I like the rooms, they were so fresh and clean. The breakfast was awesome. Hot fresh food. The ladies that were working in the kitchen were so nice and helpful. I asked for more tortillas they were so generous to put out more. I would like to tell the ladies thuu ÿo keep up the hard work that they do every morning COOK And I would like to also tell the maids to keep up the great hard work. The room We're so comfortable n cozy. I am definitely, going to come back again to stay a couple more nights because of how I am treated with So much respect and how the workers are so helpful n nice, I really like your guys's attitude. But the only thing I disagree with are the parking Lots, of how we had to pay $10 a night for a parking space. After paying for the rooms just didn't feel right paying for the parking lot space. Room was nice, large, clean, and comfortable, but experience was ruined by having my van broke into despite being parked near the front of the hotel, under a light, right in front of a surveillance camera. Hotel and Albuquerque police were less than helpful in the process. Beware of parking in the lot! Also, the pool is closed temporarily so be prepared for sad kids.

Our stay might have been very brief but the care at all levels at this hotel, very conveniently located just minutes from the ABQ airport, was astounding. The survey doesn't mention the VERY helpful shuttle service that added that much more convenience to an already-comfortable stay. intended for the business traveler, this hotel nonetheless caters to the casual traveler and our stay was a very good one. As we ate the breakfast featuring a variety of healthy offerings, we couldn't help but notice the basketball court and the (covered because it was November!) pool. The amenities are plentiful and we cannot recommend this hotel and its caring staff more highlyl.

We had a very nice stay . The room was very large . Two separate bedrooms and a living room and kitchen area. Two bathrooms . The outdoor pool was clean and the basketball court was a plus !! Breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety . Staff was courteous .

Upon arrival we were greeted nicely and very welcoming. Room size was good but some bed sheets were still dirty with stains and drain was slow backing up water in bathroom sink and tub. Heater worked excellent for visiting in the month of November. One thing they did charge was a $10.00 for parking per night something that was not disclosed when booking.

Usually start here with the family. May start staying elsewhere. Check in service was ok. Room was dirty. Crumbs on the floor in the living room. Bathtub had hair in it. Checked in late with 4 toddlers, so didn't complain to front desk. Breakfast staff was not friendly at all.

Room wasn't the cleanest. Cooking area had obvious signs of recent cooking, splatters on the wall. Bathroom had hair in it, not a great job with the cleaning department. White curtains looked like pizza oil had been spilled on them. Just not a very clean experience. New paid parking for hotel was a major turn off. We've been here just a year ago and they implemented this about 5 months ago. Add $10 a night to your stay for the total cost. :(

There were blood stains on the wall of the bathroom that looked like it tried to be cleaned, towel that was hung up on rack had spots of blood on them house keepers didn't even bother to switch out towels with cleans ones, I'm skeptical about the bed sheets i had a pretty hard time sleeping because my skin was itching so bad when i got into the covers I'm pretty darn sure they didn't even bother to change out the bed sheets with clean ones, the hallways at the hotel are very very very hot felt like i was gonna pass out walking to the room, room had a foul smell to it, also the pool wasn't available for any of the guests that was one the reasons we picked the hotel this hotel is trash looks nice on the outside but horrible in the inside, also the thermostat in our rooms was hanging off the wall

The hotel is getting run down. It had a broken couch is the dinky lit hallway to our room. The elevator was unreliable on its commands and felt off. The hallways and the room could have been cleaner. The dishes were dirty in the cupboard. It was a large two bedroom suite with kitchen and I loved the amount of space. This hotel does NOT offer free wifi and the tv would take long glitchy pauses inbetween channels with no guide channel. Pool was outdoor and closed for the season. The breakfast was amazing. One of the best. But overall I wouldnt stay here again for the price and lack of amenities.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel. The hotel itself was ok and clean. However, the service was terrible. The hotel internet didn’t work at all for us. The signal was extremely poor and we couldn’t connect to it. We ended using the hotspot on our cell phones .. which was also not very strong inside our room We had to request multiple times for room service and finally got it on day 4. Even then , the service was very lackluster. The ice machine and the laundry on our floor didn’t work. We had to go to a different floor. The breakfast was average. They were constantly running out of items and we had to ask for things like bread , juice etc. It was supposed to be a fullly equipped kitchen.. but there were very few cooking dishes and even the ones that were there were very dirty. We ended up buying dishes Overall very average hotel . Will not recommend

The walls are so thin, you can hear everything then I was right next to the door where everyone goes in and out, so I heard the door slamming all night. But other then that the hotel was good love the suite.

Pros: Good hotel for family, friendly staff, easy parking, restaurant/bar across the street, late check-out, option, & big rooms. Cons: No "Free WiFi" (had to use our data for 3 days), breakfast eggs were running and unappealing, and found a dirty washrag in the shower.

When we checked in, they did not have the two-room suite available that we had reserved. The manager came out of the back and blamed Hotels.com for overbooking the room. Instantly blaming something else than your own company is a lack of accountability. It also is a lie as the Hotels.com system communicates to the Hilton system to get confirmations. The fix was giving us two room next to each other which is not great for a family with small kids. I’ve been to this hotel multiple times in the past and the overall cleanliness is slowing decreasing. The ceiling fans in the main lobby are dusty, the hallways walls are dirty, the light switches are getting gunk buildup. The showers in both of our rooms have something green in the corners and one of the showers either gave scalding hot water or cold water, there was no medium. Again, not great for a family. The free breakfast options provided are limited which is frustrating because the prices Homewood Suites charges. When we checked out, my wife requested we take this hotel off our list for future stays in ABQ. The slow decline in quality corporations think customers do not see is in plain sight.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Very rude, non-helpful staff who only cares about the bottom line and not the customer who stays there. The rooms are dirty, the front desk staff doesn’t care, and heaven forbid you have any maintenance issues after 5 PM— you will have to fix them yourself because it’s not “financially responsible” to pay someone after 5 PM! The only good quality about this place? LEAVING!!!!

Staff was great, check in was quick, room was clean with good beds, nice breakfast with lots of options, and they were dog-friendly since we were moving across the country! Great stay for some very tired travelers!! Definitely recommend staying near the ABQ airport and NOT in the city.

Very kind and friendly checkin staff! Housekeeping went above and beyond to assist us with an early check in. Wonderful steak and egg breakfast. Large rooms that were comfortable. Location felt safe. TOP NOTCH service all around. We haven’t had a hotel stay this great in a very long time.

Had a horrible experience here. We are a family of 6 with 4 small children. We booked a room with a king and 2 queens. The only reason we looked here is because of the suite option and having enough comfortable space for our family. When we got there they said that they overbooked and so they put us in 2 rooms which was obviously not possible with 4 kids. Then she moved us to another room with 2 queens and a tiny pull out couch that didn’t fit our kids. She offered no apology and when I asked about the price of the room being cheaper (because we paid for the larger room) she said we already had a discount because we booked through a 3rd party. This was an airport hotel and I also booked here because of the free breakfast, which wasn’t open until 7 am and we had to leave at 6:00. Overall we got nothing we paid for and no apology for overbooking and moving our room. The type of room matter a lot when you’re traveling with a lot of little kids. The service was awful.

We never even received our room. Ended up having to move hotels because they couldnt tell us when our room would even be ready. We checked in after the 3 pm check in tume. The manager was a mess, cried and took personal calls, while we were trying to get things rectified. They then ended up billing us a nights stay anyway and we had to deal with Hilton corporate for another refund.

The two ladies at the checkin counter were super. Needed to drop off a rental car. The hotel shuttle was there quickly to pick us up after doing so. Great service to everyone.

the property was clean, the room was just like the pictures and very clean as well. very close to the airport. but you don't hear a lot of airline traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very professional and pleasant. I will definitely stay there again.

The whole experience was levels better than expected with airport hotels. Staff were good, very helpful and pleasant, just lobby area alone sold me on the stay, room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than many actual restaurants we see today, older lady running in put heart into the food it showed, found my new favorite name when traveling.

We were lucky and had a quiet room again but the breakfast was the most amazing breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. There was Berea Taco station, eggs, sausage, biscuits, everything you could think and they were cooking it back there serving it. It wasn't pre-made. Amazing!

Front desk and most other staff were great. Kitchen staff was terrible. They shut off lights a couple minutes before breakfast was over, leaving a few patrons in the dark with hot waffle irons still in work. When asked to turn the lights back on, one worker (whom was speaking English) stated she did not speak English in Spanish and refused to turn the lights back on. One little thing can change a good stay, or great stay, into a bad one.

Dont expect a Homewood style of service in this location. Poor breakfast service. Most of the customers were just told no breakfast even though it's 8.15am This happened on the new year. Rooms were ok. Anyone can listen to a conversation inside the room.
