The stay was great. The pool was down but they offered to let us swim at one of their sister hotels. Staff was a bit rude but we didn’t have to deal with them much. Breakfast was great.

The hotel, service and cleanliness were wonderful. However you need to be very careful where you park. The second night we were there the windows were broken in my car. Amazingly nothing was stolen from our vehicle but it will be costly to replace the passenger side windows. We don’t know who did it but it looks like either a BB gun or a rock was used. We had to drive back to Texas with our windows covered by cardboard and tape.

There were major issues with the elevator, first only 1 was working, when you were inside it sounded like it would brake any minute. Then 2 hours later no elevator was working. We couldn't even get access to the stairs. We were on the 4th floor, my mom is 81 yrs old, just released from the hospital and she had to use the stairs. I would like some sort of refund from this location. For the inconvenience. Thank you.

My stay was just for one night, and I will not be going back. The room was clean, but I can't say the same for the rest of the property. Access from the parking lot was open to anyone. Only one elevator was working, and if you took the stairs, you ended up outside in the parking lot. The men at check-in were friendly but not helpful in any way. I chose this hotel because it had a pool. Well, the hot tub was covered in a thin layer of ice. So maybe during the winter months, the pool area should not be one of the amenities. Even though the gentleman at check-in assured me, my grandchildren and I could swim because the pool was heated. The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. But some of the breakfast items were not available/stocked. I will not be back. Sorry

Our restroom floor and shower had a lot of hair on it. The shower even had pubic hair and long brown hair on it. We didn’t use it! We were very tired after long hours driving and just went to bed. Thank goodness the bed was perfect. Clean and comfy except pillows and we brought ours. Breakfast was good and hot. The elevator had a filthy rug in it!

First goes the fault with the booking from their side, I don’t know if it’s the Expedia’s fault or the hotel! But we are crept out. We booked a room for a pet friendly facility, then at check in they claim they don’t have pet friendly rooms available, so charged us extra $20 for each night. The pathetic part is that they also got us sign paperwork to pay penalties if the room gets damages. Then comes the dirty room we’ve been accommodated in. I’ve never seen such a dirty hotel room. Terrible housekeeping. Everything is full of black dirt, except for the surfaces of the furniture. Carpets are dirty and have cigarette burns, as do the leather ottoman. The curtains are full of stain and brownish dirt, disgusting to touch. The baseboards are full of dust and haven’t been cleaned for a long time. Bathroom and shower area not good either. There is hair here and there. This is an old building but the uncleanliness and dirt has nothing to do with the building itself. It’s simply a bad service. The front and lobby is nice and clean, but it’s not what you’re going to get in your rooms. Very disappointing. As I said we are crept out for what we’ve got to experience. Waisted half a day for cleaning the room as well as cat proofing it for they didn’t have pet friendly rooms yet had us booked as a pet friendly hotel. Isn’t this fraud?

It’s next to the I-40, the truck traffic is loud, get better windows for the hotel. They put me in a room facing the freeway. The traffic is heavy 24-7. They gave us a cute pet welcome bag.

The AC unit didn’t cool the room. The first night I barely slept because the room was too warm. Left the air on all day at 66. Upon my return that evening to my room it was still warm. Called front desk. He came and looked at. Short story, I ended up changing rooms at around 10:30 at night. No offer to discount or anything for giving me a room that had an old unit, when right below me was a room with a new unit that was available. I stayed 4 nights. Also, the lighting is horrible in the rooms. it’s dark when you walk in the room and the switch doesn’t turn a light on if someone didn’t happen to leave a desk light on.

I made a reservation for 3 nights. The night I arrived was after a 14 hour drive. As you can imagine, I was exhausted. When I walked in my room, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned. I called down to the front desk to request a new room and was told “we are fully booked tonight, how do you know that it was not cleaned?” I explained that “the bed was not made, sheets not changed, trash was still in the room, used feminine products still in the bathroom trash can, and wet towels on the floor.” He did apologize, but like he said, they were fully booked that night. I slept sitting up in the chair and was given a new room the next day. I was super irritated after a long drive

The staff at this hotel was the friendliest I’ve ever encountered in all of my travels. These people went above and beyond - Doug at the front desk is a hoot, he told us a comical story relating to a guest. Our room was clean and cozy, the bed comfortable and the breakfast yummy!

Horrible!!!! They gave us a room that someone else was occupying and we walked in on them naked. Got another room and was awakened at 8:00 by jackhammering. Talked to hotel manager and she said there were signs up in lobby about remodeling, we could have gone somewhere else. We weren’t going to pay 3x as much for a room at the last minute. Then said it’s done during business hours so it’s ok. I’m on vacation and not on business hours.

our room was sold!!! Moved us to another property much further from airport!!! then when we arrived at other property they wanted me to pay again. desk clerk had to make calls to confirm my room was already charged to my card. we arrived in Alb approximately 11 and had a early am flight the fiasco cost us a good hour from the 6 we had. very disappointed…..

Great hotel, bad location. Hard to feel safe when there was a police presence in the lobby due to some recent car break-ins. The staff was great in dealing with the issues, but just be aware of the area, and don't leave items in your vehicle.

The place is in a good location where you can walk next door and get food and a cocktail , beer at the Green Jean. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The hotel is in area where is very quiet and safe. The ladies upfront were very polite and helpful during check in.

Very sketchy neighborhood. Hampton Inn large outside sign torn and ripped, effectively not identifiable. Several USB ports in room not operable. Ingress and egress to and from hotel property very awkward because only enter from one direction but must exit another street. Room was clean, fresh, and quiet. If the room was all it takes to make a hotel fine, it at least succeeded. While regularly travel through Albuquerque, will never again stay here.

I stop here once or twice a year as part of a longer trip. Great service from wonderful staff. Always attentive to my requests with a smile on their face. Very convenient location with easy access to/from highway. Large, very clean room with comfortable bed, microwave & refrigerator. Parking is close to the building with a brewery & multiple food options next door.

I stayed previously and it was excellent. This time my room faced I-40 and it was loud. A tour bus took over the pool and were doing fireworks which smelled the area. We did not enjoy the evening at the pool like we wanted to. The free breakfast ran out of food and staff did not fill up even though it was just 8:45 a.m.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was attentive and very friendly. The only thing I can say is the A/C didn't work like it should have. Our room was too warm and would not cool down at night like we would have liked. Otherwise the stay was great.

Great building. Staff was very friendly, although unprepared for full occupancy. (There was a tour group in and staff struggled to have breakfast foods and coffee available. Their one coffee maker overheated so folks were waiting.) On a typical morning it'd probably be fine. There is a place across the streat with great food. A type of food court with street tacos in one place, ramen noodles in another, burger, ice cream, and a brewery... all in one property with great outdoor seating!)
