Room was clean and staff were very friendly.

My overall experience was not so good. A few things could have made it a pleasant experience. There weren’t any aspects that exceeded my expectations. There are a few things that could have made it more enjoyable, like putting the heat to a comfortable temperature, because when I walked in the room, the temperature was 55 degrees. I immediately turned it up to 90 degrees. However, it took almost 3 hours just for it to make to 71 degrees. Also, the lamp on the desk didn’t work, which I need for work. The cold faucet handle on the jetted tub was also broken. So it was difficult to add cold water when running the water. Then the alarm clock in the room next to ours kept going off. It was horrible. We could not sleep almost the whole night with that noise. I called to the front desk to have someone go to shut it off, and the receptionist had an attitude about it. That is unacceptable. Not sure with everything that transpired with my experience, would I recommend this hotel.

We pulled up to the hotel, located next to an abandoned hotel. There were no other cars in the parking lot and the place looked like something out of a horror movie an a not so good neighborhood. Just from the looks of the place, we didn't even bother going in, and even though we had already pre-paid for the hotel, we decided that we would drive 10 minutes away and spend the same amount of money at the Marriot. I would not suggest this place.

EVERYTHING THERE SO AMAZING THERE, there’s always so accommodating and care about there customers. Everything is so clean fresh I love it here. I will FOR EVER CONTINUE TO GO HERE OVER ANY other place idc anymore.
