Attempt to update room, was obvious - good. Property being in process made for a cheaper setting. Even updates were only "average." People at desk were friendly. That said it was like a "ghost" motel. Boxes stacked in lobby area. Quality didn't fit price. Not used to this from a Wyndom

The parking area was very small. There was a large storage container taking up some of the spaces so there were none available for late arrival. There are only 2 electrical outlets in the room. One at the bed nightstand and one at the bathroom sink. No phone charger plugs/USB outlets at all. The coffee pot was very dirty. I had to clean it with a rag. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just old and in bad need of a remodel.

All three ice machines were out-of-order. It was nice to have the sink separate from the toilet/shower room but that is where the towels were stored so there was no room in the shower room to hang towels...quite inconvenient. Overall quite good. I would stay there again.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. Place is dirty and smells horrible! The perfume smells are covering up other offensive smells! We had to leave and go to another hotel nearby because of the smell, which caused a migraine! Staff offered another room, but that room had another horrible scent. Elevator only works occasionally and has holes in the walls. They charged us for 1 night and we ended up leaving after 2 hours, but it was well worth the cost to get out of there!

The property is easy to find and downtown/restaurants were within walking distance. There is a very nice park across the street but the back of the hotel is right up against a housing development. The hotel itself was very clean and welcoming and the desk clerk was great. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. I did find some hair on the shower curtain (didnt bother me) and the ice machine on our floor didnt work (they were getting it fixed though) but otherwise a very nice place to stay.

My room was FILTHY !! Dirty sheets on one bed; straw & paper throughout on the floor of the room ( 213); sticky mess on nightstand; dead bugs in bathroom; spots of fecal matter on toilet seat; toothpaste/saliva mixture on counter of sink. The air conditioner sounded like a lawn mower & kept me awake most of the night. I will pursue all avenues to get a refund from Expedia. I will post the horrible condition of my room on social media sites. Shame on you.

Probably the best comfort inn I’ve stayed in. Aside from typical breakfast, it had decent beds, excellent Wi-Fi!, a safe, good lighting overall and for reading, and even a blanket in closet if you find the comforter too hot. Quiet, but it’s in los alamos.

Would give this property 5 stars for cleanliness and comfort. The windows are paper thin, so if you have a room facing Trinity (busiest street in town), you better bring earplugs if you want a decent nights sleep. The curtains aren’t quite long enough to block out the light either, so I suggest an eye mask. No matter what temp you set the A/C on I don’t think it will go below 70. It’s noisy and seems to cut off every 20min - another reason for earplugs. It is absolutely the best location in town though, so I would definitely stay here again, but would pack accordingly.

The property is in Poor Condition. Very SMALL rooms. I Could hear the conversations in the next door room. Yikes! Bathroom has no sink! Elevator not working. Air Conditioner not working!!!!! I hope this gets read and some attention! Rate was $150 plus tax per night so not like it was super cheap just in poor shape! I'm sure with some attention could be a beautiful property!!!! Good location.

We stay at this property because it is close to our grandchildren. There seems to be construction going on in the hotel. Our room was very spartan and didn't seem finished. There was no place to hang clothes other than a few hooks on the wall. The room didn't have a full bathroom - a wash basin was situated in the entry hall and the rest of what should have been a bathroom was located across that entry hall. For this we paid a premium price. I am looking for some other place, near our grandchildren, to stay.

They charge $25 if you check in early. I never have a hotel or inn or motel ask a fee before check in time. The staffs are very not friendly at all. Also the room key didn’t work on the 2nd day while we stay there 2 nights. When we asked for clean towels on 2nd night, we have to wait for 1 hour to get it and we needed to pick up at front desk by ourselves. What kind of service is that.

When I come to check in no one was at desk until night shift arrived. Heat/air did not work properly way to hot in the room could not adjust heat. Room needs a lot of work to update. When I went to front desk in the morning to ask about it the man was asleep behind desk in a chair.

We had few last min changes for our plans and Sonja was amazing at helping us. Seems like she was always at the front desk and super quick to respond. Very nice hotel room, clean, and great service just made our trip easier.

Great breakfast selection and attentive staff. Ladies made sure food was replenished. Room and bed were comfortable. Didn’t like that you can hear your neighbors. But the overall stay was pleasant. Best part is that you are in the heart of the town within walking distance to a beautiful park and museums.

There are no towel bars in the bathroom while the cleaning service is every 3 days. The shampoo and soap dispensers were not refilled. No clothes rack, no hangers. Mediocre breakfast. Those are minor inconveniences and I wouldn't mind at $100. But when the hotel charges $200, I expect the details to be attended to.

Overall a nice hotel with a very nice staff. Great location for those on a tour of "the atomic bomb". Only issues were the elevator that was just not working correctly. And while I appreciate the free breakfast (nice selection) the premade eggs need a LOT of work. But i do recommend it.

There were a few positives, the flavored water, and the muffins. The downside was cold eggs and bacon. Awful coffee beds were mushy floors were dirty. Loose tiles in the bathroom. The only recommendation I would make is somebody build another hotel in the area as they could make good money. Incredible that we paid that much for a room and got so little.

Everything was great. Nice building great staff. I didn’t give it five stars because the breakfast didn’t really have any healthy options and there was Fox News playing in the breakfast area. It would be nice if they put a little more effort into reducing the disposables in the breakfast and just a little more healthy food would be amazing. Also, Fox is not actually news and it’s a toxic way to start your day.

The hotel is a bit old, but clean, staff friendly. Pet fee is the highest we have paid ( $65 ). The breakfast was great ( used real eggs ), but otherwise very much like most. The dining area could be larger, we had to take our plates back to the room. This is a very convenient location ( walking distance ) to the Los Alamos History Museum.
