This property is sub par at best. Check in was slow. The staff was not overly friedly. We requested extra blankets, was told they would bring them up and never did. We had to request maid service. The breakfast fills a hole but that is all it does. The hot tub is luke warm and the jets don't work. I would not stay here again. We were disapointed with our stay. We travel a fair amount and can see the difference between good value and companies that don't care. I'm afraid this is a place where they don't really care about their guests.

I have a habit of calling prior to booking my hotel to ensure the pool is in fact open. I called prior to booking was told yes the pool is open. Later that evening checking in we were told pool was closed and will be reopened the following morning at 8. Next morning came around and was told it would be ready by 10am. 6pm came around and it was still closed. I understand things happen but don’t lie to the guest about the pool being open. I wouldn’t have stayed there had I known beforehand.

Our stay wasn't as good as we had hoped. The pool was closed and the staff didn't offer any alternatives or reasons for it being closed. Breakfast was not very satisfying. They were out of lots of items and didn't replenish them .

Room was clean and spacious. Theater room was great. Outdoor pool was a little dirty, but it was windy over the weekend. There were no pool towels and only 3 chairs for entire pool area. Otherwise great property, i would stay again and i would recommend to family and friends.

Parking lot was safe. Suites are nice but small. Gets a little crowded with more than 2 people. Only one working elevator for entire hotel. Wait for elevator can be long.

The corner room was very cramped. We couldn't get all the was around the bed. Which had the worst mattress I've ever been on.the pool was dirty. The couch was also very uncomfortable. I also want to mention one of the two elevators didnt work.

Well, our plan was to enjoy our stay like a spa weekend. Knowing it was going to be busy cuz of the holiday . A week before arriving I sent an email asking if the grills were charcoal or gas wanted to be prepared. Never got an answer. I even emailed a manager nothing! So Saturday were enjoying the pool and non-working jacuzzi when all of a sudden, a bunch of people started coming in from the back gate. Gate was held open by a rock someone had placed. So, everyone and their mother was there. All smoking weed and drinking and not letting the paying customers enjoy the area. And we know they didn't belong because when we were going inside, I told the 5 or 6 people behind us to go ahead of us. They said oh we don't have a key. Are you freaking kidding me? Sunday was better but by evening a couple of ladies came in from the back gate propped it open waited for someone to come outside from the hotel and propped the door open with the mat. I closed them both. .. We did enjoy BBQing that Saturday after I fixed one of the grills that wouldn't lite. Hotel needs some TLC things are starting to show their age by the grill area the bedrooms and bathrooms. Maybe charging all those people that come in for FREE each weekend. Staybridge could afford to Focus on the thing that need repair.

No body was ever at the front desk The only time i didn't have to look for someone at the front desk was for check in. The lounge chairs by the swimming pool were broken. The mesh on the lounge chairs were torn. There was no coffee or coffee cups for breakfast. Orange juice was watered down. The rooms were clean. We had a double bed only two towels in the bathroom. Went to the front desk to ask for two more, after the front desk attendant was "found" she asked for the dirty towels first before she would give us two more. We told her there were only two towels in the room and two of us, she unfriendly gave us two towels.

Terrible. We checked out less than an hour after checking in and found another hotel. Discussed concerns with the front dash and we’re told we could leave without charge. We are now being charged. Hot tub was filthy and not working. People partying all over the property and leaving trash everywhere. Smells terrible. Other guests were checking out because their room had not been cleaned fresh m prior guests. Gross.

I've stayed at other Staybridge suites previously, which is why I chose this place. They must have had a flooding/water issue, there were fans going and the gym was closed down. Understandable.... these things happen. But what really grossed me out was that in the morning, I realized there were a pair of dried out contact lenses in the sheets. I don't wear contacts, so this means the sheets hadn't been changed or cleaned. That's just disgusting to me. Otherwise, the room was acceptable, but definitely needed a good cleaning. The pool was great, and was nice to have on a hot day.

Good location with access to highway. Safe area. Was a little disappointed with the bedding. It seems like they didn't change some of the pillowcases from a previous person as one of them smelled like cologne. Was quite strong and kind of lingered on the rest of the bedding and the area

Problems with the room: no cold water in the kitchen sink, silverware drawer very hard to open, and the fridge door opens the wrong way. They're reversible and considering how well appointed the place was, they ought to deal with that. Good things: fully supplied with dishes and all that. Mediocre breakfast: egg patties and very thin sausage patties were a major disappointment. Biscuits good and almost fresh. Sausage gravy barely tepid but reasonable quality. Blueberry muffins were VERY GOOD. And by the way they should have real salsa, this is New Mexico, instead of or in addition to the ubiquitous Louisiana hot sauce.

Got in later than expected. The desk clerk, Kelsey was friendly and efficient. She was informative about the services offered. The room was very comfortable with a separate bedroom off the living room. The kitchen area had plenty of dishes and glasses for a longer stay. Unfortunately we only stayed one night. Highly recommended

The suite was spacious and well laid out. The breakfast and the happy hour snacks were substantial enough to skip dinner. The negatives were excessive traffic noise (you'll need earplugs to sleep) a room safe that did not work, and a dishwasher that was never installed properly and would pull out from under the counter when loading. The "dog friendliness" was gross. People would bring their stinky mutts into the dining area and feed them scraps. Dogs should not be allowed in hotels.

The two bedroom suite was perfect for our family. The room was clean enough, however it was dated compared to the outside of the hotel and the smell in the room reminded me of dead rodent being covered by air freshener. Not a pleasing smell to fall asleep or wake up to. Hopefully just a fluke but I will look for a different place to stay my next time through Las Cruces…too many other better options.

Place was very roomy. Built in 2006 and is planning on renovating but was the nicest out of the 3 places we stayed the last 3 nights. Complaint: the toilet would have the tank fill up about every hour. So it needed some work.

We had a really nice stay. It was very busy. I had to request another room key and I was very concerned that the front desk representative didn’t even ask for my name, much less a photo ID before giving me another room key. Considering how many people was there, it just didn’t seem safe. You don’t have to post my concern, just please ensure it doesn’t happen again.

The clerk at the desk had a lot of trouble checking us in and hinted that it was somehow our fault. I found out the next morning that he was mistaken and I didn't appreciate his insinuation. Breakfast was acceptable. Pillows were a little uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

My issue was with the employees at the front desk. I felt some rudeness at check in. Then the next day I learned that the gentleman that works up front had entered our room while we were gone. My daughter went to get our keys recoded and he told her that the first night we had been put in the wrong room. Seems like that mistake was theirs. He said that he went in and fed our dog. Why? What else did he rummage through while we were out. My dog has a liver condition and takes meds with every meal. I know her schedule not the desk employee. I was not impressed with there form of customer service! Won’t go back or recommend!

The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Check in was a breeze and the upgrade was appreciated. The room was quite large, quite comfortable, and the view was great of the Organ mountains. The site was conveniently located. Overall I would say that we will be back!

This was the best service that I have had at a hotel in years. Everything is clean and well kept. Hours for check out, breakfast, social hour are all generous. Breakfast was an 8/10 only becuase allergen friendly food options were a bit limited. They were so nice that when I told them we were going to White Sands, they had sleds we could borrow at no charge.

Staff was great. Room was roomy and had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was great and was surprised they had a so ial hour dinners some nights of the week. Was great. Saved us hunting down a restaurant. Pool and hot tub super clen and relaxing. Would definitely go back.

This is our second time staying at this location. The hotel itself is great. The breakfast needs serious help. Breakfast is NOT ready at start time. They run out of plates in the first 20 mins. Some food is cold. Coffee is not ready. Drink machines not turned on, etc. Stayed 2 months apart with same issue so this must not be new. "Internet cafe" coffee machine dirdnt work right. Don't advertise this if you dont intend to fix it. This hotel has SO much good going for it so I hope these issues can be corrected soon. Overall cleanliness is a 10+.
