When I checked in they put me in a room someone was already in. The second room had an air conditioner that was so loud I couldn’t stay. Third room was ok. Gym had good equipment but was dark with no tvs.

I have to give a very negative review, the power for the TV went out multiple times in the two days for 10 or 15 minutes at a time. The staff had no idea what was going on. There was no ketchup or condiments available at breakfast. The staff was very helpful, but they did not know how to function any electronics. Sitting in hotel room for two days with no TV entertainment makes for a long weekend. I asked for some sort of credit or reimbursement and the answer was no.

I will not use this hotel for any future trips . I tried this one this time and it was disappointing. The front overhang had falling debris our first night . The free breakfast was acceptable Saturday morning however Sunday breakfast was terrible . My room was not cleaned during my stay . I will not use this hotel for any future stays .

The property is in need of a full renovation. The outdated decor aside, the public spaces (elevator, dining area, parking lot) and my room, showed evidence of a water damage, ineffective patchwork, stains, and other needed maintenence. The bed sheets appeared to have been laundered, but were stained. The general manager gave me additional points after asking how my stay was and hearing my concerns. Perhaps Mariott has forgotten about this property? It's in a great location, but needs some love.

There were stains on the towels, curtains, and bed sheets. Refrigerator was dirty as well. Two big spider crickets were in the bathroom. Mold on the tile grout. Ceiling was peeling due to no ventilation and water damage.

On check in we waited 10 minutes and then had to find a cleaning person to ask for check in. The room had a musty damp smell. The pillow case and sheet had a yellow stain. The bathroom ceiling paint was peeling and the inside plastic shower curtain was to short to fit inside tub so water dripped on the floor.

Have stayed at the hotel before and maintenance didn’t seem to be up to previous standards. Our room’s ceiling showed what looked to be a rather recent leak with staining and mold spots. Otherwise the room was fine.

When we checked in the air conditioning in the room was making an unbearable sound. Karma at the front desk was able to change our room. If not, I don’t think we could have stayed the night. There was NO maintenance on duty. The room was not fit for guests. Thank goodness for Karma who was helpful and kind

Approached my room to find the door slightly open. When investigating the door the metal bracket in the door frame was gone so door could be unlatched by sticking something in the space. When I went to tell the guy at the front desk (only employee on site) he proceeded to tell me that all the doors were like that and no one could get in. Needless to say I told him I required another room…the latch was just fine on this one. I don’t fault the kid but he was the only one working and several people were having issues. So what should have been a 5 min process ended up taking about 45 mins on a late night with an early wake-up. Frustrating to say the least.

I had to love rooms 3 times! The first room the ac was making this loud noise. The second room the ac wouldn’t shut off and the room was freezing cold and it was missing furniture. The first two rooms were gross definitely not cleaned. Finally we got to the 3 room and it was the best out of them all. I paid for a bigger room (which was room one with the loud ac) but they didn’t have another large room. When I went down stairs the receptionist told me that they were sold out but funny thing was 3 minutes later he moved me to room 2. But room 2 was the freezing cold rom where the ac wouldn’t shut off I went down stairs to let the lady receptionist know and she was so NASTY! I was so upset/mad I just walked away. I had to send down my mom to see what they could do. This whole experience was HORRIBLE! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

When we got there. To check in they gave away our rooms after notifying them the day before that we may be a late check-in. Sent this to Springhill in Somerset, which was 25 minutes father then our meeting the next day. Terrible experience I should be compensated something.

I love that this hotel is only 5 mins from my sister’s house! Perfect for an overnight stay. When making the reservation, I requested a room that didn’t require a long walk because I have a bad back. I was given a room right down the hall on the first floor. Perfect! Thank you so much.

The room was ok. The bathroom exhaust didn't work and the walk in shower was not too clean. Also the glass closet where the iron box was there, the magnet door was not closing properly. The breakfast options were limited.
