To be fair, we didnt stay since the pool a was neing renovated.

Cleaner than most. Parking area needed a LOT of work. Couldn\'t tell where to park, and potholes throughout were large and deep. Couldn\'t walk or drive in the lot without "falling" into a pothole. Took a long time for the desk clerk to come up to the desk when we were checking in. a line was starting to form

There was no hot water at this property. We learned that the manager was aware of it, but did not tell us the situation. When I told him that there was no hot water, his answer was to let the water run for 15 minutes, it would be hit. This is total a lie and wasted a lot of water.

Pictures are misleading. Lots of maintenance left to do at this location - pool was usable but chemicals were stored on deck and areas were taped off with chairs which all felt a bit sketchy. Loose floor tiles and a leaky roof in the fitness centre. It was all a bit lack lustre and in dire need of repairs.

I checked in and paid for the room. After coming back in with my kids and things I was told by staff that the pool was closed for renovations. The room with the pull out couch was very cold no heat in there.

Quiet, fairly clean. Staff was slow, but friendly. It took a very long time to check in. Hot tub was under renovations and has been for over a year.

The swimming pool was ice cold. There are no lilly pads and rope like it shows in the pictures. Hot tub fenced off, broken down. Very disappointing for us and the children. The slide and spash area were acceptable.

The pool and small water slide and features are fun...but it looks dirty due to stains I'm sure from over the years. Hot tub was broken at our stay last year and now a big tarp covers it. Pool water is very cold! Our room smelled musty and like stale smoke. This was our 4th stay here and I'm not sure if we'll be back.

Checking in, the lady at the front desk said not to use the pool because the chemicals were off but it was still open. The pool was ice cold anyway and the waterslides had even colder water. The hot-tub was closed. The only door that worked was the main entrance. Someone else tried entering our room shortly after we checked in. We didn’t use the shower, but everything looked fairly clean to us at a glance.

The ceiling was peeling, carpet stained & sheets had hair on them, gross.

We didn’t get the room we booked, they “accommodated” us by giving us a different room. The hotel wasn’t kept up with, the pool area was dirty, and the hotel had a stale cigarette smell. The okays of the hotel was the elevator and the breakfast.

Room had pee on the toilet seat, water was running, there was a key still left in the room, the fridge was NASTY. Overall, front desk was great.

Wasn’t a big fan of how dirty the two rooms we had where, one my son found a needle in, and the other a pop bottle under the bed. The front desk lady said it wasn’t a big deal but when I pay money for a room it would be nice not to have to worry about what my kids might find.

Mattress had a huge stain, ceiling was sagging and stained, odor was terrible, strong and overwhelming. Tub was dirty and lobby was gross and outdated

There were holes in walls blood on lamp shade room was trashed and should not have been used

Super gross room cup were not clean and put away different couch wasnt clean and had white crustys and shower was disgusting even needed to be sweep and vacuum

Very dirty. Elevator looked like it hadnt been wiped down or cleaned in forever. Same with door glass on exit doors, very dirty and disgusting. Front desk staff was rarely ever to be found if we needed something. Outside property was kind of dirty with over trash also. Bed was comfortable but bed sheets were so stretched out and would not stay on bed! Vacuuming behind room doors and along walls was non existent!!

Hallways had trash in them. Wi-Fi password didn’t work and was redirected to an unsecure network, so now I have viruses on my phone. The toilet seat was askew, and was off one of the anchors. This place has really deteriorated since our last visit a few years ago.

Dirty bathroom grout was filthy faucet was green where water came out the room was not vacuumed and had a bad smell to that burned our sinuses

We stayed here twice the 3rd and the 11th. The room I originally booked had been double booked so we were given a different room for 5 people, one being a infant. One of the beds was broke, there were left over clothes in the armour. The 2nd time we stayed I received the right room but the TV didn't work. Pretty much told we had to deal with it. The hot tub was not usable, the pool water was cold. The pictures are outdated. I would never stay here again not worth the money.

The only thing good about this hotel was the waterpark. We wouldn't stay here again. For the price of the hotel we were disappointed with the rooms. There was parts of the wall missing, the heater had partly fallen off the wall, the beds were creaky and uncomfortable, but the worst part was the AC wasn't working. It kept kicking off and making a terrible noise. We ended up switching rooms around midnight (and we have a 6 year old who had already fallen asleep). The new room was quieter (being upstairs) but the AC still didn't work properly. From what we heard at the front desk, this was a common issue. Both at night when we switched and in the morning at check out, there were other customers complaining about issues. The breakfast was good, and the staff working the dining area was top notch. But we wouldn't recommend this hotel, even though the pool and the waterpark are great - because at the end of the day, your kid might be happy but the parents can't get a good night's sleep.

The room was not the one shown in online images. There was no jetted tub. Water dripped all night and there were valves and things opening and closing. The ice machine on our floor was also broken. The driveway and parking lot were awful.

We stopped here for a quick nights sleep on our way through. It was reasonably priced. We figured it couldn’t be too bad- it’s a Comfort Inn. Wrong. I’m telling you, spend the extra $20 and go somewhere nicer. Let me start with the positives. The check-in and check-out front desk gals were both friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was pretty good. The bed and pillows were fairly comfortable also. Now, the negatives. Hotels.com has the pet rate as $10. It’s not. It was $25. I can over look that. It’s an error but guests should be aware. Our room was one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve stayed in and smelled like urine. I could tell it had been cleaned but you just can’t clean that old dirt smell. The sofa had tears and was nasty. A couple of the guests were quite sketchy. Obviously they were tweaking on something. My husband brought his gun in just so we felt safer. I rarely leave bad reviews but you need to know what you’re in for if you choose to save money and stay here.

Room was small. Lacked dresser space. Had an ironing board but no iron. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not know there wouldn’t be any daily housekeeping

Paid for queen beds and they were full size.

This stay was horrible. I booked for 3 nights but only stayed for one night in the filthy room! I had some bugery slime all over the walls, the towels in the room were brown. The blankets were stained. Unfortunately the filth wasnt the reason I left. The night before we checked in the hotels key card coder caught fire so the hotel was unable to give guest key cards. I understand this was out of the hotels control. However the next morning after breakfast when it was time to head back to my room I was handed the master key from a teen age boy who had just opened his room and passed it on. It was being handed around from guest to guest with no supervision. This had me very concerned for my belongings but mostly for my daughter's and I's safety. The hotel denys this is what happened and is so rude and could care less about the safety of the guest. Do not stay here. There's so many more things I could write but I just dont want to give it any more of my time.

I pre-paid for a Suite room because I was traveling with one other adult and 4 small children. I called and verified earlier in the week that I had that room still reserved and when I got there he said that because I booked with Expedia that I wasn't guaranteed that kind of room. So instead I got a room with 2 double beds and crammed everyone in. Additionally, the manager checking us in was rude about it. The only good thing is the pool. The kids love the waterslide.

I was going to stay for 2 nights. Many of my other friends stayed there as well with our kids. When we first got there, we were told that there were no key cards, but one master key. That we would need to have a guy escort us to our rooms whenever we needed to get in. This guy was nice, but was NOT an actual employee of the hotel. First red flag. We were told that this guy was the “special friend” of the receptionist. All of our rooms were gross. Mine had a hole in the wall, a broken air conditioner, a nice musty mold smell, dirty wet carpet, a dirty ceiling, dirty sheets, a dirty bathroom and light switches. The cherry on top was when I pulled my covers up to sleep that night and a giant booger patch was on the outside of the comforter. Bleh. The pool area was gross, dirty pool stairs up to the slide, a dripping ceiling in the pool area, and sharp spots on the pool floor in the kid’s area. The pool was missing the floating logs to jump onto while holding onto the ropes ect. The breakfast was fine, wasn’t great, afterwards we had to find someone to walk us to our rooms. The employee on staff said that she didn’t have time to take us to our rooms. Proceeded then to hand me the MASTER KEY CARD TO THE HOTEL. Then told me to give my 13 YEAR OLD SON the key to bring it back to the desk. We decided right then to find a different hotel for that night. Huge SAFETY ISSUE. They refused to refund us. Even though we have picture evidence. P.S. I have more pics ;)

Staff was friendly, room was clean and had a great night of sleep. Who could ask for anything more.

The room was adequate, but my family and I experienced the following issues: (1)Only 1 worker was at the counter and spent 23 minutes checking in a pre-booked reservation before spending another 16 minutes checking-in me and my family. (2)The toilet was clogged when we got to the room. I told the front desk and they handed me a plunger and said “just keep it in the room when you’re done”. (3)The parking lot has weeds growing out of it, has very limited parking, and a good portion of the parking is right next to the dumpsters of the Mexican restaurant next door (about a 40 ft gap between the buildings for dumpsters AND parking). The smell of the dumpsters is permeates the entire parking lot area. (4)The curtains on the room windows were very old and worn. They would not close completely, but instead, would leave a 3-4 inch gap between (both sets of curtains on both windows) that people could clearly see through as they walked past. The pool, the little kids splash area, and the water slide were all very nice. The breakfast was good.

The hotel seemed like they were getting ready to do some renovations, so things weren't as up to date as they could have been. They were doing the best they could. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. We had a good stay.

The man working the front desk during check in was rude.

Check in lady was exceptional as she was very kind in locating the best room she could to accommodate our needs. Every staff was good.

I booked 4 rooms for my family and I through Expedia, and these incompetent buffoons said I only had two booked because their computer system is awful. They tried to blame me, their system and Expedia. And don’t take any accountability for themselves. After 90 minutes of messing around with me and the front desk employee being on the line with Expedia, the front desk finally acknowledged that I had 4 rooms booked. And I had to watch him agonizingly type 10 words per minute using the hunt and peck method when typing. More than infuriating. I theorize that the hotel overbooked the rooms that had Two double beds AND the pullout bed. Because that’s exactly what I booked. 4 double beds and a pullout. For all FOUR rooms. But basically got downgraded to two rooms with two double beds and pullout and two room with only the two double beds with no pullout. But it doesn’t end there, all the rooms smelled terrible. Our room in particular had what looks like blood stains on the ceiling. Things that are out of order: -laundry room - vending machine - ice machine - hot tub Our keycards didn’t work, and the pool was dirty. And there were people doing maintenance around the pool at 11pm which was right by our room. Pay a bit more and sleep somewhere else is all I have to say.

Front desk was very friendly and it was an okay place to stop before going on to Theodore Roosevelt National Park.

The staff was fantastic and the breakfast was legit and filling! Please warn your kids about the floor around the slide feature-so slippery numerous kids and an adult kept falling! Looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen. The pool water was cloudy and the hot tub inoperable (😭) The beds were great and it was well situated to many gas stations, restaurants, Walmart and the freeway. I think for the age of the place (it’s newer construction) the rooms have been beaten up! Our bathroom door was damaged and the toilet rocked bc the base was broken. Some maintenance issues to be addressed for sure!

Breakfast was nice. Room was clean. Location was convenient

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, property was in a good location. My only complaint was the uncomfortable bed.

Property was convenient for shopping, food, and the field. Unfortunately there were missing amenities.

I use this hotel to stay overnight when i have a long roadtrip and its good enough for that. There are some minor things that would bother me more if i were staying longer. Things like, the TV doesn't work, cobwebs in the corners of the room, the pet fee is actually $25 per night and not $10 as listed on Expedia and lastly, you have to book a pet specific room which Expedia doesn't give an option for. All in all, its cheap and close to the freeway so ill stay here again but i probably wont book through Expedia

Liked: Friendliness and efficiency of the one woman whose duties were single handedly in charge of the laundry, the breakfast, and filling in for the manager who was absent when we checked out. She was pleasant and accommodating under overworked conditions. It was noticed and commented on by numerous guests. Disliked: automatic front door did not open consistently; large dirty cooling fan in the lobby; hallways were hot; rooms were over deodorized; laundry room had disgusting smell and was out of order; breakfast was more limited than a typical standard Comfort Inn: no regular creamers for coffee, no oatmeal, no bananas, no peanut butter.

Convenient location. Staff friendly. Breakfast was complete and had many options. Room quiet and clean

The place is clean and welcoming. It had snowed all day prior to getting there. It appeared no attempt had been made to clean the lot of snow. I know I drove over a curb or two just getting into the place. I ended up parking in about 8 inches of snow that had drifted. The room was great, comfortable bed, good TV selection. The breakfast had juice, coffee, waffles, biscuits and gravey, sausauge, eggs and plenty of bread, muffins, bagels. Best breakfast I have seen for the price of the room. I would highly recomend to anyone. Also had a pool and waterslide, but I was not prepared otherwise I would have gone in.

Pool was excellent. Breakfast was good with lots of options.
