Hotel was very nice with excellent breakfast. It was very busy the weekend we stayed with events. The area surrounding the hotel was very odd. Trees down everywhere and very abandoned looking. 2 guests that weekend had trees fall on their parked cars in the hotel lot.

The only reason I came to this hotel was so my children could take advantage of the pool. This hotel was recommended by my aunt that stays here 1-2 times a month because it’s close to her cancer center. I went to the front desk and to the security officer yesterday and this morning regarding my concern. I was told I would get a call, it is 8pm and no one has called yet. I asked if the pool was cleaned and I was told it was not by the pool guard. It looked disgusting. I hope to hear from someone soon.

I stayed here after a storm took my power out. The property is fairly nice, but it was packed with people. Kids were running around in their swimsuits through the halls which are all open and can be seen from the lobby and lower levels. Folks were roaming the property in pajamas and sleep bonnets and there were quite a few people smoking outside. This had nothing to do with the space at all, but it did diminish the quality of the experience. The bathroom was very noisy on my room and the microwave was very old. The phones did not have labels to dial the front desk or housekeeping. The sheets on the pull out sofa were torn and the mattress was stained. There were missing ceiling tiles in the halls on the 5th floor and two elevators were out of service. This has the potential to be a great property with a little TLC. The breakfast was GREAT. My children were very happy. Overall, despite the minor issues, the staff was fantastic and caring. I would stay here in an emergency again.

I really liked this hotel. Staff was very courteous at all times. Wonderful free breakfast... one of the best free ones I have ever had. Nice pool and hot tub. Very spacious room with fridge/microwave, comfy bed, WONDERFUL lobby. Got two free drink tickets every night at the bar. Nice gym, but PLEASE FIX THE ELLIPTICAL MACHINE. Room was a touch dated and lacked USB ports for charging, but the TVs were new and huge. Easy parking. Plenty of elevators. I feel like I got a great value for my money.

Breakfast was amazing beds were comfortable the pool was ok. Happy hour wasn't like it use to be, you just got a voucher for 1 drink before you could drink from 530 to 730. Elevators were really slow and not working all the time.

When I was there, staff was friendly and breakfast was served on time every day. Pool and hot tub time for adults was limited to two hours at night. I think it is to let children use the pool and to protect them and the hotel's record. The athletic room (AKA gym room) is mainly for cardio exercise. I think the room is small for weight lifting.

The property meet all expectations as usual since this is not my first time visiting this property. However, they are making up new rules that are posted on pieces of paper that do not coincide with rules posted on property notes. For example, inside the pool area, there is a list of pool rules posted that has clearly been written and approved by corporate. Since our last stay in August, they have since printed on a regular piece of paper and posted on the front of the pool door a list of “new” rules, that directly clashes with what the original rules say that are still posted in the pool area. This is not very customer service friendly, and it goes against consumer law since the new rules are not posted online to read BEFORE a booking is paid for.

The hotel’s lobby and central area are great, but my room just felt unclean - most because the carpet in the room looked dirty and dull and I could see what looked like nail trimmings in the corners. I also woke up the next day to find parts of my hands and arms covered in red bumps. I googled what this was and they look like bed bug bites. Additionally the bed was old and was sinking in the middle so it wasn’t great for my back.

The property was great until we found a bedbug in the pull out couch and the staff didn't seem to believe us. Our weekend was ruined when we moved to a different room and woke up with bedbugs bites all over our children. The staff was not helpful. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

We were in town for a conference (pleasure not business) and the con space was right next door which was very convenient. Embassy Suites offers very spacious rooms with all the amenities you need. Except that I would have preferred them to have Keurig coffee machines in the rooms.Just my preference. When I search for rooms one of the most important things I look for is to have a comfortable bed. If they had newer beds it would certainly get a 5 star review. Other than the bed it was a wonderful stay. I hope when we come back next year they have newer beds. Oh and the make to order breakfast was fantastic!!! Thank you ES.

Price is good and for the money we got a free happy hour drink and a hot breakfast. The rooms are old and in need of renovation. Picture brown carpet, old light fixtures, sinks and wallpaper. It was dim. For the money it’s probably still worth staying here but next time I’d up the budget and stay somewhere newer. The lobby is cool - they have a whole garden with water feature.

I reserved two rooms to rest during a long trip from the airport, only to find that both beds were dirty—with visible stains, crumbs, and dirt. We immediately reported this to the front desk. The receptionist apologized and assured us it wouldn’t happen again. we were tired and disappointed. In addition, I brought my child, who is on the autism spectrum, to use the hotel pool, hoping for a peaceful activity. Unfortunately, a group of six children entered the pool area, and the youngest was screaming at an unbearable volume. We politely asked the older sibling to help keep the noise down, but he ignored us. Later, we discovered that an adult woman—presumably their guardian—was sitting nearby with headphones on. When we tried to address the situation with her, she responded rudely, using inappropriate gestures and a harsh tone, saying, “If you’re annoyed, you can leave. Kids have to be kids!” I want to clarify—children being excited is normal, but screaming loudly in a public space without any redirection is not acceptable. It’s the responsibility of the guardians to help children understand and respect the presence of others, especially in shared spaces like hotel pools. When we reported this to hotel staff, we were told that the family had been warned and apologized, but we received no follow-up or resolution until we insisted on speaking to the receptionist again. This stay was far from restful or accommodating, and I would not recommend

My husband and I stay here VERY often. The front desk staff is amazing. Always very helpful and accommodating, especially Jennifer. My only complaint is house keeping. They are horrible with entering the room before you check out. They either knock once and just come in or they just come in! This is always done around 9am and check out is not until 11am. I don't even complain anymore because nothing changes, so i just put the latch on the door.

The area around the place isn’t great but that’s not why I stay here to begin with. I stay here because the staff are super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is incredible, and the rooms are great. The rooms have a small living area with a couch, extra tv, refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, microwave, chairs and table. The couch opens out to a bed and there’s extra pillows and blankets. For the price there is no beating this place. I’ve stayed at almost every other hotel in the area and they are unmatched in quality.

I will start with this. The desk staff needs to do a better job with communication with the restaurant staff. Being told in front of my company that there was a balance left in the bill when in all actuality there was not. Yes, he apologized for the misunderstanding on his behalf, but the entire situation should have never happened if the young man was focused on simple details. Better communication is definitely recommended to prevent further unnecessary decisions based on false factors. The rest of the staff was wonderful and absolutely amazing. They saved the review from being lower by elevating this experience overall. From the breakfast staff during the weekend and the restaurant staff during the weekend, to the breakfast staff during the day, I can rave on-and- about them. Everyone greeted us with a smile and make us feel right at home! Chef Guillermo makes some of the best and biggest custom omelets and pancakes I have had in a while. The breakfast was good and hot and in plenty. Seating was ample and spacious. The cleaning staff was also very accommodating to our needs. What really upset me was there was an incident in which a lot if police officers were called and yelling and screaming in the hotel. My son has autism and we specifically try to stay away from situations like that because it sets him off. I was completely unhappy about the lack of protocol followed by the lobby hotel staff and my family felt uneasy after the event. Overall it was okay.

My recent stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Piscataway Somerset was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. My family and I checked in hoping for a relaxing night before a full day of activities we had planned, but instead, we were subjected to a complete and utter nightmare. The room directly next to ours was making loud noises, playing music, and partying throughout the entire night. The noise was so pervasive and disruptive that it felt like they were in the same room as us. Around midnight, I called the front desk to complain. I was told they would send security to address the issue, but I don't believe they ever did. The noise continued unabated for hours, and our requests were completely ignored. As a result, my family and I barely slept. We are all exhausted, and today, instead of enjoying the plans we made, we are all suffering from severe headaches and feeling miserable. Our entire day has been ruined because of the hotel's complete failure to manage its guests and ensure a peaceful environment, even after a direct complaint was made. A hotel's fundamental purpose is to provide a place of rest and comfort. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Piscataway Somerset failed spectacularly at this simple and crucial task. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise anyone seeking a restful night to look elsewhere.

The front desk staff was extraordinary . They were extremely attentive, friendly, and professional each and every day/evening of my stay. I had an issue with my tv, maintenance arrived in a timely manner, and fixed it in minutes. The gentleman was polite and professional. I ordered room service one evening and I was very pleased. The food was hot, delicious and arrived within 20 min. Embassy could do with brighter lighting with their signage out by the main road where you turn in. I was there for a week and almost missed it each night. LOL I found that during the weekends the hotel did seem to be a bit noisy, but I guess that comes with the open air atrium hallways. Which, by the way, is breathtakingly beautiful, and peaceful.

The breakfast was amazing every day. Freshly made omelets and a full spread of eggs, sausage, potatoes along with fruit and beverages started the day off right. The opportunities where attention was needed was the room's beds are smaller and the surrounding area around the hotel was not great. Semi abandoned looking buildings and road construction in the road it is on. Hotel staff are super friendly.

The hotel was okay. My only critique is that in the breakfast when preparing my omelet they used the same utensils with bacon on other vegetarian omelets. Some people are very religiously sensitive on this matter and don't appreciate the cross contamination.

Excellent stay! Check in was quick, all the adults get a beverage voucher, can be a cocktails or draft beer and some light snacks every evening from 5:30-7:30, the breakfast is something else . No other like this from a hotel and we stayed at many. The accommodation is clean and spacious. Def be our home when we are in the area again.
