Great stay to commence our East coast trip. Beautiful entrances super friendly staff clean room and hall. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub most of the night. Hotel literally has everything that one would need or you can purchase it at front desk. Beer, soda, snacks. I loved the kitchen nook are in my room that is perfect since we packed food and snacks. Comfy bed, plush duvet which I Love…. it’s everything you would look for to relax and enjoy time on vacation or even if just for a night.

My experience was okay. The breakfast options were very limited and not replenished often enough. The pool door was left open and that was very unsafe and people were walking through the pool area to access their room. Anyone could have walked through the door. Bugs were in the pool. The hot tub was not working, and the options for late checkout very limited. The staff was friendly but did not follow up and call us back regarding early check in request as stated they would.

Friendly service. Clean and comfortable. Avoid the pool, so much chlorine you can smell it from the hallway... yet great for children and family. Breakfast was just ok. I like it better when the muffins are wrapped and eggs are not pealed ahead of time. All in all I would stay there afain

I want to give more stars but it is really just okay. Passable. Not an amazing stay nor service, but it’s not okay because it’s in a convenient location and coincidentally we spent more hours outside than in the hotel. The cleanliness could be so much better - there’s dusty surfaces in the room and bathroom. Not all but there is. It seems like the cleaning done was brisk not thorough. The bathroom smelled, then I realized it’s the shower curtain. The smell that it was wet and left wet/damp for days until it dried on its own. I asked for extra pillows but they left it on the floor outside the door. Really? Of course we did not use it. The pool needs to be cleaned. And there was a day without hot breakfast because the lady who prepares breakfast lost her keys? Unheard of. Whatever happened to emergency keys?

I paid $200 for one night with a $100 deposit & the first room they gave me was absolutely filthy!! Trash everywhere, blankets off the bed, it smelled awful in there & beds were dirty!! I had to complain to front desk to get a new room!! Never will stay here again.

I've stayed at this hotel before and the experience was excellent. This time not so much. The room that was allocated to me was not the greatest. It was a first floor room. First floor, door was damaged, room smelled musty, not really a clean room overall. There were many insect visitors throughout the stay and on the second/last day, I had a small visiting frog. I didn't complain as I just slept there....didn't do much of anything else.

Clean, spotless room. The best staff I have ever encountered. Breakfast was like a real home cooked meal. We totally enjoyed it. Parking was easy. The workout room was working and spotless. Location is a super positive. Even our room was well priced. Please keep it up and dont ever change anything here.

The room was immaculate. Loved the personal care supplies. The bed was the BEST sleep I've had ina long time. Breakfast was good. Was thankful for a warm meal before heading out on my trip.

Nice place to stay. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Had issues with room next door playing loud music and we were moved quickly and apologetically, stating it would be taken care of. No other issues after that. The hotel is clean and smells clean. It is located near many fast food and other restaurants and shopping. If you are staying here and going to the cape in the summer, allow for extra driving time, especially on or near the weekend.

They put a $150.00 incidental hold on my card and when I checked out they said they were going to release the hold and I would have my money back but instead they never submitted the paperwork to my bank and it’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my money I call them everyday and they tell me they are sending email to me to give to my bank but email never gets sent

The door to my bathroom would not close unless slammed. I notified the front desk. Instead of offering a new room she notes it down so they can fix It in the future. They text me how my stay was and I told them not good because of the bathroom door. No response. There are plenty of hotel options this won’t be one in my next visit.

I will NEVER stay here again! I am a local and picked this hotel for a small overnight stay for my son’s birthday. It has been two weeks and I still have not received my deposit back. I’ve called several times and spoke to a manager who assured me she was looking into this and would call me back. I have continued to call and left messages for this manager to call me and resolve this. The staff are very rude when you call with an issue.

Definitely the equivalent of a Hyatt or Marriott at the Club level. The hotel has been recently renovated, and everything was spic and span clean. The complimrntary breakfast was a great perk. The woman who stocked and restocked the breakfast with the hot and cold selections was always smiling and definitely made sure the breakfast was inviting.... In room Keurig was a major plus. The full sized bathroom products were a nice surprise. Not disappointed by any means.
