Property was clean and the area felt safe. There is no elevator so it is not ideal if you’re traveling with someone with mobility issues.

no elevator (i’m handicapped) but flung myself up those stairs and prayed all the way down. perfect for what we needed - easy in and out, clean and quiet!

We were heading to Atlantic City and decided to spend a night here instead before getting there to avoid all the overnight parking fees. We love that they had free parking and it was very safe and quiet

I really enjoyed this well managed hotel. Complementary water when you come in, a fitness room with exactly what you need and comfortable beds.

This hotel is perfect. It has everything you need to survive for a few days if you don't want to have to go far for what you need. There is free coffee and juice on site daily, free toiletries, top up of towels whenever needed, good cable television options, guest laundry onsite. Also if you want a hot meal there is a restaurant within 2 minutes walk. Also there are drinks and snacks vending machines in the hotel. Everything is literally perfect and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I travel to America regularly a few times per year and I will be sure to always use this hotel. Thank you to everyone at Econo Lodge Woodbridge for making my stay comfortable and memorable.

Morning BF was included, but not provided No tea or Coffee.Location looks like some industrial trucking area.Very poor surroundings...No elevator.If you are 70 plus and Heart patient,be ready to climb stairs with your carry ons and if you have damaged knees ,pray God.

The man at check in was ignorant for no reason. The first thing I saw when I walked in the room was cockroaches. I went right back to the front desk and told him I wanted a refund. He didn't seem surprised whatsoever. Absolutely disgusting will never go back and we'll tell everyone to stay far away.

Trip started off just fine, easy check in and then on my last day I found a roach in the bathroom and it really ruined the whole trip for me.

Will start with the building ..hallways and room smell moldy the carpets are filthy pest traps on every wall should have been first clue. Flew in from out of town and stayed here one night only... Woke up with a live bedbug on my pillow. Thank you expedia for the refund of this nightmare.

I'm a really easy going person when it comes to hotels. It's a place for me and my family to sleep, so I often book cheap and don't expect to have luxury accommodations. This hotel however was pretty bad. We had a family of 5 worth of luggage, and were initially met with a narrow wooden staircase to get to the second floor from inside the lobby (we were told there's no elevator, which is fine, but the staircase isn't very wide, and my mom has trouble climbing a lot of steps. I wouldn't have left a poor review for just that though. The main reason for my lower review is due to the cleanliness of the room. The carpeted flooring was really dirty (it definitely did not look vacuumed) and had bits of food left in it. The room smelt so badly of cigarette smoke (non smoking room) that we had to tell the front desk so they didn't think it was us. Then, the AC unit was awful. It smelled like it was blowing mildew or mold (even on colder settings, it felt like it was blowing out a weird humidity/moisture into the room), and left all of us with the worst congestion when we woke in the morning. If I visit the area again, I'll find other accomodations.

The hotel has roaches. I walked into my room and there were roaches running around. Than for checkout, no one was in the front desk and it was empty.

Perfectly nice place to stay. Clean and comfy beds! One of the guests got a bit loud one of the mornings (yelling, slamming door…) I called front desk to check on them, and got no answer 😅 Other than that, it was fine. I’d stay there again! Close to Metropark if you wanted to take public transportation into New York City.

The room was very old. Bathroom was old and need major repairs. The beds were uncomfortable. We had 2 pillows on each bed that were half size of a standard and hard. The curtains didnt fit the windows. The main room door looked like it was cut to fit and light came thru the top.

Night club in parking lot, loud music till 2 am, club goers standing outside hotel windows talking and smoking, place reeked like weed, attendants did not speak any English

Even though it was last minute the room was nice and clean I had a good time I had a very good rest. The only concern was the shower was not up to par and the air conditioner did not work. Overall it was still a nice last minute getaway

The stay was great. Room was very clean and spacious. The only thing I didn't like when we walked in the air conditioner was off so you had to wait for it to cool the room down but it was very quick to cool, other then that stay and room were great especially for the price. Price was amazing! Would def stay again.

I had an injury and could hardly walk during my stay. Hotel graciously allowed me to check out after one day and refunded the amount I had paid for the intended second night. They were very honest and trustworthy in this process. Thank you.

Staff was wonderful, accommodated my need for first floor. They were prompt w every request, i had minimal. I had a VERY nice stay there. The bed was super comfy.

Horrible customer service. Upon checking in the gentleman had zero idea what he was doing. He tried to double charge me and then ounce realized I booked through Expedia had said "my card declined but he doesn\'t need it anymore" how embarrassing and when I was checking out there was no one at the front desk. Rang the bell and everything and had to eventually leave my key after 15/20 minutes because I simply could not wait any longer. Thank god it was a one night stay because that place lacks professionalism especially for a hotel where you\'re suppose to feel "at home" won\'t book again and don\'t recommend

My spouse and I were denied service and treated very rudely after simply requestingto alter a stay. Even if there are no rooms available, you do not scream at people willing to do business with you. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I got charged THREE (3) times for ONE (1) room and they refuse to give me a refund. I booked a room for my brother who came in late from an international flight. I called the hotel just to make sure it would be open that late. The front desk person was very unhelpful. Despite booking through a third party, she claimed my credit card had not gone through (although it did) and insisted I needed to book again. She even hung up on me as I politely tried to understand the issue. Since I really needed the room, I booked a room again with another card. I called the front desk again to see if it was good now. This time I was informed that the guest must present an ID matching the credit card used for payment. Given the urgency of the situation, I booked a third time, using my brother’s card. I asked for a refund for the other two times I was charged. They refused the refund. They said they were fully booked (which I believe is a lie, because I did the additional reservations after 10pm, and there were still rooms available). I’m in disbelief. Mistakes happen, but the lack of customer service displayed is NOT acceptable. The level of assistance from Expedia regarding this matter is also disappointing. I urge prospective guests to reconsider staying here. It is my genuine hope that the issues I experienced are not indicative of a system aimed at extracting additional funds from unsuspecting customers. I hope that Days Inn by Wyndham takes steps to address these issues.

The front desk person was not super friendly. Over all, the rating of 9.2 is vastly exaggerated. I honestly do not know how the rating came about. This is our third month traveling cross the country. This is the worst hotel we stayed so far.

Even though the hotel is located on a busy highway, it was quiet inside. The hotel was clean, and the staff was courteous, and very helpful.

Good location.

A faint odor of urine in the hallway. The room overlooked a nightclub which played loud music until after midnight. There was no breakfast as advertised. I left and went elsewhere.

Economical and Good location, everything nearby

This hotel is in a convenient location in New Jersey, which makes it a great budget-friendly alternative to the high prices in New York. It’s pretty close to the city, so getting there isn’t a hassle. The place was very clean and well-kept, though you can see a bit of wear here and there. Just a heads-up—they’re very strict about their no-visitor, no-smoking, and no-pet policies. I knocked off one star because our room was near the front desk and we were woken up by noise early in the morning. Still, I’d recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, good location, and overall value.

The property was isolated from major restaurants, shopping centers and transportation.

No continental breakfast

All good except the noise. Says breakfast included on the sign but it isnt…. Wasnt advertised as such on hotel.com but remove the sign maybe? Clean and comfortable. Asked for a 50$ deposit but hotel.com said no deposit required.

Breakfast incluided? Is this a joke? They gave me a bag with a water bottle one apple juice one granola bar and one little yogurt? Really?.the breakfast room its full of mattreses.No coffee or te.Rooms dirty and sheets with bad odor.I don't do bad reviews but really this hotel deserves it.

Certainly nothing unique, the area that in most Days Inn that is used for breakfast, has been under construction and used as a storage area for almost 2 years. Wifi is very limited.

One night, very quiet. Only down fall is no breakfast, horrible juice that kids wouldn’t drink.

Let’s start with the pros. I have stayed at 4-star hotels and have found hairs in the bathroom —yuck! However, my room was impeccably clean —please give a pay raise to the housekeeping crew! The bed was big and comfy. TV had plenty of channels. Everything was in working condition. Price was very reasonable. Now the cons, THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST AS ADVERTISED —only coffee in common area and vending machines. I wish the front desk person would’ve at least told me so I didn’t wake up at 6 AM to find nothing to eat! Also, the toilet seat —though clean— had scratches and needed replacement.
