall which had numerous restaurants from which to choose and good shopping.The hotel lobby was inviting. The staff at reception were not attentive the night we checked in. I knew in advance that parking was$10a night but there was no need to charge this during our stay because the lot was nearly empty each day. I think it should only be charged when the hotel is at capacity. The pool was nice but the outdoor seating is showing signs of wear and tear. Our room was small, comparing it to our room at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square NY. It was very quiet, overall comfortable not it is time to pay more attention to detail in cleaning the grout and caulking in the shower. Also, the shower is very low flow, which is not enjoyable. When we requested extra towels they came immediately and we requested a quiet room on top floor; it was granted without hesitation. The breakfast at Braise was delicious and the food we ordered from the kitchen at night was really delicious, piping hot and had the offerings we desired.

It is an older property which has been uphraded very friendly staff across the street big shopping center and nice restaurants. One thing we did not like is if you are not Marriot Envoy you need to pay daily wifi rate!!! We travel a lot and we eere shocked that Marriot still operates based on 20 years ago. All hotels that we have stayed so far last two yesrs have free wifi.

It was alright. The bed was not very comfortable and there were no extra pillows or blankets in the closet. I forgot contact solution and most hotels I’ve stayed at has some and they didn’t. We had to go out and get some which was disappointing. There were also loud kids running up and down the halls at 11:30 that woke us up. The bar did offer free refills on my coffee which was a nice surprise and the sitting area outside and the pool had nice lounge areas.

The area around the hotel is nice, the rooms are clean but 2 out of 3 elevators were not operating. We also had cleaning staff leave trash bags outside of our room for 24 hours and there was dirty glassware left in the hallway for the entire trip. The cleaning crew just walked by the stuff and never picked it up.

First of all, have stayed there for several years on my way to Florida this year. Went there upon opening the bed. After driving a long way, there was stains all over the competer. And dirty sheets made up in the bed. Bathroom floor was filthy clock.Drainz, and then they charged me ten dollars for parking without my permission.When I called, they said they credit it back and never did very sad add this trip

It was clean and convenient. The rooms were nice. The beds were comfortable. Everyone we encountered that worked at the hotel was very friendly. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool to just unwind(even though it was March). The restaurant/bar stayed open until 12:30 which was nice to grab some food late. Even though it stayed open late the bartenders were very friendly and it wasn't a loud "bar crowd". We highly recommend!! It was very relaxing but also professional.

Good location. Hotel kept in goog condition. Bed hard,shower pressure had no pressure, no mirrors in room, no microwave in room. Have to go to the end of the hallway to use microwave. Tv selection limited. No movie channels but you can log into your own netflix. They also charge $10 for parking. Hate that.

The property itself was pretty nice. However, the room we had was pretty terrible. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, and in the main room. There were yellow stains on sink. However, worst of all was the bed. We woke up in pure pain, the nights we were there, and even left a day early because we could not stand sleeping on that bed anymore. It felt like we were sleeping on a piece of wood, with a thin mattress topper on top. Thankfully, during the day we had things to do, but at night we dreaded going back to the hotel. Finally, we said we had enough and left one day early to make the nine hour trip home so we could actually sleep in a comfortable bed.

The hotel lobby and amenities were great. The bartenders, the food in the restaurants were also excellent. The young man at the front desk I believe his name was Otis was extremely unfriendly. As a Marriotts loyal member I have never come across someone at Marriott with that demeanor. The remaining staff seemed to be very nice

I’ve been a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member for years, but my recent experience at the Marriott Crabtree Hotel on October 26th was deeply disappointing. After arriving at the hotel around 10:30 p.m., I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and they had guest who refused to leave the premises, and we were "walked" to a different hotel without any prior notification. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication. As a guest, I would have expected to be informed in advance if my reservation couldn’t be honored. This would have given us time to make other arrangements, rather than showing up late at night and scrambling to find a place to stay. When we arrived at the Hampton Inn the guest did not receive adequate instructions which created more confusion and frustration. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the way this situation was handled fell far short of Marriott’s typical standards. Being walked to a non-affiliated hotel added to the inconvenience. I hope Marriott takes this feedback seriously and improves communication in the future. This experience has left me reconsidering my future stays with the brand.

A lot of the staff are very rude, there is no overflow parking for events. So if there is an event going on at the hotel, your screwed. Also, you have to pay for parking, breakfast and no late check out was given.

The property and room was great.. My only issue is that I forgot my electric toothbrush with the case and all. I called them the next day and was transferred to housekeeping and immediately got a voicemail. I left a message and the whole day went by without a return call. Called back the next day to have someone rush me off the phone saying they didn’t find it. So my point is you’re just throwing away a big white case that you find in the bathroom and don’t think it could be something important left behind? Not good!

Despite a piece of a valve breaking in my room, this stay was excellent for me. Even with the break, I went to the front desk and they IMMEDIATELY sent an engineer to my room to fix the problem. The staff was courteous and the facility was clean. Even doing laundry was convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are out of state. It is located in an area that still alllows you to do different things in Raleigh and not have to travel 30+ minutes for activities.

Staff was friendly, courteous, respectful, and very helpful. The room was clean, had plenty of towels, and spacious. I love the fact that all rooms had showers instead of tubs. I didn’t have to worry about the difficulty I have getting in and out of a tub. I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this hotel. I will book again in the future

The hotel was great. Our only disappointment was breakfast. They didn't offer the buffet, so the waitress we had was terrible. (Oomie)she had a horrible disposition and it seemed as if only with oir table. Our food came cold, she never acknowledged us when we tried speaking with her,and her overall aura was very ugly.
