La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dickinson

Hot tub was broken, which we weren’t informed of. No towels in pool area, and when we did request and get towels they were a glorified hand towel. Our room was dirty even after staff came back to clean after we complained. When you notice dirt, you presume everything is dirty.

Rooms need a,good cleaning!!

The staff were pleasant. The property is in a good location. The property shows it wear.

Eggs gone, had to wait over 20 minutes for them, 7 little pieces of sausages. Kleenex under bed, floss pick under other bed, not dusted, opening by fridge had all kinds of stuff along side. TV remote no batteries but desk put them in. TV only had one channel however desk personnel reprogrammed tv. Paint and dust along edges of flooring. Elevator dark and dirty.

The hotel was nice looking on the outside, sub-par on the inside. The sheets were stained and looked as though they had been slept in, and there were fecal stains in the toilet. Did the give me a cleaned room? The only hint it was touched was that the quilts were tucked and made.
