Clean medium size room that has clean extra large refrigerator and extra large microwave. It also has new electric stove, however there are no pots and pans (I believe these can be provided if asked for). It is under new management and is a little quieter than my last stay. As with some of the other rooms I've stayed in here, the shower Curtain is a little short and the bathroom floor gets wet. This could easily be correct with a new shower curtain and "shower curtain extenders."

only issue was lack of bathroom amenities and messed up AC; there was only one roll of tissue, and the sink was acting weird. Kitchenette was great though as well as amazing storage space! They also had an elevator which was convenient when caring lots of stuff or if you're walking-disabled. Would definitely book with them again!

The set up was nice. There was a kitchen with no pots or pans. They didn’t have no iron, blow dryer, or ice. I saw two bugs and one was a baby roach but nothing that deep.

Need to clean every where in the room and Outside of room, need to use Equipements for smoke. When i booked reservation i called to receptionist and confirm with Tina that its a 100% smoke free motel but when i reached whole property had smoking smell, even i changed 3 rooms then i got little room with not a too much smoking smell, i didn't sleep all night because of bugs and little smoking smell even flloor was too much sticky, housekeepers did not clean microwave and fridge properly, curtains were so dirty its a terrible experience in my life and i decided that in future i will not going to use any motel who own by redroof

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling above the shower. There was dust everywhere including on top of the headboards as well as on the light fixtures. The air conditioner unit was absolutely disgusting and looked like it had not been cleaned for years. On top of all of this all that was provided was towels and one little sliver of soap. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room smells weed for a nonsmoking room. Sink has full of shaved hair, showertub has full of hair, the towel has a hair in it. Table was burnt, toilet seat was burnt by cigarette, stove was full of rust, the bed looks dirty, floor is sticky. No remote for the TV. No trash inside or outside the room and facility. It feels unsafe. No breakfast. I am traumatized in this place and I will never check in any Red Roof Hotel. It has been neglected by the management and lack of city inspection. This place is a health hazard. I would rather sleep in my car than staying in this place. I have photos showing evidences of all the details that I have mentioned are true based in my observations and experience in good faith.

Staff was able to help check in after hours, it was so late and tired we didn’t have energy or time to request a new room. Our room floors were dirty a pair of white socks would be ruined, holes in the walls, holes in the sheets, mold in the bathroom, run one finger down the top of fridge and you would have to scrub your hands.

This hotel room was genuinely horrific. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold a d about to collapse due to a leak above. Water squished out from under the laminate flooring with every step. We saw a roach in our room. Even the smoke detector was disconnected. Do not stay here. Even at the low price we paid it was way too much. I dont know how this place has survived health and safety inspections, if we would have been able to find alternate accommodations we would have.

The rooms have a distinctive smell to them. The beds and sheets were dirty. The room looked very worn down and the floors needed to be mopped. The refrigerator had rotten food in it!! The bathroom was nasty and needed to be cleaned. I was not able to get a refund because I booked through a third party. I will not stay here again!

Don’t. Just don’t. We stayed in the room for less than 20 minutes before we checked out. Disgusting smell in the room like stale cigarettes and mold. Horrendously dirty bathroom with hair on the walls. I was afraid to sit on the bed. The security latch on the door was snapped off. Please save yourself the stress and avoid.

I haven’t seen roaches since the 90’s. This property has roaches bad. It’s bad when the lights on and you seeing them. Then they didn’t even sweep the floor after knowing they bombed/sprayed for bugs. It was about 7 dead on their back & i saw 3 living & 1 bug i killed i can’t even tell u what it was. I went to front office they changed my room b4 that i asked the 1st person i saw do they have roaches n they room she said yeah all of them do. Like it was normal. The staff was great but the roaches and the term roach motel came from this place.

This a residency hotel. Lots of people living in the units. I picked this spot because it boasted of a mini kitchen. The room is the size of a shoe box with a huge refrigerator that takes up most of the place. There were no utensils dishes pots glasses. The stove was filthy and the refrigerator had a roach walking around in it. I found a few more scurrying under the cabinets. The floors were filthy. I complained and was moved to another unit that was equally as filthy, if not worse. The lady at the front desk was very understanding and immediately offered me a refund of my second night. Because I had planned on staying for two days. Me and my wife couldn't stay there and wound up leaving a few hours after arriving. We had to spend more money on another hotel.

It was just an overnight stay. Expectations weren't high but the property is dated. The room was clean but smelled stale. A/C didnt work consistently throughout the night so it got pretty hot. A lot of people outside the rooms and in the parking lot.

Had reservations for 7 days the first 3 days had room not heat finally after 3 day they switched rooms. After complaining every day. Key did work have the time. Had to want in the lobby till 9 0 clock one night till they could get it unlocked.

The bathroom did not look clean. Hair in the sink and shower, dried urine on the toilet. The bed had to be probably one of the most uncomfortable ive ever slept on, but thats why i bring a foam topper with me wherever i go. Nice size fridge compared to some with mini fridges. 2 burner stove top was nice, and microwave. Half the lights didnt work but that wasnt a huge issue. For a cheap stay, it wasnt bad.

We were charged twice for a deposit as the guy at the front desk said the first card didn’t go through. We told him both cards got charged and stated he would refund one of them. The next day there was still no refund so we asked the front desk what was going on. They stated they couldn’t find both cards on their records even though we showed them both transactions from the previous night. Also riding the elevator down one floor, I got stuck in the elevator and had to wait for

Wasn't too bad when arrived was given handicap accessible room. However at 1055p discovered there was no shower hose to bathe. Then had to move all belongings from one room to far opposite end of motel using a shopping cart in freezing temperatures. Room was not handicap accessible but acceptable. Stay had to be extended. Was told I needed to leave a security deposit although my card was on file and have yet to receive my deposit refund. Though was told I would receive it 3 business days after check out. Which it has been. Originally asked for extra towels which were not given and maid service isn't offered daily. Must go to office for needs.

Front desk staff tried to scam us at check-in. The Red Roof website for this location specifically states there is no pet fee, but when we checked in the front desk clerk tried to charge us a $20 per fee, claiming it could only be paid in cash. We didn't have cash on us so he dropped it. There were also cockroaches in the room.

My check in was at 3pm, my room was not ready at 730 pm. I then killed time by going to dinner but no one ever answered the front desk when calling repeatedly to see if the room was available. Later that night someone tried to gain access to my room and management was going to let them in because he said it was his room. No one called the room or my cell phone to confirm this person was traveling with me, he just arrived at management at my door. The convenient had key card in hand about to let him access my room all because he said it was his. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

There was a basic pot of coffee in the office in the morning, but nothing like that in the room. The neighborhood felt safe but was not very walk-able. The place where the bus from the city stopped was not accessible on foot. Ride-shares were $30-50 from the city. Fine if you just need a bed and you have a car.

Stayed here before surgery at the Cooper Surgery center. The beds were comfortable and it’s only a 6 minute drive from the center. Very convenient

Not the hotels fault it’s more a New Jersey thing. Getting in and out of the property is not ideal with the way the roads are. Nothing within walking distance to shop or eat. It’s more of a long term stay hotel so people hanging out most of the day and night.
