The indoor pool closes at 5:45 pm! We booked this hotel because it's one of the only places in Santa Fe that has an indoor pool, which is a huge selling point for families with kids. We checked in at 6:00 only to find that the pool closes at 5:45. Needless to say this was very disappointing. Our unit was clean and nice, but the bedding didn't fit the bed so the fitted sheet kept popping off thought the night and the TV in the living room wasn't connected to the internet so the only tv that worked was in the bedroom. Overall our experience was okay.

This is a condo development, and I had a very nicely furnished and clean property. It was more like a second home than a holiday let. They do you tell you this, the property is in no way accessible, and I’d say is really a young persons location, with uneven paths and lots of steps, it’s eerily quiet. The indoor pool was fine, but very restricted hours, closes at 17.45. The hot tub was taped off so presumably not in use. I had two slight issues, the Internet in the unit I stayed in was near to useless, and the main TV didn’t function. Both reported, the Internet remained useless, the TV was not fixed properly. In the end I did the TV myself, but wasted 30 minutes which would have been 10 with reliable net access.

This place is easy to get t o and has a fabulous park for sunrise/sunset right next door. Our unit was clean and quiet. The area feels very safe. I was disappointed that the shuttle is no longer a service being offered and the pool seemed to be a little neglected. Brian at the desk was so accommodating and so kind. We were able to leave our bags with him while we waited for check-in and when we needed to wait for a late afternoon flight. We were very comfortable here - and, so much of that had to do with Brian's pleasant demeanor.

The resort was very comfortable and homie feeling. There was plenty of parking. Beds were nice, rooms had plenty of room. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need for a short stay. The only reason I would not give full stars is the swimming pool and spa have short hours. The indoor pool/spa closes in the winter at 5:45pm, 6:45 summer hours. Check in is not until 4pm. giving little time to get settled and swim and relax in the spa. First night the pool was closed, likely to shock the pool with chemicals. Understandable. Second night we didn't make it back in time to swim. Pool looked nice, but need more reasonable swim hours.

There is a lot of construction going on during Spring/Summer 24 which has closed off several onsite parking lots and awakened renters with early morning roofing crews. On-site management defers to unit owners for many upkeep items (appliances, etc). When booking, you choose the unit you want to rent. Suggest you check with onsite team for the maintenance schedule when choosing your unit. Otherwise, great location and value.

The property itself is in a great location. It was easy to park, in a safe area and is walkable to most everything. It has a nice outdoor space and the grounds are nice. The unit itself, while nice, could use an update. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here, and would consider staying again.

Checked out after 3 nights. Had major issues and management can’t respond if it’s a weekend! Spotty or no wifi. Can’t turn fans on or off unless you get on the beds to reach. Water is never hot and can’t be regulated. Carpets and sheets were not clean. Outside lightbulb needed to be replaced. Hazardous to walk in the dark. Patio door could not be closed or locked. Limited utensils in the kitchen. Parking is a nightmare..way too many spots for safe parking. Wanted this to work as it’s a cute property. Gave management ample time to correct things.

We were disappointed in this property and did not stay. We arrived at 4 PM for check-in and were told it was not ready because the last guests "trashed" it. It was an hour after the 4 PM check-in time before we were allowed in. When we entered, the smell was a mix of strong cleaner and something unpleasant. The bedroom mini blinds were in terrible shape and there were no curtains to block the light. The bedroom carpet had large stains and the bedspread did not look clean to us. We asked for a different condo but were denied. We asked for a release of our money but were denied that also because reservations were made through Expedia and the attendant refused our request to contact Expedia on our behalf. She did call someone and asked if we could get our money back but he would not allow it.

The apartment was nicely decorated and furnished. However, there were mice that ate some of our food. When we told the management, they did send someone right away to put traps out. We also reported a midlew show curtain, which they said they would change; but did not before we left. We were not offered any discounts for these issues. The location is good but walking to and from the Plaza is challenging because of the elevation..

Great location near a nice park with a panoramic view of the city and mountain ranges including Sandia Peak. Perfect spot to view and photograph the sunset. There's also a nicely paved and lit trail that leads you down to the downtown area. The front office staff was extremely friendly and the condo was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials, plus very quiet.

The bed was super hard. Sleep was hard to come by and the aches and pains from the bed were plentiful. In addition, there was no headboard, so the pillows kept falling between the bed and the wall. The couch slanted to the middle and the cushions were horrible. The location was great.

The condo was very nice - clean, comfortable, well-appointed. Had a nice, "up-north" feel to it with the fire place, decor, furniture, etc. It was in a very convenient location as well, close to the downtown area of Santa Fe, and right across the street from a nice park that offered great views of the city and sunsets.

I liked the layout of the 1 bedroom condo. Furniture was nice. You could lay in bed with the barn doors open and watch tv from bed. The bed was creaky- sounded like it was going to break getting in/out. One of the sinks in the bathroom would not drain and the other the handle was loose. I would stay there again. Very pretty setting of the condos. Staff very nice.

This is our second time in a 3 BR condo. The location and grounds are great. Staff is nice and helpful, however I called after 6 pm and no one ever answered or returned my voicemail. I love everything about this property. The one downside is that the condos are a little older and the bathrooms and kitchen are outdated. However, because of everything else..I will definitely stay there again.

We arrived after 6pm. We didn't know how to check on late after hours. The phone numbers they provided didn't even work. No one called me back or responded back. I left messages and call back number. We had to book some where else that evening. I want my money back since we couldn't even stay there or get checked in properly. I'm very disappointed.

Very comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom 2 1!2 bath unit. Scenic property and on one morning a deer came by. Our unit had a number of stairs to negotiate but many units are easier to access. Close to the plaza and by the road to the national park and ski area.

Great stay. Had a pretty cool looking one bedroom that was spacious, quiet. Santa Fe Plaza was a quick walk or drive. I drove since I dreaded that uphill walk. Take the car even though its a three minute drive because you will be huffing and puffing on the way back.

Great stay! Check in was easy, he provided all the information we needed and a list of local restaurants for us as well. Location is about a 10 minute walk to the plaza, the walk is beautiful and you can spend hours in and around the plaza. We stayed to visit Meow Wolf, it’s a 15 minute drive for the hotel, great location for that as well. We only stayed for 2 nights but wish we had stayed longer, Santa Fe has so much to do.

It was a very nice stay, safe and close to old ABQ town and walking distance to restaurants, sites, and the souvenir shops. Our condo had two rooms and a small living, and was renovated with some artistic touches while the traditional architecture was preserved. The breakfast was perfect too. The chef gets orders and cook it for you on spot. The front desk ladies were kind and helpful. Everything was great. We were 4, mom and dad and 2 teens and we had memorable stay, just wishing the spaces were a bit larger

My mother and I had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing. The location is convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. We were able to have several meals in the unit because the kitchen was well equipped. Overall a great time.

Our suite felt like home. The kitchen was well equipped and the furnishing and decorations were artistic and comfortable. We felt immersed in Santa Fe Style. We loved being able to walk to Old town for dinner and enjoyed the proximity to City of Santa Fe walking trails.
