The advertise a gym that they don't have , the bathrooms are really small, the hallways are dirty and we had to get a new key at least 3 times because we kept getting locked out our room.

There's only one main door in and out of the hotel, with the other with a paper notice stuck to the door 'for emergency use'. If you are on the far side of the hotel, it's a long walk back and forth just to get to your car. The main bathroom next to the dining area is marked out-of-order. It's an okay property, but not great.

I have a very bad hip and is going in for a hip replacement. On my arrival at the property, I was told the elevator was not working and that it been out for almost 2 week!!! I asks for a first floor room and the man at the fount desk was very rude and told me that I had to go on the third floor!! It was very painful to negotiate all the stairs to my room! and the breakfast was limited to almost nothing! WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN!!!

Very dirty common area. Room smelled, no ice machine, sketchy area, horrible continental breakfast. Would not recommend. Also the charge a $5 service fee when holdi g incidental deposit. Never seen this non refundable charge before.

Horrible. The peeps next door sounded like they were training for the Olympics the whole time. Then, some chick was screaming, yelling and cussing walking up and down the hall. Reported it twice but it went on for over two hours. Breakfast was meh. Shower was great but the door leaked all over the floor. Lighting stunk. No bedside lamps at all. Stayed two nights and they never came to clean or replace towels. The only vending machine was on the third floor, took my money for a little tiny bag of Cheetos. Went to the desk and they said “sorry”. Just checked my online banking and sure enough I was charged $10.41 So yeah, how would you rate it?

Only one entry & exit, I was far away from entry/exit. Breakfast had to be eaten in cafe, that is not for me, I go out anyway and bring back to my room. The location was safe and clean.

The hotel room was severely odoriferous, with an exceptionally dirty floor, and the bathroom was in a state of disarray. It is astonishing that a hotel in 2024 could be so unsanitary. The bathroom was infested with mold and green mildew. The sheets were also noticeably unpleasant. I checked in at approximately 11:30 AM and promptly checked out. The hotel urgently requires an inspection to address its hygiene concerns.

There were bullet holes in the car next to us. Went to use the bathroom in the room and a cockroach crawled out. The chair in the room is peeling. There were random hairs in the sheets that were there when we showed up. Staff was nice and friendly though.

First room they gave me. Housekeeping wasn’t done making/cleaning room as the bed wasn’t made, second room I had to turn the heat all the way to the 80s to heat room up so had to go get another blanket. A tv guide or a button on remote would be nice as well. The wall into toilet area had stains going down the wall. Also. The dresser drawer hasn’t hanging off on right side so made use a little difficult.

During our one-night stay, we killed 3 roaches. The floor in our room was dirty. It needed a good mopping. This hotel was disappointing. We've stayed at other locations and never had this issue.

Rooms are kind of small, but they do the job. The place just seems a little outdated. Kinda has a musty smell. Just gives vibes of maybe a need for a renovation. It was clean when we got here and everything is within a good distance.

I wasn’t comfortable sleeping under the covers. It was very run down. There was a crack in the window (looking out into the beautiful parking lot/ freeway). I also heard multiple fights outside at 2am. I didn’t feel very safe.

There was no way to keep the bathroom floor from getting wet when taking a shower. No lamp in the room, especially next to the bed. The only light was over head and not near the bed. the light switch was next to the enterance door. There was no protein in the meal, nor was there any fruit. most of the noise came from the parking lot outside my window.

The room was clean and it was quiet, however, initially the a few outlets in the room didn’t work, when I woke up the next day, all of my outlets were out, called front desk, the only response was they know and are planning to change them out, totally unacceptable to rent a room out without all the service elements working.

The property had a smell and the bathroom in my room was so tiny. The shower leaked water everywhere. The outlets didn’t all work by the bed. The remote didn’t have a back to cover the batteries. They swiped my card when we arrived for incidentals and the charge is still pending a week later. Not impressed.

3 star experience at 3 star price. Room was clean, but smelled like a swimming pool. The smell was strong enough to stay on my clothing after i checked out. Stayed for several says, but never swapped out my towels. Not disappointed, but not impressed either.

Rude, not honest, wouldn’t give me a refund. Went to 4 different rooms. First 2 rooms didn’t have ac, the 3rd room someone was in and the 4th room did not have working ac either. I left. Called Expedia for a refund and they said they had to get the refund from the hotel, they called the hotel and the hotel refused to give a refund. Rude, not honest!

I called the Quality Inn to confirm my reservation, I was told that I would be ok if I came late.When we arrived, I was told they canceled my reservation @ midnight & they were booked for the night.I had to drive around @ 2a.m. looking for a place to rest 3.5 hours away from home.I DON'T RECOMMEND BOOKING HERE!

Upon entry, I was taken aback at how great the lobby looked, it smelled clean and the staff was very friendly. I was upgraded to a suite at no additional charge and there were no problems thru the night. Thanks Choice Hotels, Quality Inn & Hotels.com for everything. I’ll be back definitely

The breakfast was only a bit disappointing. Cereal breads etc. only thing hot was a waffle. I was hoping for sone eggs and bacon/sausage. The building was a bit older but clean and further price point it was fine. 10 mins to get to downtown for a concert.

Overall not bad. Recently remodeled, but the shower leaks all over the floor causing the flooring and subfloor to be soft. Nice continental breakfast. Friendly staff.

Overall it a good place for a over night stay. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower door did not have a good seal, so there was some water in the floor. The breakfast had a very limited selection. Was not very appetizing.

The property itself was clean and they did very well not having the rift raft in the area come in the hotel. For the location, it was pretty decent. Clean room, comfy bed, shower could use some maintenance. Breakfast was okay, not much hot foods, but it did the job. I would stay here again if I needed to
