Have stayed here several times after a long day of driving. Always find the staff friendly and willing to please. Rooms have always been quiet and clean. Breakfasts are good but could be a little better (have fresh fruit available, use real eggs for the scrambled eggs, etc) Not a big fan of the $12 parking fee. Wish the fee was part of the advertised room rate.

Disappointed that there is a $5 parking fee per day. It feels like you are bring nickel & dimed. Just add it in to the room fee - after all how many arrive without a vehicle.

Loved everything about this except the limited parking. Assistant Manager Shanna was super friendly, professional, and helpful. The only complaint is we went to dinner and when we returned all parking spots were filled. Thus we had to park on the street. Luckily before we got to our room someone left and we were able to take their spot. Others had to park on the street though.

Property was clean but homeless people doing drugs just outside our window. Hotel staff removed them but it was concerning. Also we booked it for the pool and the pool was empty.

Enjoyed the amazing breakfast. No jacuzzi only a pool & dont forget your pool towels at front desk. Yes the have a fitness room we used everyday near front desk. Great authentic BBQ restaurant dpwn street. I would definitely book again.

We didn’t end up staying. As we were arriving, there were homeless people lining the street, and the bathrooms in the lobby were locked for that reason. Then while checking in, another customer came to the desk to complain her room wasn’t vacuumed and the attendant said he would send a vacuum to her room. That should have been my sign to leave immediately, but I checked in hoping it was fluke. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled like it had been smoked in for decades. Plus the bed looked like someone had laid in it. So we went back to the front desk and got our money back. The photos are in no way accurate and I would steer clear!

Unfortunately the rooms were dirty there was dog hair and dead fleas everywhere there was also dirt stuff “ had no idea what it was” on the sheets. Corners of the rooms looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years.

The room is good size but not updated and smelled musty with stains on the rugs. Not cleaned properly. Couch bed had crumbs and dirt under the cushions. Yuck! Clerk said they only clean once a week. They did not have enough towels for two nights and we had to use the same towels. We paid extra because of the Balloon fest. 2-star at best.

Our first room was the dirtiest it had a lot of spiders and insects. Thick spiderwebs in the closet. Very dirty under the long window drapes. Window drapes had stains in both rooms. It smelled bad. It was not cleaned. I requested king size bed but we got 2 double beds. Transferred to a 2nd room and it still had bugs and spiders. Terrible experience. The price of the room is not worth it. I was told since I paid through a third party they can’t do anything about that. False advertisement on the hotel website where they show their best room. Best lightening and angle shots. Beware folks!

Our room was extremely dirty. You could tell several things were not checked since the last guests stay. There was what seemed to be cat food and cat fur all of the dining table and blood and hair on the curtains and sheets. The towels and products they left out were also already used. The hotel will not do anything for the dirty room or unwelcome stay we encounter.

Staff was great. Breakfast was pretty good. Shower was excellent. Only issues was furniture for TV viewing (couch/ chair) was hard as a rock. Not comfortable at all. You could lie on bed for Tv viewing, (which I don't like to do), however only so long. Even with two pillows you kept sliding to the foot of the bed because pillows were too soft. Also, pick upstairs. We had downstairs to which we could hear folks walk around all the time.

The unit was spacious but it wasa little older property and so it"felt" a bit old. Overall the unit was a bit dark, but it was clean, comfortable. We liked that it had two bedrooms and loved that it had two bathrooms, but we were unaware the second bedroom was upstairs (loft).

Our suite was quite spacious and functional. The biggest drawback of our suite was that it was directly on Interstate 40 thus quite noisy. We checked in late and I didn't have the energy to request a room change but I should have. The parking lot did not contain many other vehicles so I would have to assume the occupancy rate was quite low. In hindsight I am surprised we would be assigned the suite we were given.

Great stay. Room is more like a studio apartment, with a full kitchen (even a dishwasher!). It was nice making an actual pot of coffee. Bed was comfy, couch was nice, even had a fireplace, though we didn't use it as it wasn't cold. Would stay again if I ever find myself in Albuquerque.

Rooms are ok. However the room I got had sheets that were used by someone prior. Had to call the front desk to have them changed out. Internet is a joke at 4mb, nothing good to watch, and same breakfast every day for 2 weeks.

They did not offer room service. We literally had to BEG for linen after asking 4 days in a room for a new set . The breakfast crew were rude and seemed as if they hated their job. They wouldn’t refill food options but would close early and have all of the staff come eat breakfast. One of the cleaners lied and said they cleaned our room when it actuality they didn’t. Beds were full size Nd not comfortable. We cleaned our first day because the bathroom wasn’t really clean. Very disappointed. I will say the two gentlemen working the front desk were great and friendly so Kudos to them.

Arrived around 10 pm for a work trip and waited in the lobby for about 25 minutes because there was no one at the front desk. There were boxes of beer and trash outside of the trash cans by the rooms. Would not recommend this place.

Front desk very friendly. Rohan was great. He offered us an up grade at the same price. Wow it was wonderful. Full kitchen with dishes and utensils full size fridge and freezer. Upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Nice size living room. Nice continental breakfast.

The front desk staff was incredibly unprofessional during my recent ATTEMPTED stay at this hotel. Despite providing my reservation confirmation and receipt, the staffer was unable to locate my booking and showed no willingness to assist. Perhaps I interrupted his break time, but his response was disproportionate and rude. He promptly summoned security to escort us off the property, even going so far as to yell as we departed. This encounter was deeply unsettling and marred what should have been a straightforward check-in process. I cannot recommend this hotel if this is the standard of service provided by its staff. I sincerely hope that others do not encounter a similar experience, as it caused undue stress and frustration. It's disappointing that the actions of one individual can tarnish the reputation of an entire establishment. After a few minutes after connecting with Expedia about the incident the refunded charges, hotel denied my refund.

This property was great and very affordable. The room was clean, large and the kitchen was convenient. We didn't stay lon, 2 nights, but would definitely like yo stay longer in the future. Its pretty close to Old Town and grocey stores. Right off the interstate so it was a little noisy during the day. We hadxa heavy footed quest up above us on the second floor. Parking was challenging in the evening. We had to park a bit far from our room. Breakfast was just average and they ran out of things way before 9/9:30 cut off. In general, I really enjoyed this property.

The room was most attractive, well equipped and spacious. The night registration staff were welcoming and friendly. I was very disappointed by the breakfast. I arrived at 8 and almost every buffet item was empty and did not get refilled. Ratings had raved about the breakfast but it was not tempting at all.

Loved this place. Our room was spacious and clean with a full size refrigerator and freezer with ice maker. So nice to wake up to fresh ice for our travel the next day. The breakfast buffet was very good with many different options. We will definitely stay here again.

Best hotel breakfast ever! Rocia greeted us every morning and made us pancakes! We had a wonderful stay with the exception of the last night. The people staying above us must have had kids… they were running or jumping off the beds or something for hours. We did not get much sleep that last night. Otherwise, we would recommend booking here and we would definitely stay here again!
