Nothing worked pool extremely cold heater was broken and had been for a while we was told . Had to move our room to another room away from other family members no heat in room and the room wasn’t clean . It was one the three worst hotel experiences I have ever had .

Specifically booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. Called the hotel prior to booking to confirm it was a heated pool. The front desk employee said yes. When we arrived the water was freezing. My son's lips were purple! I spoke to the manager to complain and soon learned the water heater hadn't been working for a while. Totally ruined the trip for my son. Although the staff were friendly, I wish I would've known this before booking. The online booking company did work with me to get me a refund. So I'm pleased with this. The breakfast was also good. But please call any hotel before booking. Don't assume websites are current/accurate

So the property is nice the room is nice and had a lot of toiletries and things. The room was clean and nothing looked messy. I chose this place specifically for their buffet and it didn’t disappoint it was a real classic breakfast buffet style. The pool tho looked murky when I went to check it out so I didn’t go in. But for the price of the hotel I don’t say it’s too bad. I just decided not to get in. They do offer you 12 pm check out which is convenient. It was a nice hotel I do wish they made the pool look a little bit nicer and more inviting but everything else was great

First day i checked in system qas down, no big deal. But parking was a problem every night. They rented the hotel spots to a parking app. So there was no parking left for hotel patrons. Cars were parked all over the grass areas. Hotel personel told me that was all that was left, i had to park in a mud field all 3 nights. My shoes a d sneakers full of mud alongside my car. When i broguht it to the "manager's" attention, he said there was nothing he could do and the next person above him was owner and the parking situation was not going to change.

Pool had hair floating in it and was murky, not sure how they state open when clearly the filtration system isn’t working. Had police and fire trucks there due to electrical issue at place so had to evacuate. No responses given to my complaints on refunding night, picked due to pool as driving through but couldn’t use as kid energy outlet as unsanitary.

The pool was closed, was given no notification of this. Booked specifically for the pool for our son. The room was not stocked; 2 towels, 1 cup, no coffee, no wash cloths, no ice holder. The surrounding area is honestly horrid. The traffic, the traveling, the road set ups are awful and getting into this hotel is nothing short of dangerous. If your not accustomed to city life, I would avoid this locatation. Zero convience about it. Only decent thing was the breakfast, which isn’t luxurious but it was included.

Would NOT recommend!! Walked into our room & immediately noticed the floors were dirty. Bathroom floor also dirty, boogers on the wall in the bathroom, half a roll of toilet paper with no spare to use. Bed was unbelievably uncomfortable with itchy feather pillows. Heard banging and things slammed into the wall all night in the hall. Was unable to sleep. Complete waste of money!! Look elsewhere!

Shampoo bottle in shower was empty. Went down to desk at 10pm and was told there's no shampoo anywhere but I can buy some for $5. Nope. It took about 20 minutes and 2 more tries at explaining before he finally called someone and he went and got a new bottle from somewhere. Meanwhile a lovely family was in line behind me to ask for a move of room due to roaches visible and crawling around the tv and remote. We won't be staying again. Shocked that a Hampton inn was so disorganized and buggy.

There were pubic hairs in the bathtub upon my arrival. I asked the front desk to send a cleaning person there response was we don’t have any to clean your room at this time. Then I ask them the next day to clean they’re response we don’t clean rooms while visitors are staying in the rooms. There’s was no bed skirt on my bed. The breakfast was awful. The staff is 100% rude.

Pricing is fair, however the location next to Route 46 is not good. Can be noisy throughtout hugh traffic times. Also, the bed must be missing springs because every movement the ned would squeek. The heater and A/C unit is very loud. The exhaust in the bathroom did not work as well. I spoke with the desk clerk and informed him of the findings in that room.

Pretty basic decent place to stay. Affordable. Okay for temporary stay, not recommended for long term stop. Dated with an attempt to renovate. Bathroom molding needed repair shower water wasnt hot enough. Hanging mildew smell from the indoor pool. Gym had 4 cardio machines and some weighted balls. Gym smelled bad due to flooding from next door pool, stagnate moisture underneath excercise matt not properly cleaned. It is located right on the highway so expect traffic noise throughout the day, not enough noise canceling. The entrance is pretty dangerous depending on how you arrive. It requires you to merge from the fast lane into a slow lane that is merging. The entrance is sudden right at where traffic merges. Construction was being done on the building, shouldve made an effort to put people in rooms furthest away from construction noise.

The free breakfast was good, the room was spacious and clean. The only negative thing is that the hotel is near a highway and at night you can't get a good sleep because of the big rigs driving by and making a lot of noise, sounding like a freight train

The manager was arguing with his staff member in front of everyone. The room I was originally given had been used (the bed was rumpled, the pillows were all over the bed and the TV was blaring). The front desk clerk was kind and accommodating but the night manager was rude and belligerent. He wanted to “check on the room” before giving me another room. I was not happy at all with this stay. The Internet was slow and unresponsive. I felt sorry for the clerk. The night manager was unprofessional and rude and never apologized for his behavior which was Very unprofessional. I go to the city a Great deal for cancer treatments, which are stressful and this situation made it even more stressful.

After making my reservation on Expedia, I called the hotel to confirm my room choices. The first time I called, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. The second time I called, I was abruptly informed that I needed the Hilton confirmation number, not the Expedia itinerary number, and hung up on. The third time I called, I confirmed our room choices. But then we didn’t get the room type we requested when we checked in. After we checked in, we were awoken at 11:30 pm by someone trying to enter our room. The front desk had assigned someone else to our room after assigning it to us. Minutes later, it happened again. Minutes later, the front desk called and asked when we checked in, obviously unaware of our presence in the room. Bottom line: the management was rude and incompetent.

Stayed this past weekend for two nights the first night a group of teenagers kept knocking on my door and running to the elevators tried calling the reception and no luck went down and no one was there second night there was a party till about 130 am in the room next door i didn’t get any rest while there I wouldn’t stay there again

Everyone was very friendly and respectful. But one of the staff members that really went out of their way and made this experience a 10 star was Vern!!! My husband lost his credit and it returned it to us, and he gave us nothing but amazing service. Will be a regular customer in the future.

The male who checked us in was on FaceTime during the entire interaction. I called ahead and inquired about a shuttle to the cruise terminal, but was not advised of any fees associated with the shuttle. When I arrived the male who checked us in told me the total for the charges, including the shuttle. I agreed. I checked my account and was charged double the amount he gave. Then I asked for a refund. He didn’t speak well enough English to communicate properly at the front desk. We had to park in a grass area over a curb because there was no parking.

It was a convenient location and parking was free. I didn’t have much interactions with the staff, but on the phone they were friendly and helpful. I received a courtesy call following my check out from the Manager to check how my stay was. That was shocking and refreshing!! I will definitely return now

The staff was exceptionally friendly. An amazing stay with a clean bed and room. The carpet inside was a little dated and felt sticky, so I recommend bringing slippers. Will note that this is a great place to stay with a car rental, but not a great place to be on hoof. You have to get through a really busy street to get to the closest bus station. I recommend taking Ubers out.

The only discrepancy is the location of the facility. It’s very difficult to get in and out of the hotel due to being right ontop of a highway. No sidewalks to use to explore the area. It’s a very busy and congested area. Otherwise, the facility was clean, and affordable. Very nice.

This place is very clean nice, staff professional, we were here for 4 nights, I lived in RP since I was a kid. The only entrance to the hotel is a 3 lane merge off route 46, which has to merge with I95 cars going 70 MPR and you literally take your life in your hand to enter the parking lot!! I will never stay here again for that reason only. It’s truly a death trap to enter the parking lot. Whoever decided this was a good location without an alternate entrance should be fired.

It was really difficult to enter the parking lot from US 46E. If not getting off from the NJ turnpike ramp it’s almost impossible to make the right turn into the parking lot from US 46E.

This is a lovely little hotel. Well located - we used the park and ride at Tonelle to get into Manhattan using the HBLR and then PACT from Hoboken. It’s clean and breakfast is basic but varied. Negatives for us were: check-in clerk was really miserable. We had to extract info - not what you want after a long drive; the shower was freezing at all times and there wasn’t always decaf coffee available in the lobby where there was always regular. Decaf was available at breakfast. It would have been lovely to have in the evening as someone who can’t have caffeine for health reasons.
