The room was not cleaned before we got there. There was a cup stain with ashes on the table. Dirt was on the floor under the sink. The sheets were dirty with stains on them. The pool even looked dirty. A bed bug bit my friend in the room 210. We were changed to 206 with bed bugs in there as well. We were supposed to be there for a week and checked out after a night!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL. Would not let me upload pictures!!

The lobby was always locked , the employees looked like they sleep there ,seem dress in pajamas, had to switch rooms because the toilet over flowed. Plus there was no place to eat lie it shows on the website. This is a place where you take a women to have sex and then leave. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Expedia should take this off the list of hotels.

Absolutely horrible. Restaurant and bar closed for renovations, not noted on website, forced to pay a 60 damage deposit for a one night stay, they make it almost impossible to get this back. Was told the office would be open early morning to check out and get the deposit back, at 830 am office was still closed. This is a long term transient hotel not for travelers. Needs to be removed from Travelocity website.

The service when I checked in was very friendly the service at the restaurant/bar was very friendly very good customer skills but they charged me twice for wash rag that I did not get sad they want to charge $5 for a wash rack and I did not get no boyfriend but I figured if they were hurting that bad for that $5

There was nothing to like about this property. There were guys hanging around various parts of the building. The bar was closed. The registration person didn't know much. The property is beat-up and dirty. Our non-smoking room smelled like the bottom of an ashtray. The security lock was broken. Half a roll of toilet paper. We were told we'd need to have the room checked before we could check out to make sure nothing was stolen. We didn't stay and found another place for the night.

Worst stay ever. I have pictures of bugs, cigarette burns in bedding and covers. Stains on bedding. Door with no latch. Shower curtain ripped. Dirty towels and filthy floors. You may ask why did we stay. We had just been through 13 hours of a winter storm. It was 9:30 at night. It took the rude staff member 30 minutes to check me in while she had a conversation with her mom and then boyfriend. We were too tired and went to sleep hoping to handle the next day. On checking out the staff said they have a policy and should never have checked us in that room. But she did. The staff said manager not in call tomorrow. We did. Manager did not give a crap, did not apologize and said our fault for staying. Never have I been treated so poorly. I tried to get help from Expedia. They called hotel and no success. I tried better business bureau there are 166 unanswered complaints against them. I tried head office the comments say this company is corrupt. Don’t support this chain and I appeal to Expedia to remove them.

Very dirty place, all other reviews were right. Stains on towels and bedding, very dirty and sticky floor. Room smelled and coffee maker in room was just disgusting. And pillows were absolutely disgusting .

The room had bugs I went to the office got my deposit back they wouldn't give me my money for the room back they told me I had to call Expedia I called Expedia all I could get was half of the rent for the room back which really made me ill last time I was there I didn't see any bugs this time the room that they gave me was full of bugs

The pillow cases on my bed were dirty. It looked like someone had slept on it with dirty, greasy hair. The sheet looked like it was slept on. The pattern of the matress was embedded on it . Like someone had slept there. The washcloth was nasty. Looked like a scrub rag. Bath mat was stained up. I guess they dont use bleach.The housekeeper didnt have towels, washcloths, or pilllow cases on her cart. And, tjere was no soap. Never again !

Looks like every room should come with a free chalk outline. Roaches in the room. Linens not clean. AC barely works. All this and they require $50 deposit on top of the price of the room. Can't wait to check out.

The sheets were filthy. The comforter was gross and had dead crickets stuck to it. The front desk wouldn’t give us new sheets or blankets. The wash cloths were disgusting and had makeup on them. The hair dryer shot flames out when turned on. There was dead baby roaches all over the floor.

Positive- Desk staff was polite and nice. Getting to room- Walls were dirty, hair on my shower wall, cigarette holes on my fitted sheet, towels were stained, and A/C unit didnt cool room on a 90 degree day.

Front desk lady was nice room wasnt that bad but it was noisy a couple next door argued and the bf i guess actually broke the window trying to come in on the gf so cops were cslled and there dog got left and barked literally all night so didnt get much rest for work

The bed had not been vacuumed under in awhile! The lamps on the wall had wires still attached but not plugged in to anything. They were capped off so you couldn't zap yourself. Water pressure was great. Bed was comfortable!

The registration area was outdated, dirty and rundown. The room was outdated, floor was dirty. The tv did not work because the wifi was so weak, it would turn off come back on a few minutes later. All in all, we did not feel safe and couldn't wait to get out of there and back on the road.

We booked this hotel online and everything was great until we got to the property and was met with a surprise $50 security deposit that we HAD to pay before we could check in. My husband and I were on very low funds because this trip was for a family emergency. We had to scramble to find extra funds so we could check in and get some rest. When we finally found the extra money we were told that the $50 would be given back to us at the end of our stay. That gave us some peace of mind. But when we got to our room it was not cleaned properly. -The sheets had holes burned in them and the blankets were stained. -The towels had stains on them that I'm not sure what it was and can only assume it was either hair dye or drops of blood. -The night stand's drawers were not cleaned at all because they had ashes in them. -The chairs provided also had major stains and holes in the fabric. The only redeeming qualities were the 2 staff members I did encounter at check in/out and that the bed itself was comfortable and I actually got some sleep I needed.

I was pleasantly surprised with this OYO in that the furnishings were very nice. The room was quiet and comfortable. The only negative was that the girl on the desk when we checked out was rather rude. I had to have my deposit applied to my credit card and she said the room had to be checked and it could take several minutes. I told her I was on a tight schedule and needed it to be done as quickly as possible. She replied that it will take as long as it takes; however, it turned out to be only a few minutes.

Staff is rude, ( night) When booking my room on line, there was no where on the main booking that day "clearly " there would extra charges, when explain this the night staff, she aggressively point at the window of the signs, like i can see them 3 hrs ago when booking, it would been helpful if the extra was at the time of booking. The email daid i can cancel at the window, nights shift said no, that i must call the 3rd party i booked with. No being told its non refundable, again nothing untill after the booking was completed. I haven't gotten a room, i am a driver. (Trucker) out of working hours and force to sleep in truck ( no sleeper- bed) or drive. I get in a crash and its my fault. I like how yall can just take the money and say tuff sh*t. I will not be booking with yall again and will not be booking with the 3rd party. To conform i try checking in, night shift and 3rd party both rudd and unhelpful. Thank you so much,

Issue #1: A cash deposit is required. Carrying no cash is your problem. Although you might be exhausted and want to dump yourself in a comfortable bed, you must look for an ATM elsewhere, as the ATM in the lobby does not give cash. Issue #2: Towels very, very dirty; perhaps never washed properly (they are not smelly, though) The location is excellent but needs a few improvements.

The hotel itself is fine, location was easy to get to (although if you put the hotel into google maps it takes you to the wrong place FYI), rooms were adequate - but after a terrible experience at another local chain, arriving at OYO was a sigh of relief. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. When it comes to low budget hotels, this one is definitely on the better end of the spectrum.
