The room was very nice with a simply equipped kitchen. Staff was excellent. The only complaint was that the hot tub needed cleaning.

Great beds!! Clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable rooms. Gym is well set up with free weits and benches.

This was an awesome hotel. Beautiful and clean room, spacious. The pool was awesome. The hotel workers were awesome.

Full kitchen in room, fully stocked bathroom, very clean, comfy beds, small store with all sorts of snacks including pizzas, ice cream, beverages. The hand written note from the housekeeper to enjoy our stay is a wonderful touch.

Parking was simple and free, shopping and restaurants were nearby.

The only reason I booked this stay was the pool and hot tub. BOTH WERE closed! The entire weekend! No offer to refund money or to even stay in a jacuzzi tub room. No effort to make sure we had a good stay.

This was possibly our second time staying here. We got a price under $100 which seems good these days. Check in was good and desk person was friendly and very helpful. My son and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The free breakfast was fine. The room was clean and quiet. A couple other items that kept me from giving excellent review were: microwave/oven in room hadn't been cleaned from last use; only hot water in sink in bathroom, broken handle on fridge, dripping issue with shower.

We stayed just one night after visiting T.Roosevelt National Park. Very clean with comfortable beds and a good breakfast to start our day. Would definitely recommend!

Chose hotel based on reviews rating cleanliness and comfort. Arrived late at night, desk clerk pleasant. Unfortunately the room we were given had a very musty, unpleasant odor (no similar rooms available to move to.). Bathroom floor was sticky. Beds were comfortable but once we opened window and aired out room we were able to sleep. Another unfortunate event occurred when we got a wake up call meant for someone else at 5:30 a.m. Mistakes happen but it didn’t help the experience. Exercise room uncrowded and easy to access. The dining room attendant was very attentive and sweet. Everyone was friendly.

In principle this place is nice but we had troubles sleeping as the fridge was extremely noisy and ran most of the time.

The hotel itself was just fine, however, upon checking in I stood at the desk for quite some time. When the gentleman came out, I said I was looking for a bell to ring with an smile and he said “no we hide that behind the desk”. I’m sure he was trying to be funny, but having stood there for several minutes it was a bit offputting. He then proceeded to put me in the room in the hotel that was the furthest away from the front desk and the luggage carts. It was on the fourth floor down two separate wings. At breakfast there were bowls of fake fruit for decor but the only fruit was a bowl with four apples that were past their prime. I asked the breakfast attendant if she had a banana and she very kindly went to the back and got me one. She was far friendlier than the front desk staff. There was also a repetitive noise in the room that I couldn't figure out… Like a tap. It kept me up much of the night.

Fantastic spot. The rooms are great and the location is right next to groceries, bank, stores, etc. Will definitely use again if in the area.

When I went to check in after 7 pm, they could not find my reservation on their computer. I showed them the confirmation email with the itinerary number. They asked me for a credit card because they wanted to charge me again. I asked why, if the confirmation showed that it was already paid. They said," That they were not going to charge nothing on the card until they could confirm if I had paid already or not." Well in the morning there was a receipt where they had made a charge. Yes they refunded the money back but its a big hassle and lots of paper work to fill out with my work because of a double charge. It took about one hour to fix the problem with the confirmation issue.

A great place to stay if you’re visiting Theodore Roosevelt NP or anywhere in the area. Lots of good food choices nearby and a grocery store next door. They let us check in a couple of hours early when we arrived earlier than expected (we didn’t account for the different time zones).

I liked that a restaurant near by discounted meals for guests. Disliked that the staff double booked my room after i was already unpacked and issued a key to my room to a second guest. It was very awkward have another guest walk into my room while i was making love to my girlfriend

I arrived in a snowstorm and earlier than check in, but the staff accommodated me with a room early. Because of the availability at this hotel, they upgraded me to a suite at no extra charge.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding unacceptable treatment my wife and I experienced during our recent stay at the Dickinson Hawthorn Suites. Upon check-in, the male receptionist engaged in conduct that was both unpleasant and discriminatory. He repeatedly claimed he could not understand my wife because of her accent, despite her speaking clearly. His behavior was dismissive and made her feel singled out and harassed. Furthermore, when my wife inquired about the possibility of an early breakfast at 6:00 AM, he falsely informed her that breakfast service began only at 7:00 AM. The following morning, the female receptionist confirmed that breakfast does, in fact, begin at 6:00 AM. She expressed her understanding of my wife without difficulty, apologized for the incident, and indicated she would report the matter to the hotel manager. This treatment is unacceptable, violates basic standards of hospitality, and caused significant distress during our stay. The false information provided deprived us of the services advertised, and the discriminatory remarks are in direct conflict with the professional and ethical obligations of your staff. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for our stay as appropriate redress. Please confirm in writing within 7 days that this refund will be processed. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to Wyndham Hotels corporate, relevant cons

Tremendous service, staff went out of their way, above and beyond.

Staff was excellent, rooms were clean and comfortable. Stayed 6 nights with 2 kids. Treated us very well. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast could be much better. No turn down service. Charged me more than the Expedia rate that should not be unless you clearly state that using a booking company will result in a higher rate

With the exception of one issue (I'll explain), this is a cut above the average hotel, and it's relatively new or new-appearing. The bed was comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean and the kitchenette was a nice perk, though we didn't fully utilize it due to staying only one night. So, why only give it a 4/5-star rating, you may ask. The low-water toilet was nearly useless. (I'll leave the rest to your imagination.) Disgusting! We checked out on a Monday. Other than boiled and the usual 'plastic' scrambled eggs, the meager breakfast included biscuits and gravy, instant oatmeal and cold cereal - absolutely NO sausage links/patties, bacon or (perish the thought) ham slices, which wasn't exactly what we would have expected from a hotel that markets itself as a click or two upscale. One of the staff became defensive when this was called to her attention, which fell flat when it was pointed out that the rate was considerably higher than other offerings in the area. A more conciliatory response might have earned her points. As for the toilet, nothing beyond an apology was given or expected.

Loved the property. The breakfast is good; however, the coffee needs a major upgrade. I recommend Starbucks at the Family Fare store nearby.
