No hot tub was a bummer and the pool was cold but one of the staff went and turned on the hot water so that was good of them. Rooms were a lot dated but not bad mainly the carpet. Staff was friendly and helpful!

The hotel has great amenities including the salt water pool and fitness room. The cafe with food is excellent, especially the weekend buffet. In addition, the location couldn't be better, given that it is adjacent to The Sunnyside Up Cafe and Chilli's. It is also an easy trip to and from the airport. It also has a great vibe with live music on weekend nights. We love this hotel!

Room seemed older. Had a leaky bathroom sink and wasn't able to open the sliding door for fresh air. Pool was very small for the amount of kids and families that were trying to use it. I saw several families leave the pool due to overcrowding. Staff was very friendly.

Fire alarms went off twice in the night causing everyone to evacuate for no reason. Staff was not present to tell anyone they could come back in when it was safe. Horrible nights sleep.

EV charging is first come first serve, no time limit. Someone plugged into it and left it there all day even though it wasnt charging. They should probably figure out a better way to charge share. Plumbing of the shower was not great and the water built up in the bathtub. HUGE TV in the room, and the A/C worked great!

We came in for balloon fiesta and upon checking in, were told that since we opted for park & ride at the nearby pickup location, that the hotel would shuttle us to the drop off point. I had no idea that this would happen, and I appreciated it so very much. Front desk staff and shuttle drivers were outstanding. Awesome experience!!

This property photographs well but it’s very run down. The carpet was so dirty in our room, walpaper was peeling, and it felt musty. The duvet was not put inside the cover and it was visibly dirty. The window let in cold air and outside noise.

Beware toilets are dirty (just look) and showers are moldy/musty. If you’re a germ phob you will not like the place. From the walls peeling to the furniture peeling.(not cozy) Also check out your comforter between the two sheets. ( dirt will cause sinus issues) Also that breakfast buffet ($20) is about as good as a free continental breakfast. ps. I’m still waiting for my receipt hotel.

My room was clean and cool. The king-sized bed was so comfortable with soft sheets and perfect pillows. I was surprised that there was not a microwave in the room, nor an information booklet. The television has some info, but not very much. What was disappointing was the sewage that came up in the bathtub. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Nice hotel but the room was little dusty the carpet didn’t look vacuumed and the sheets cover had hair and the restroom floor seems like it has never been mopped the towels were not enough in the bathroom i hope next time it looks better

This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The carpets are worn and stained, the air conditioner didn’t cool, the television would not open up the “guide” function so that cable channels were available, the hair dryer did not heat up - only blew cold air, and the decor is dated. Nice people who tried hard to make the stay pleasant but the hotel shows hard use.

We stayed here one night for a staycation. The room has paper thin walls. We could hear talking, sirens, and door slams all night. Not to mention our sink made a weird gurgle sound all night. We definitely wouldn’t stay again.

Front desk was rude. She kept asking me to sign after she ran my card for essential’s and I tried to tell her the pen didn’t work and she wouldn’t listen and told me I was doing it wrong so she wound up charging my card 3 times because of it only to see for herself the pin on the pad didn’t work and no apology. Then the air conditioner in the room was so loud it sounded like a jet engine and couldn’t sleep all night when we called down stairs to ask about it she blew it off and did nothing expensive night for sub par service. Place was safe and clean but not happy with staff

Communication amongst the staff is incredibly poor. The “breakfast full buffet” is NOT a buffet it is a grab and go and very low quality. You have to ask for fresh eggs as the scrambled are the premixed either powder or liquid. Was promised a manager would call me back and take care of something and no one ever did anything.

The evening front desk employee didn't let us know that the hotel card key was to be swiped in the elevator in order for us to reach our floor ... We had to figure it out ourselves ... She also told us that during morning hours, we could get breakfast from the restaurant located inside the hotel ... When we asked the morning front desk employee, she clarified that the only available 'sit down' area was the tiny Starbucks also located in the hotel ... We weren't interested in the prepackaged, pricey fare offered by Starbucks so we walked to the nearest restaurant ... Clarifications are needed for travelers ! Please provide helpful suggestions when asked because they ARE needed ! Thanks ...

Good overall location near the mall and uptown. Property is nicer on the inside than outside BUT our room faced the front entrance and it noisy all night. Car engines revving, a loud guest (wedding reception was happening there) and even the birds in the morning made for an unrestful night. The property overall was fine, we didn’t eat or drink at the restaurant or bar. Staff was friendly. My one nit was the curtain was torn and made a poor impression of the overall room. Parking is also an issue and we parked along the side which was fine but out of the way.

This is my go to hotel when I'm in ABQ. Nice location by Coronado mall and the hotel itself is nice with the bar/ social area for nightime and the coffe bar and breakfast area where you can order breakfast and lunch items.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton. It was located in a convenient area, clean, safe, and comfortable. Just keep in mind they do no offer free breakfast (we are a large family so we always like the free breakfast) but they have a starbucks and restaurant you can order from. Also, there is Chili's and a breakfast restaurant in the same parking lot, so just walk on over. We will stay again.

All the employees were helpful and friendly. I felt welcomed. The problem was the food it was expensive and of poor quality. They supposedly had a restaurant i never saw it. I was told dinner was served in the bar ...limited options. According to the website breakfast service started at 6 am when I arrived for breakfast i was told the dont open until 6:30 am. The person setting up the room was nice enough to put the order in early. If you want a hotel where you don't want to eat there yes - if you want to be able to get a good meal go somewhere else.

This hotel is great. The staff is friendly and the location can’t be beat. The food was very good, however the restaurant itself wasn’t open so had to eat in the bar or lounge area. The bed is another story. Not at all comfortable. Could use some updating in that area. But overall good experience.

First there was no breakfast. They had a buffet for $18 a peraon, but for the amount we paid for the room, they could have given us at least a discount on breakfast. Room was clean, but bed was not comfortable. Seemed like a cheap mattress. We got locked in the bathroom, had to keep it open the rest of the stay. Bar was good, food was great and they stayed open late(thanks). Ac was cold, but would turn on and off. When it turned off, it got hot fast. Ac turned on and was cold again. Had a small trailer and parking was ok. I could park. Coffee in room was good.

The hotel is definitely is in a great location, has free parking and feels busy/energetic. Our room - 544 - had a nasty slope which was evident in just walking around. The breakfast buffet is very average, but was bundled at a great price so no complaint.
