The room we were in could use a decent cleaning. Top covers (bedspreads) on both beds, which were solid grey in color, had obvious large areas of oil, not sure if it was personal pleasure oil, but it had something brownish mixed in with it. They were rather sickening to look at. Also, the floors were filthy! The refrigerator rocked when opening the door and one of my drinks spilled on the floor. When I wiped it up, I couldn’t believe how dirty the towel was. You can to be very, very careful when opening the refrigerator. And, the toilet wouldn’t flush unless we took the top off the tank and pushed the button from the inside. We were greatly disappointed.

When I arrived to check in, the associate advised me there was a 100 dollar deposit that was cash only that I needed to stay there. I let them know nothing of this was mentioned in the itinerary, anything we read or anywhere on line, they then said it was at the managers discretion. I asked them if there ATM worked he said no,so I had to leave, drive about 5 minutes to go to an atm, then come back pay that before I could check in, I got it back the next morning, but it was the annoyance of not knowing, then having to leave to get cash. The bed in the room was very very hard, and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest.
