There wasn’t enough lighting in the room or bathroom. VERY DARK. I called the front desk and they were very nice and sent up a make up mirror that list power after a few minutes. Also a floor lamp that had a broken switch, you needed to plug in to work. There were no luggage racks. The breakfast eggs and potatoes were only luke warm and dried out. The tables were not wiped off between users. Only 1 ice machine and it was in the lobby, far away from our room.

From the pictures online one would assume this is an upscale hotel, but pictures can be deceiving. The rooms, including the ceilings, are painted a very dark forest green and the lighting is completely inadequate. That goes for the bathroom as well. I had to use my phone's flashlight to find things in my suitcase. And speaking of suitcases, there were no luggage racks, so we had to use the two chairs for our luggage. No microwave, no fridge, and no USB ports or outlets on or near the nightstand. The hot tub has been renamed a "soaking pool" because it has no working jets. You have to climb over an 18" wall to enter and exit the soaking tub and you have to bend over to reach the hand rail on the steps. It is really more of a hazard. The Wifi is classified as unsecure and our phones advised us not to use it. We were told when we checked in that we could not use the swimming pool and indeed we saw people working on it. Nevertheless we were charged $28.80 per day for what the desk clerk called an "amenity fee." On the positive side, the beds were comfortable and the AC/heat worked. If you stay in one of the upper rooms (we did not) you will probably have a very nice view. Although we could not use the pool, it did look inviting. And if having a bar on the premises is important to you, this may be the place you want to stay.
