Courtyard by Marriott Albuquerque

Pool was unavailable, no where it was mention during booking that it was under renovation. It was one main reason we booked there.

The hotel was average, our room was located towards the highway and it was loud at night, they have 3 treadmills and 2 of those were not working. Staff was good and helped quickly with any concerns. For the price point i would probably go back.

Great location, very quiet. Breakfast and dinner served there which great if you don’t want to go anywhere. Also a bar is inside that is open from 5 pm to 10 pm.

Absolutely beautiful facility. The courtyard was gorgeous, peaceful, shady with spots to sit or layout in the sun or work/read in the shade. The pool and gym were amazing - decent sized warm indoor pool. Restaurant and bar on site was convenient. Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the loveseat and big tv. The only odd thing was no usb charging ports anywhere in the room. But there was in room coffee and a fridge which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Beds are very hard, pillows terrible too. One of the pillows felt like it was stuffed with socks. If you get a room facing the freeway, you’ll notice that it’s loud and makes it hard to sleep. Giving it 3 stars because we did enjoy the heated pool and the gym. Their court yard is nice too.

Overall comfortable stay, clean room and facilities. Pool light was not working or installed correctly so pool was not available to the public.

The stay was just OK. Our room faced the interstate and was EXTREMELY noisy. Cars racing, motorcycles rumbling, etc Pool was closed, no reason given. Roof was being replaced and we were not notified until the day of our stay. Based upon our experience at other Courtyards, this stay was not memorable

Great stay in Albuquerque. Greeted right away and our room was upgraded. Queen size beds that were so comfortable. Spacious room and very clean. Tesla super chargers behind the hotel. Beautiful and charming.

Pillows were bad the go flat when you lay on it could of used a table in room to eat on but other than that bathroom was big toilet a little close to the wall shower no complaints pool kind of small but still enjoyed it bathrooms in pool area freezing need heaters gym nice and clean nice workout equipment parking was good felt secure. Loved the music they were playing check in was ok could of been a little more friendly but did ok check out was ok. Will stay again.

It has a nice outdoor area with a fire pit and some games.

Bathroom wall was covered with a brown fluid on bottom half like it was sprayed with something. Black short hairs in the bathtub, we both have long hair one blond one brown. Obviously not ours.

It was okay just found roaches and black widow the staff was amazing

Bed too hard. Hallways were dirty at check-in. Had to move to another room after first night because first one was bad.

It was an excellent stay. Room was very clean as well as common areas. Loved the ambiance of the hotel. Will stay there again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was not clean stains on bathroom floor and on bathroom walls in entrance room beds are high the sheets and pillow cases were stained with like hair dye or something thought it was strange they would use them beds hard and not comfortable stayed here before and had a great experience but will not stay again also pool is not big or deep at all .

Once again the staff is amazing. De'Shawn, the morning person, and the bar staff are great. One complaint: the bed sheet in room 164 had a blood spot on it. We just avoided it...no problem. The bathroom also has a better shower and the bathroom fan worked vs. room 157 the last two times.

The hotel is really beautiful on the outside and the lobby. This is my family's 2nd time to stay here. I was a little disappointed in the room. It looked very run down and it wasn't very clean in the bathroom. However, everything else was great. My kids and my parents loved the area and loved the stay outside of the bathroom issue, but overall a pretty good stay.

Clean room (hard to find in ABQ) and friendly people (also a callenge in ABQ im hospitality)

Walls are too thin, can hear everything. Walls were dirty, hair in the shower, floors weren’t clean and saw cockroach in restroom. Only thing good about this place was the comfortable bed. This place was a one and done for me.

The room was not clean especially the bathroom shower. We talked housekeeping it still wasn’t addressed. Talked to the front desk still no help. Finally caught a manager and he did assist. Overall not a great stay

Great property. Affordable. But the mattress were a little too firm, and we like firm. Room was nice sized and clean. No noisy neighbors but the windows faced the very noisy interstate.

Stay was okay, walls are very thin as we could hear the kids yelling beside us. My baby kept waking up. Overall good just wish we had quieter neighbors.

So, the property is a little dated, and vould use a make-over. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful. Other than the freeway noise, it was a great place to stay.

Great location for our events we were attending. Property was very nice and staff was kind and professional. The Mountain View room was beautiful. The only negative was road noise on I-25. But with ear plugs all was good. Would consider staying there again if needed.

Courtyard area was pleasant and inviting. Our room had a balcony that looked out at the courtyard with nice landscaping.

Our room was on the highway side, so it was noisy from the traffic. I'd suggest getting a room that doesn't face the highway. The air conditioner was a bit noisy too, but not enough to make us want to switch rooms. We'll be staying there again on our next visit to the city.

The room was small with no microwave

The check-in was awful and took 35 minutes as their credit card machine was not working and then sent us to the wrong room, then sent us again to the wrong room, then sent us a third time to a room which was not what was booked but all that they had available and was very tiny and inadequate. We will not stay there again.

All the desk clerks are wonderful. In particular DeShawn Chavez shared the name of a local pasta restaurant which was Great and helped with other issues! Greg Switzer

The location is very convenient and central. It felt like it had recently been renovated and was very clean. We had an issue with the TV and it was fixed in minutes. The bed was comfy and the ac was nice and cold for this hot season. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall quiet for a good amount of guests. I recommend getting a room on the courtyard side to help dampen highway noise.

Other than refresh on room was non existant Desk staff was excellent., friendly and very helpful..Lovely hotel easy acesss, beautiful couryard. Our reservations were not well done by Hotels.com it was a pre paid stay.. when we arrived it was not paid ending up hotel straff had to call corporate which was not readly available. approximatly 2 hours later we had a room

Had one minor issue and the front desk took care of it immediately. Excellent customer service.

We came into the hotel late on a Saturday night. We did not have a reservation. The young lady that was working the desk was extremely nice and very helpful. The property itself is beautiful. The room was perfect and very quiet. We will definitely be back for another stay.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff and accommodations that were made to get us in so quickly after another hotel cancelled our reservation last minute. We will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Everything about our stay was enjoyable until our group encountered Ashley, the receptionist. While we made the best of our experience, it is difficult to overlook the fact that her level of customer service was among the worst I’ve seen at a Marriott property—borderline nonexistent. What stood out was not just the lack of professionalism, but the dismissive and negative attitude she carried throughout the interaction. If one chooses to treat guests in such a manner, at the very least they should be competent and knowledgeable about their role. Otherwise, it reflects poorly not only on the individual but on the entire establishment. When I attempted to escalate the matter, the manager’s response was essentially that “nothing could be done.” While I did not expect immediate corrective action, I would have expected at minimum a willingness to acknowledge the issue, inquire into the employee’s behavior, and address it to prevent future guests from experiencing the same. This review is not about compensation or resolution—it is about accountability. Marriott has a reputation for high standards, and employees like Ashley, if left unchecked, erode the trust and expectations that loyal guests (my entire family have been members for over 8 years :)) associate with the brand. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvement.

Everything is pretty good, except one thing -- it is too close to the highway, and it is pretty loud at night. You can ask ear plugs if you have hard time sleeping with the noise.

This hotel is in a business park along the freeway (I-25). It's around the corner from a large Cabela's store. Despite the proximity to busy commercial and transportation corridors, it was a quiet and comfortable property. It was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. I was happy to see a security guard patrolled the parking lot in the evenings. The hotels in Albuquerque were expensive, and while this was not the least expensive property, I think it was a good value for the area. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay and would return to stay there in the future. The hotel has a bar/restaurant that was always busy, but we didn't try it. There's a nice courtyard to visit in when the sun goes down and the night cools off.

This property is right off the highway interchange on the south side of Albuquerque. It's a convenient location with lots of food choices nearby. The rooms are very clean. It's not a new property, but has regular events and seems up to snuff.

Its a great place to stay for me. It's close to I-25, on my way to Flagstaff.

Easy & convenient access to the hotel for a one night stay in Albuquerque

Safe, Quiet and Nice Location.

Perfect location near Sandia Amphitheater.

The property is lovely and relaxing. Bistro options are very convenient and yummy.

There is a beautiful southwestern fireplace in the lobby and a lovely park-like courtyard outside as well as an outdoor patio space in front. The staff was very friendly & helpful but the restaurant & lounge were out of a lot of items (I couldn’t get a salad because they were out of lettuce, my friend couldn’t get the kind of drink he wanted because they were out of the correct glassware). The rooms weren’t cleaned every day and they should have been just a little cleaner (4 out of 5 for cleanliness). There’s nothing to do in this area so be prepared to drive everywhere but - the good & bad - it’s right off the highway-so you won’t have a problem accessing places but it is LOUD. You will hear traffic all night. Overall I would rate it as 4 stars.

Hotel.com had that there was free breakfast and that was what we were looking forward to but they don’t have that.

I booked 10 days in advance and we were put on 4th floor facing the freeway! It was loud , inconvenient and the bistro downstairs was Outrageously expensive!! Never again!

Biggest complaint is that, unlike the previous stays (6 or 7 in the past three months), Happy Hour was discontinued and NO ONE told us. We were shocked when we got our bill for 4 glasses of wine. $60 plus tip. How about an adjustment??

The restaurant seemed to cater to their alcohol customers instead of customers that wanted food. So after waiting approx 20 min ( and not crowded at all) we left and went elsewhere!

Very nice property, clean and modern, would stay again with no issue and front desk was exceptionally professional! The food service was less than acceptable, ordering from a counter with very little staffing, 50 minutes to receive a bagel and 2 breakfast sandwiches then told they have no condiments. If a property is going to serve food they need to be staffed and efficient.

Very convenient to balloon fiesta park. Disappointed that the morning coffee available in the lobby was not free/ included.

This is such a nice hotel. The decor is lovely and my kids really enjoyed the pool. The dining situation however is seriously a problem. First of all, they keep the coffee behind the counter at the restaurant. I had to wait in line every time I wanted a refill. Ridiculous. Second there was only one person both at dinner and breakfast helping guests. One single person taking orders, serving, and cleaning up. It was not ok. Poor things were desperately trying to help everyone. Third as other reviewers have mentioned the beds are very hard. Such a nice hotel but coffee should always be free and accessible to guests.
