Did not have a great stay. No hairdryer in my room and didn't have one for me to use when i asked, keycard only worked for one night during a 2 night stay, we were on the 3rd floor and one elevator wouldn't stop on the 3rd floor, so down to one. Any one of those things would've been no big deal, but all 3 together influenced our feelings about the place. On the other hand, the breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was very friendly and kept things stocked.

We had a great stay- the hotel is clean, staff were friendly. I only wish it had a treadmill in the workout room and biscuits and gravy for breakfast but that does not deter me from wanting to stay there again. The location is great and quiet for being right near the interstate. We would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed the staff, but there was a definite lack of staff. I also experienced staff arguing. It resulted in a staff member leaving during their shift. We had to use the laundry, and only one machine actually worked. Staff accommodated us using the facility dryer because the guest dryer was not working. The handicapped accessible chair was broken. A power box that should have been screwed shut was open, and the screws were out. Very dangerous. The pool itself was not clean either. We enjoyed our stay in North Dakota, but the hotel could have been much nicer.

They were doing a bunch of work on the outside of the building and the front entrance was taped off … you had to enter from the far entrance snd it really cut down on parking … would have been nice to have that on the web site ! They started working on it again at 7:30 in the morning .

Chose this hotel specifically because of the pool/hot tub after a long drive. During check in we were informed the entire pool area was closed. Very disappointing and no discount offered. The customer should be notified in advance.

First room we were put in had dirty sheets on the bed— disgusting— pulled back sheets and a big glob of hair in middle of the sheets. Soooooo not ok!! They did move us to a different room but I was not even comfortable staying there after being put in a dirty room that was supposedly clean! Would not ever stay here again!!!

The roo. Hadnt been vacuumed. My pet found several items while settling in the room. The bed was sunken in the middle and not comfortable, even my dog chose the floor to sleep on instead. There is very limited parking and definitely not room for trucks hauling trailers. The location was convenient which waa good.

The walls are very thin, so it was very loud all night. The AC/heat unit was very loud as well. The mattress wasn't very comfortable. The room was not very clean, with splatters/drips on the wall and on the cabinet in the bathroom. The gym did not have all of the equipment shown in the online pictures. We will choose to stay in a different hotel for our next visit to the area.

Room smelled terrible. Surfaces and floors dirty. Door to room had to be slammed to get it to shut. Bath tub broken. A review in July mentioned leaking pipes in the main hall. Three garbage cans are still positioned in that hall to catch dripping water. Ice machine still broken. Also reported in a July review. Pet fee high considering condition of hotel

The front desk staff had everything ready upon check-in. She was efficient. The hallways looked dingy. It could've been the lighting but the walls & floors looked like they could use some extra attention. The lamp shades, phone, carpet near the walls & area around the refrigerator were dusty. The carpet edges & refrigerator area had a thick coating of dust. The carpet looked like it needed a deep clean, as did the whole room. The bed was comfortable & sheets smelled/appeared clean. We didn't use the shower because it had mildew all around the edge of the tile at the tub. Just overall, we didn't feel 100% comfortable with the room. It was paid & non-refundable, so we slept & left.

No signage on building; very hard to find an entrance due to construction. Bathtub grout absolutely disgusting. Looks like black mold in some areas. TV remote did not work, could only watch 1 channel. Room AC unit makes clunking and water noises all night. Never again LaQuinta.

Our check in was smooth and the lady at the front desk was very kind. However, I was not overly satisfied with the condition of our room. When we checked in the room was not cleaned properly and there was leftover candy on the floor and beer cans under the bed.

We chose this location as our first stop on a 2,000 mile road trip. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel and our room. The room was very spacious and comfortably fit our family of 5. The breakfast was excellent and was a great start to our 2nd day of big travel! We would highly recommend this location!

I was not able to connect to the wifi. Spent an hour on the phone with tech support. It was trying to connect to the wrong ip address. Then in the morning, it worked like it should.

The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the tv barely worked with very limited cable channels. WiFi was weak. Ceiling tiles in lobby were removed and appears water may get into the building regularly. Most of the staff didn’t seem to want to interact with the guests except for the gentleman at the front desk.

The internet was extremely slow to non existence. The TV guide on the TV had multiple channels listed but the actual choices were very limited. The breakfast was also limited not having any eggs, sausage or bacon

Hotel has paper thin walls. People next to us up all night talking loudly made it difficult to sleep. We could easily hear them blabbing away incoherently. Peolle upstairs could too as evidenced by their stomping on floor to try to get them to shut up

The room was adequate. They were terribly understaffed. No one showed up in the morning to get the breakfast out, and the poor gal who had been there since 4 pm the day before was still there at 6 am, having to explain to all the guests why there was no breakfast. Apparently no manager was available to step in and help. We left that morning without breakfast.

The room was fine, but check-in was supposed to be after 3:00. We got there at 6:30 and was told to come back in 20 minutes -not all rooms were cleaned yet. When we came back the clerk was quite rude and then we were double charged. We had prepaid months ago but staff couldn’t figure out how to undo the additional charges. I had to cancel credit card just to be sure we were not billed.

Front desk staff spent most their time outside smoking. Upon check out, front desk agent could not be bothered to get up from couch while watching TV. Hot tub was out of order and pool in sad state. When mentioning to front desk staff about the importance of a functional hot tub since I promised my child there would be one, I was told to bring it up with management later the next day. The room itself was relatively clean. Bathroom floor tile was loose and could probably be pulled up by hand. We were given a 1/4 roll of toilet paper with room. Overall, should have paid the extra $20 to stay somewhere nicer.

One night stay while driving from Illinois to Montana. Price was competitive, place was clean, and check in was a breeze. Great location also. We liked the fact that breakfast started at 5 AM. They waived the $25 dog fee, because our GSD is a retired service dog. Will stay here again

Convenient location. Under construction, limited parking. Hard to find hotel without a sign lit up at night. Saturday night people yelling and banging and slamming doors at 2 am. Breakfast was out of food and plates by 830 am and not restocked. We walked to a breakfast place nearby daily

Breakfast here was supposed to be served from 5am to 10am. Was there at 6. Pastries and breads were out. No hot food, settled for coffee. Came down at 8, 2 bagels left , bread and waffle machine were working. No hot food. Others were standing around waiting for hot food as well. Finally gave up, very disappointing!

This laquinta and the one in Fargo definitely need some better management and repairs. Breakfast was skimpy also. Only carbs, no proteins. Wasn’t impressed and we used to love Laquintas.
