An excellent property with very helpful staffs.They have ample parking which are free for the residents and is very is close to a bus stop. So one could easily park their car here and go to NY city by bus.

The property is close to Met Life stadium, which is very convenient when attending events. The front desk staff were helpful and allowed us to check in early. They also provided advice for getting to and from the stadium, which we appreciated. However, for the price we paid, we were disappointed that the rooms were somewhat outdated and the amenities in the room were very sparse. The bistro was closed on a Saturday afternoon, so we were unable to grab a quick bite before heading out to Met Life for a concert.

Would have been in all out five-star review, but for some reason their bar/bistro that was supposed to be open from 5 to 10:00 p.m. both days that we stayed was not open for some reason. Not that it's the worst thing in the world, but it was advertised as such on the website that they have the bar and bistro and it was never open. It would have been nice to grab a meal or a drink at the hotel. Once again not the end of the world. All around a very good stay.

The Expedia app shows that there is a pool at the facility, with pictures and all. This was a main reason of me booking this property. When I arrive the clerk at the front desk informed me that the pool is not available. My children were very disappointed and this ruined our stay.

We were unable to stay and lost our payment. There were only 3 handicap spots and all were full. We rode around for a while but the entire parking lot was full. I went inside and asked the person at the desk where should we park and her response - I don’t know, I’ve never come across this situation before and suggested I speak to the manager the next day. There was also no local parking.

Our room was comfortable and clean. Location is good, providing easy access to Manhattan and close to American Dream mall. My only complaint is parking, which is located in a garage behind the hotel. The garage is currently undergoing construction, so it is not in a very good shape, with trash lying around.

The hotel location is good, and free parking are the only two good things at the hotel. The bathroom showerhead had black mold growing on it, the bathroom shower curtains had black mold growing on it, the bathroom sink had red mold growing around the faucets, both of the toilet paper rolls were almost empty when we checked in, the parking lot behind the building had empty alcohol bottles and other trash around the parking lot.

Its approximity being close to city and nearby restaurants (by car) and plenty of parking provides convenience. However, even though I have stayed for 5 days, never once my room was cleaned, beds made or changed, garbage cans emptied. And they are still charging what they have been charging before Covid era. This will be my last stay in this hotel

The only thing we didn’t like about the room was the bathroom. The toilet was kind of under the counter in a weird way. Oh, & we reserved a ‘city-view’ room but ended up with a view of the parking garage. Other than that the stay was great. Staff was awesome, and the bus stop outside made it so easy for us to go into the city. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff at check in and check out was very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff was very friendly as well. however, i barely slept because everything was so noisy. the fridge ….. the neighbors appliances and bathroom. it was loud, like the walls were paper thin. …. not to mention the motorcycle crew running their engines and riding around the lot next to my window…. til almost 1am.

Bed and room were comfortable but what sets it apart is the staff! They are sweet and very friendly, they even let us check in a little early which was super appreciated, and were very kind about letting us keep some luggage there while we went to explore before a flight. Would stay again!

Brian at the Front Desk is amazing! Very efficient, friendly and provides outstanding service. The room is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Very well maintained. Pictures provided do not at all represent the actual room. I arrived after dark and the outside of the property has very poor lighting. Upon opening my car door you could hear people fighting in the nearby parking garage. After a long day of traveling I figured I just needed to get inside and settled. I have stayed at several courtyard Marriotts and this location does not at all match the typical experience. Receptionist was short spoken and rude. After finally getting to my room the tv didn’t work, the furniture was horribly beat up, window overlooked the individuals fighting in the parking garage, and was given a hard time to switch to a new room.

The hotel is almost in the middle of nowhere. There is a restaurant for breakfast and dinner but with very limited offer. You need a car to go to restaurants in Lyndhurst. Anyway, the bus stop is very close to the hotel and with 20-30 minutes you can reach Manhattan

We loved the walking distance to Medieval Times and only a 7 min ride to The American Dream mall. We called for early check-in and they made our room available by 1:30pm instead of 4pm. The room was very clean. The disappointments were not having a functional pool and no more continental breakfast served. They also need more lighting. The hallways and rooms are very poorly lit.

If visiting NYC/Manhattan, it’s roughly 40-50min away using Lincoln/Holland tunnel. Other option would be to park in Jersey City near any PATH station and take that into NYC. I would recommend the former as you’ll have to park and pay in Jersey City for PATH station as well.

We chose this hotel based on a friend's recommendation to avoid the more expensive new york hotels. Our room was very clean and tidy, comfortable bed, staff were friendly. Breakfast(not buffet but menu based) tasted soo good we were actually surprized since we weren't expecting that. I recommend it if you are not looking for a fancy place

After a long day at the waterpark walking in to the most smooth and quick check in was amazing! Headed up to my room to 2 comfortable beds and couch. Would definitely stay here again. Just wish they had complimentary breakfast or at least reasonable prices because $4 for a bottle of water is insane lol
