I picked the hotel because it was relatively close to my destination and had a pool. I was very disappointed to learn that the pool is rented out to a private instructor for pre-school lessons. I found out by going to the pool. No signs. No notes on the door. When I asked the front desk when the (very loud and annoying) lessons would be over, he didn't know because the instructor has "complete access" to the pool. I tried two days in a row. I attempted to swim in a corner away from the pre-schoolers but the parents kept complaining that I was in their pictures, and honestly it was just really awkward. Obviously, a hotel can rent their pool out. It just seems like that information would be shared and predictable. Other than the pool and lack of communication regarding it, great hotel. Super clean, great staff. The restaurant was very good. If you don't want to swim, you'll love it.

The stay was perfect, I was surprised how nice it was. As someone that often stays at hotels, I was impressed. It is a 3 star hotel, but they treat it like it's 5 star. The staff were incredible. The person that checked me in and out went above and beyond, but all of the staff I interacted were super helpful. The pool was small, but super pleasant. Everything was super clean. There's even a little restaurant!

Have stayed before and have been satisfied. This time my room was on first floor in separate wing of hotel that had the pool. The chlorine smell in the hall was unbearable. Also I had a no smoking room that smelt of cigarette smoke terribly.

We like the place and have been guests 3 times in the past 2 years. Very clean. Courteous and helpful staff. But… why am I forced to pay $10 at booking for breakfast? Although we enjoy the breakfast, what if we wanted to eat out? Also, the bar needs attention. Bartenders are not readily available. They are slow and not knowledgeable. My martini was made incorrectly, and the olives were rotten. We plan to return on September 20-21 for my 50th Bound Brook NJ high school reunion. I plan to recommend to other out of town classmates. We might assemble in the lounge the night before (20th) and want to be assured of improvements. Thank you

We chose this hotel based on the parking lot honestly, because it was big enough To park and maneuver an 84’ motorhome/race trailer configuration. Being it was mid week and the attendance was low, we fit easily and were even able to park right outside our room window to have visibility of the rig all night long. Also, we added breakfast with our initial reservation and saved $5 each than if we had waited to get it at the hotel.

The rooms were not looking that clean, the bathroom door does not lock, and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, and there were 2 pests I saw. We were uncomfortable on the beds and we couldn’t sleep all night and the A/C was going on and off that it kind of got me a little sick. Never coming back to this hotel

Didn’t realize I till the next morning that the sheets were dirty. Previous person had their period. And if you looked closely at the toilet seat you could see they got some of it on the seat. It was very faint on the seat but still. Gross.

We spent 3 nights and we weren't able to shower because we had no hot water, no hot water and nobody would help us. It wasn't until the last night that we were offered a room change. No one came to our room to check the water. It seemed as though they did not believe us very disappointing.

I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. I had my elderly parents there and the staff was so kind. The waitress/bartender lady was amazing . The front desk was always pleasant ! These people need to be applauded

I was checked in already. Called front desk and ask if someone can show me how to work air conditioning. Mantinace man came and showed me.. Hour later as I was dressing I door opened. can the staff be so careless? From that point on, I was very nervous about somebody walking in on me. this is very much unacceptable. Just think when was the last time you was in a hotel and you just checked in and somebody just opened your door and walked in. You guys really need to do better. It was right off of 287 which was great. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly, polite and respectful. Our room was clean and spacious. The area around the hotel had a variety or dining places and shopping places. All in all, this was a 10 out of 10.

When booking, there were many room options. I chose an upgraded room, that was not even an option when I got there. I ended up with a standard room and when sharing this info, there was nothing management could do. They did offered free breakfast but didn’t change my room. Rosalind said she would get back to me but she forgot to do so. I followed up and there are still rooms being offered that are not accurate. 2 queens with 1 bed in the description. I tried to help them view and they can not figure out hotels.com and blaming hotels.com. Management could have been so much better but they were not. I just felt they are not interesting in having things accurate.
