The grounds were beautiful. I was upgraded to a suite so all my requests could be honored. I appreciated the shuttle service. Rick took us everywhere we wanted to go then brought us back with no waiting. He was always friendly and courteous, a real ambassador for the Inn.

We stayed here one night before I had to leave for Tennessee the next morning. The accommodations are fabulous, the staff is amazing and the hotel is very quiet. There is no elevator, so if you need accommodations without stairs you will need to ask for first floor. Breakfast was amazing, as was the bar service and snacks. Would definitely stay here again.

My favorite place to stay in Santa Fe! Darling rooms, many with balconies and the most comfortable beds and linens. The Bar and Restaurant are so handy and delicious. We were even able to get shuttled to dinner and various events in town . The staff is knowledgeable and friendly! Excellent service and super clean too.

This property is conveniently located to downtown Santa Fe. The parking at the Inn is ok - but limited. The main issue we had was with the kiva/fireplace in the unit. The kiva is very small and only has a screen - no glass. The logs provided by the Inn are LARGE - preventing you from keeping the fire at the back of the kiva. With no glass doors to close when the fire starts to go out... smoke inevitably comes into your room. In our case, waking us at 4:00 A.M. coughing and choking. PROS: -Clean rooms -Comfortable bed -Nice Amenities -Walking distance to EVERYTHING downtown CONS: -Limited Parking -On-site construction -Fireplace issues (mentioned above)

The room was beautiful. The entire staff was so helpful and welcoming. Our breakfast everyday was incredible. Our family did not want to leave. It was extremely cold this week and we utilized the warm fire in the lobby and played games as a family. We can’t wait to go back!

Our room was immaculate as were the hallways. The restaurant was exceptional. The best free breakfast and dinner was very good. The staff was wonderful. The only issue we had was a very late check-in. We couldn't get into our room until 4:00 pm.

This is a beautiful well maintained property. It has warmth, charm, and many extra touches. The desk attendants could not have been more attentive, welcoming, and helpful. There is a shuttle service to nearby restaurants and sights. Parking is convenient and reserved for guests. The room was spotless and well furnished. I will definitely be back.

We had a lovely time staying here. They had a lot of convenient services, great customer attention, beautiful clean rooms, and super conveniently located (close to all the main SF attractions but not right in the middle of all the old town chaos). We enjoyed the hot tub all to ourselves in the evening. The included breakfast was pretty good. The price was comparable or better to a lot of other hotels and airbnbs that had way less amenities. Would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Inn on Alameda. The room was super quiet and dark, key to us getting a good night sleep. We loved the setting of the Inn and the location. It’s an absolutely lovely place. One suggestion I have is to replace the ceiling tiles in the entrance of the rooms if there are stains on them. Ours had some spots which appeared to be from water or something. Also, try using Branch Basics for cleaning. Set yourself above all the rest that use awful chemical cleansers that stink. Thank you for being a unique place to stay away from home.

I love the genteel vibe of this place...not only are the employees lovely, helpful, and agreeable, but they make you feel genuinely welcome. The hotel is comfortable and wonderfully quiet. The breakfast accommodates many different appetites and tastes and is very generous. Oh, and did I mention the beds? So comfy! I believe I'm a fan for life.

Phenomenal, reviews were correct on how wonderful this place is. We were only there for a few days just to check out Santa Fe. It’s within walking distance to everything. They have a shuttle you can take but will you need to reserve it and can only take you a mile away. Breakfast ladies and food were amazing! Pastries , and lots of real food not just cereal. Very good! Staff overwhelming kind. Parking is free but space is limited. Someone brought a big truck and took up 3 spaces. Not sure why they were allowed to do that when space was lacking. Facilities are so cute, it’s on the corner but you don’t hear a lot of traffic. Balconies are cute too. We got the bottom floor and I did hear running feet above us. But not too bad. It’s a bit dated and needs cleaning in their hot tubs. They are not really nice. Rooms are cute but older and dusty. Beds are ok. Toiletries provided. They have the restaurant on site. Pricier so we never ate there but we got drinks and you can charge it to your room if you wanted. We liked that. Very kind servers. Overall I would stay again! It’s such a cute place and the staff are amazing.

We stayed four nights in a deluxe room with fireplace. Our room was a nice size and the gas fireplace added so much ambiance. We appreciated the daily breakfast and ate at Joe's restaurant a couple of times. Joe's makes amazing cocktails. We also used the complimentary shuttle when the weather was too chilly for walking. Our only small complaint was the lumpy mattress - still comfy but definitely had seen better days. We would have no problem staying here again. Location is perfect!

When checking in, the friendly and helpful staff at the Inn on the Alameda created a first great impression of this property and it only got better after that. The hotel grounds are lush and beautiful. Our upstairs room was quiet with a balcony overlooking their flowering trees. The daily, included breakfast had a lot of both hot and cold tasty choices and even though it is a buffet, the staff was always on hand to greet and assist us. And, lastly, with free parking at the hotel, the convenience on foot to the center of Santa Fe—the plaza with outstanding restaurants, shops, tours and museums—can’t be beat!

Terrible experience. I paid $320 for 1 night, and the room was located in a building that had NO ELEVATORS. We had to drag our suitcases up the stairs, nobody from the concierge or front desk offered help. Our room did not have a safety latch on the door. Front entrance light did not work. NO MICROWAVE in the rooms. We had a balcony that faced the parking lot. No privacy at all. Everybody walking in the parking lot were watching us sitting in our balcony. The balcony is a joke. The worst part was the breakfast "buffet". They have 2 Hispanic/Latino women as breakfast attendants who choose to offer service to only particular customers. We got ignored the entire time we were having breakfast. We were not offered coffe,tea,hot water or condiments the way other customers were being serviced. I brought these issues to the attention of an older man at the front desk & he chose to be sarcastic and nasty about it. He was unwilling to give me the contact details of a manager or owner as well. The staff are garbage. Hire staff that can speak & understand English. Train your staff to behave with manners and values. NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR TIME AT ALL.

The staff was extraordinary: effecient, friendly, and when we forgot some items when we left, we were notified by Housekeeping and they were mailed back to us. "Rick," one of the shuttle drivers was especially helpful, and personable, a real credit to the organization. All of this reflects the decision-making, judgment, hiring and leadership practices of the owner, someone we'd met one morning when going down for breakfast who was on his way to a class with his great poodle, "Jackie O". We've stayed in many hotels in many places, in and out of the US, and really, this tops them all. Our room was given an upgrade to a suite and it was safe, clean, had all the amenities, and although furnished in Southwest decor had a newness about it. Should we return to Santa Fe, our first choice would be Inn on the Alameda.

The staff was downright amazing! We were there during the naitonal neurovisus spike, and had two very, very ill family members. The staff helped us find supplies and the best medical care, and they were very flexible and accomodating. We so appreciate them, and would absolutely recommend (even if you don't plan on getting sick)!

There were only stairs, not even a ramp to get to rooms, front desk, or restaurant. I dropped a small mirror in the bathroom, notified the front desk, & had to ask a second time the next day for someone to vacuum behind my cleaning up. Housekeeper did not understand English. Clean room though. Friendly staff. Transport available within a 1 mile range. Our lady forgot us one night. We waited 30 min more than the 10 it should have taken her to get there.

Enjoyed our stay and thoroughly enjoyed Joe’s Tequila Bar! Excellent margaritas, guacamole & salsa. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding! Our room (#104) was a bit dark - next time I’ll request a room with a balcony or patio. Bathroom and vanity were rather small. So much to enjoy about this lovely well-cared for older hotel with lots of charm! Wonderful staff! Will stay here again.

Great location to explore Santa Fe. Hotel was very nice. Our disappointment came from the breakfast served. 3 mornings with mostly the same things except one day there were very cheesy enchiladas. The water was down in that building due to pipe issue so we were told they had to use paper plates and plastic silverware. The ladies who run the show were wonderful and tried to make up for the lack of water. But one of the reasons we stayed there was for the breakfasts and it didn't deliver what we expected from such a nice hotel. I hope they have this resolved soon.
