The elevators did not work, only 2 were working and we had a room on the 20th floor. It was a 20-30 minute wait each time and we had to stop at every floor. The price was so expensive and not what I expected for the price

Mediocre facilities at best. Staff very professional, courteous and accommodation with pleasant, friendly demeanor. We stayed here overnight as we were visiting for The Rolling Stones concert. There was a large influx of guests (Stones fans) all checking in late afternoon and the line to check in was very long, but the line moved quickly. The problem came up when these people then went to the elevators to go to their rooms after check in and only 2 of 4 total elevators were in service. Very long lines and waits to get on the elevator and then once on it, the elevators moved excruciatingly slow. Air conditioning in common areas was inadequate and barely adequate in my room. The bar and restaurant however served good food. (I had a burger and my brother had a strip steak) and both were very tasty and properly prepared. Beer at the bar was ice cold and fresh tasting and the bar staff were great. Note to management. You have a great staff at this location, which I know is difficult to find in the current economic climate. Please invest some $$$ in your facilities and infrastructure and you will have a high quality hotel worthy of the Hilton name.

Plan an hour ahead to use the elevators. So slow, one out of service, did I mention slow… Rusty, out of date fixtures. No bodywash in the dispenser in room. No soap in the community restrooms, no paper towels, toilets not flushing. NO HOT WATER IN SHOWER.

Hotel is very nice, our floor and a few other did not have a working ice machine had to go 4 floors up to get ice. Drinks at the bar were very skimpy order a double Dewars and got a glass with not even a full single. Menu very limited as well

When we checked in with our Expedia reservation, as a normal procedure, our credit card was used to verify the reservation and charged for future possible incidentals. The person at the front desk used a cell phone and tapped to pay with my card. I assumed and still do believe that it was part of the hotels check-in system. I found it odd tho that a picture of the credit card was taken with the same device after it was tapped. I thought to myself why would they need a picture of my card. Two weeks later, my card was used fraudulently at a Red Roof Inn in Jamaica, New York. It was used a second time a week after that at the same hotel.

When I first checked in I noticed the placed hadn’t been cleaned in sometime. Dirt and garbage all over the hotel. When we got to our room the A/C was broken and didn’t work for 3 days we were told that it would be fixed and never was. Our room reached 82 each night. The last night the guy at the front told me to ask for a refund because there was nothing he could do.The sheets were stained, one of our bags became missing that had souvenirs in it. When we contacting the front desk it’s like no one could help and no one knew anything from the shift before. The bathtub was clogged and the room was just like dirty. Definitely won’t be staying there again. It’s sad because it could be a really cool place. Customer service is something they need to work on.

I would never recommend this hotel if you care about cleanliness or customer service. I found a dead cockroach in our room, blood stains on our sheets and blood stains on our lounge chair in the room. Side note, the tv in the room is at least 25 years old. I've attached photos of examples of each. We paid $350 for our one night stay. I spoke with the front desk, they told me to speak with the 3rd party site (Expedia) we used to book our stay. The woman at the front desk while apathetic, did her part and put a note on our account. The hotel is sticking to their "no refunds" policy. I have a policy of not staying in fleabag hotels, so no, we wont be staying here again.

Honestly, I’m not even sure where to begin. The check-in process itself wasn’t bad—after some issues with the self-service computer, the staff quickly accommodated us at the front desk. However, things went downhill from there. Upon entering our room, we noticed multiple problems: two lights didn’t work, the shower drained very slowly, and the Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room at all. Additionally, breakfast was listed as an included amenity on the third-party booking site I used, but it turns out the hotel doesn’t actually offer it. Solid standard room size, water took a bit to get hot but was more than enough once it got going, older non smart tv but it’s good enough. No mini fridge I assume you need to request. Closer to American Dream/Metlife but would be better with a shuttle or a direct pedestrian walking path. Door stopper was broken, iron scratched up my shirt due to the tip being damaged.

The hotel is in desperate need of modernisation. My room was fusty and had a damp smell, but this was due to zero ventilation as the windows wouldn’t open. It was clean, however. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were fantastic.

For starters when I arrived I was told I was here on the wrong day and they didn’t have a room for me. When I showed my reservation confirmation they then had me call Expedia to confirm the reservation. The Expedia customer service woman was very helpful and nice she said she would call the hotel. I stood there listing to the phone ring for 5 minutes. No one answered at the hotel front desk. Once that was all figured out when I finally arrived to my room the air didn’t work and it was 75 degrees for my entire stay. The toilet didn’t flush, and there was hair on the bathroom floor. Also the outlets in my room didn’t all work. None of the toilets on the public restrooms flushed properly either the hand soap dispensers were all broken. Also I had to pay an additional $55 for parking that was not disclosed prior to my stay. I went to the front desk to talk to them about my issues where I was told I’d have to speak to a manager and there was none there at this time. Needless to say I will not be staying here ever again and will definitely not recommend the hotel to anyone!

The staff was lacking. The front desk could barely smile or be welcoming. The staff in the bar restaurant were not friendly and definitely understaffed. The hotel itself was nice and the bed was very comfortable and the location was good for going to a concert at MetLife. The only problem was the staff or lack of staff. They send you a text upon arrival asking if you need anything then do not respond when you do ask for something via that text. Every number I called from the room , guest services , room service, bell desk went unanswered. It’s an ok place for a one night stay.

Check in was great, rooms and hotel overall were clean and in decent condition. If you look close enough you can spot some age issues :). The only negative was the bar and grill had only ONE employee - the bartender! The place was packed and you had to stand in line to get a drink. It took me 25 minutes! This is a management staffing issue - she was FANTASTIC!

My plans changed and i tried to edit my booking through the app. I just had to leave a day early and knew months in advance. The app said they would make a note and to bring it up to the staff on arrival since i hadnt paid yet. The front desk was not helpful and said they couldnt do anything and still charged me for the extra day. Beware, wouldnt stay here again.

The man at the front desk Sunday morning was VERY rude to me and my guest when we simply asked about breakfast. He was talking in another language with someone on speaker phone very loudly as I stood waiting for him to acknowledge me. He just continued to ignore me and there was no one else to help. When I asked about breakfast he didn’t even look up at me, he just waved his finger at me like I was a child. Same exact scenario with my mother 15 minutes later. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. I called the day before our stay to inquire about an early check-in as our travel plans let us to arrive early at the park hotel and their check-in time is at 4 PM.We were told they would submit a request and told us to call again the morning of our stay. We called that morning and we’re told that no one is getting an early check-in because they were fully booked the night before and need to clean the rooms. When we arrived early, the girl at the front desk was not polite or helpful and told us that she can’t do any early check-in, but to check back in an hour. This went on all day until 3:30 PM. We had several friends and met groups of people at the concert who all said they were able to walk up to the front desk as early as 11 AM that day and got an early check-in. The lack of customer service and attitude of the employees left a very bad taste in my mouth. If they had just told us the day before that there were no early check-in we could’ve planned accordingly. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. I called the day before our stay to inquire about an early check-in as our travel plans let us to arrive early at the park hotel and their check-in time is at 4 PM.We were told they would submit a request and told us to call again the morning of our stay. We called that morning and we’re told that no one is getting an early check-in because they were fully booked the night before and need to clean the rooms. When we arrived early, the girl at the front desk was not polite or helpful and told us that she can’t do any early check-in, but to check back in an hour. This went on all day until 3:30 PM. We had several friends and met groups of people at the concert who all said they were able to walk up to the front desk as early as 11 AM that day and got an early check-in. The lack of customer service and attitude of the employees left a very bad taste in my mouth. If they had just told us the day before that there were no early check-in we could’ve planned accordingly. it was a good option for staying somewhere for an event at MetLife. it was hard to get to though because the gps kept making me get on and off the turnpike and the exit being closed that I needed to take made being 15 minutes away turn into 45 minutes to an hour away.

Everything about this trip/stay was easy and convenient. I was attending a 2-day event at MetLife and everything was super simple. The only thing I would say(let me preface that this isn’t there fault but it’s good info to have): it’s right around the corner from MetLife but you’re not able to walk. I wish you could as it would be 10x more convenient.

Hotel was great overall. Staff was very friendly and easy going. The room was much more than I expected especially the bathroom. It was very a lot bigger compared to what was advertised on Expedia. The sheets did kind of have a weird scent and the walls are thin so you can sometimes hear the people next door. The hotel is also about a 13 mins drive to MetLife if you’re planning on staying. It is not walkable!

Hotel is next to Metlife Stadium and The American Dream Mall. They had a shuttle service to and from the Stadium helping us avoid the chaos that is stadium parking. Hotel bar was small, but nice, and food was better than you may expect, from the sandwiches to the salad and the wings, we enjoyed it all!

Property is ok. Carpet in room was stained and old but room appeared clean. Property is close to MetLife Stadium but it is not possible to walk to the stadium. Getting back to hotel after an event will take hours. Not convenient if yo are planning on going to MetLife.

when I first booked this hotel in April, breakfast at an onsite restaurant was advertised but, fast forward to my July booking, found only a lounge serving limited menu and a Starbucks. hotel room bathroom seemed in need of renovations - hot water took a while to come in, toilet ran a while after flushing and sink taps were very loose.

Pros: Friendly check in service. Complimentary waters provided. Conveniently located with reasonable shuttle costs to the stadium. It was quiet in the evening. Cons: There was no refrigerator and the conditioner in the shower was empty. Terrible service at breakfast

Comfortable & clean stay. Nice proximity to the mall and MetLife arena. Only complaint is that the on site restaurant no longer serves breakfast, leaving a very long line at Starbucks every morning. It is nice they have a Starbucks on site! We could partially see the city from our room, which was nice.

Hotel is very nice, our floor and a few other did not have a working ice machine had to go 4 floors up to get ice. Drinks at the bar were very skimpy order a double Dewars and got a glass with not even a full single. Menu very limited as well

The room was nice and spacious. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. They can do with better lighting in the room. It was okay otherwise. Services at the front desk was awesome. The outside was not inviting at all but once you go inside it’s beautiful. The persons who work in the dining area were amazing. They were very sociable beautiful smile on their faces which makes the environment very inviting and relaxing and the food was great.
