I like staying at the Marriott but the main reason was the indoor pool but they were rennovating and all the beds were in the pool house. So we were disappointed.

I have stayed here many times over the past 30 years, but not since 2012. I found the hotel in bad shape. My room was good, though. The lobby area is not air conditioned. The grass around the hotel and in the courtyard is not being watered. And, the pool and hot tub are permanently closed. I walked around the grounds and saw that one of the doors at the back was propped open. No one was around. I made another lap around and the door was still open. Last thing I will say. I am sure that the people in the room next to mine were smoking. The hotel rooms are decent. What has always made this a good place to stay was the courtyard and the pool/hot tub. And, those are all gone.

The hotel is undergoing major renovations. There was no access to the pool or fitness center, no breakfast bar, the main entrance was closed and I had to go in through a side entrance - basically there was a check in desk in the middle of some renovations (literally there were painters working around me as I was checking in). The hotel should make people aware of these facts on their listing. Had I known the state of the place, I would have gone elsewhere.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bathroom tub water did not go down the drain. Reported issue, maintenance fixed however believe this to be a temporary fix as the water drained but very slowly. The pool and hot tub were out of order which was disappointing. The hotel bar drinks and food were expensive.

The hotel advertises itself as having a pool and hot tub. I arrived to discover that these are permanently closed. The hotel also says it has a laundry service. This too wasn't working. I was there for a multi-day sports tournament and was planning to wash clothes and to get my athlete to recuperate in the pool/hot tub, neither of which was possible. Everything else about the hotel was fine.

Room was outdated. Older carpet and furniture. The bathroom had at least 10 long curly hairs in the tub in front of the sink and on the toilet. Under the sink was super gross like it has never been cleaned. Was kinda shocked for a $170 room.

The property was fine. My major concern was around the spiders on my bed when I woke in the morning. I shook out my clothes and did not shower or use any of the facilities. I quickly checked out, and informed the front office. The associate apologized for the experience when i showed her the pictures.

Called front desk and was fed BS then hung up on. I had to call back 6 times to be told call back the next day for a manager. Called the following day and explained the issus. After complaining the missing money was returned to my account. Will not stay here again

For the price I paid I expected a more cleaner room. The room smell funky when we first walk in and after turn the a/c on the smell kind of settled. The carpet was just dirty and black the couch was dirty and had a so.e kind of stain on there the ten was kind of black on the bottom. We left our sandals on in the room.

I was worried about some of the reviews, but it was like i was at a different hotel. Shuttle runs to the airport every 30 minutes early in the morning which was super convenient. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

We arrived late in the evening and were greeted with wonderful smiles by 2 front desk clerks (Becka and Sonia) who got us in our room in less than 5 minutes, including providing the rolling cart and helping us load and unload it. We were delighted by the personalized service, especially since we had just driven 13 hours from Las Vegas and were exhausted!

The staff was exceptionally helpful. I had left my cane in the room and the cleaning people notified the front desk and they brought it down personally. Also Sonja, took the time from her busy schedule to take me (the sole passenger) to the airport. She loaded my bags and drove me to the airport as the shuttle driver was running late

No one at the desk when I got there (for quite a while) and she was monosyllabic when she came. No one at the desk when I left. Only one elevator. Otherwise great, room was very nice and was clean.

My car was broken into right in front of the parking lot. Staff seemed dis-interested in helping in any way. Homeless in the area now makes this property unsafe. Avoid !!!!!

Vehicle broken into in less than 1 and 1/2 hours of check in. Suit case and bag take. Window broke. Had security in the parking lot driving around and still happened.

The staff was available at as ll times and friendly - but mgmt dropped the ball big time : they allowed only one person to be on staff to make drinks, cook food, serve food, and handle billing, we overhead a dozen others in our situation trying to relax and eat say they would never use Marriott again

The hotel was under construction during our stay so most of the amenities were closed, without any notice even though we booked three weeks prior to our trip. The “made to order” breakfast was terrible and we had to request a remake multiple days in a row.

Cleanliness was fine in room 429, but my tv didn't work. It was late and didn't want to wait on someone so lady at front desk said she'd cover cost of my breakfast instead. Next morning, went downstairs to have breakfast and I was told that the kitchen was broke and I could purchase some pastries they had, so I got screwed! Also, I let front desk know that my ac unit had moments throughout night that it would make a very loud vibration noise. I'm sorry, even though I'm a Bonvoy member, I would NOT stay at this property again if it were free!! I'll be going back to Albuquerque in a few weeks, and I'll be staying elsewhere.
