What a great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was within walking distance to the Santa Fe Plaza and the hotel provided free parking. The rooms are quaint, with Spanish tiles and tile floors, kept immaculately clean. Each room had its own sitting area in front, with a table and two chairs, with privacy hedges. Continental Breakfast had yoghurt, fruit, cereal---healthy options. This hotel is a winner.

We loved our stay at Santa Fe Motel & Inn. Convenient location and comfortable rooms. Only complaint was that the parking lot was a little too tight (too many big cars and trucks made it difficult to park).

The property was cozy with rooms around 2 small parking areas or courtyards. It was shaded. Staff were helpful and friendly and we even got small Mexican tile as souvenir. Breakfast had healthy options and we could eat outside in a courtyard with adobe fireplace. Would definitely stay here again!

I really loved the location of this motel. Less than 20 minutes to walk to downtown & only 5 minutes away from great coffee shops & restaurants. The room was decorated beautifully & the bed was cozy. But the bathroom was very small. The shower was tiny. And there was no closet in my room. The parking lot is also very small. There was quite a bit of noise from people staying over my room, stairs creaking and footsteps. However, the staff was friendly & helpful. I did have a good stay and I liked my room. But I literally banged my elbow in that teeny, tiny bathroom one morning, so I had to deduct one star.

It truly is well located and a good value. Being a winter visit, we enjoyed our room's fireplace. When we come back in warmer seasons, we will use the little enclosed patio.

We LOVE that this is a great dog-friendly property. Not the newest, fanciest hotel, but sooo cozy and adorable. We LOVE the wood burning adobe fire places in the morning at breakfast and the kindness of the staff. This was the 2nd time staying here and we'll likely be back again some day! Also feel like it's a good location not to be in the fray of it all, but one direction about 8 minutes and you are at the Plaza and the other direction - like 5 minutes and you are at the rail yards and local markets.

Although this is a small motel it was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and informative. Santa Fe is a fun place to visit, and the location of this motel was very convenient. We will definitely come back and recommend this motel to others.

Staff was friendly. Parking area was very small and difficult to access. The water would not get hot, it was only slightly warm. The mattress was old and worn. The room was clean but noisy.

This was our second stay at the Santa Fe Motel & Inn within a month. As with our first stay, this one was just perfect. We were in the two bedroom casita this time, and it was just delightful. Wanted to move in for good. Every aspect of our stay was outstanding and in particular the clean rooms. The housekeeping staff is to be commended. I don't know when we will be back in Santa Fe, but this is where we will stay.

Loved the Santa Fe decor. Spotless property. Friendly, helpful staff. Well stocked room with everything you need and want. Comfy bed and linens. Breakfast was warm, healthy, and delicious. Anisette cookies so good. Coffee was hot and plentiful plus a coffee maker in the room with pods. Walk to restaurants, bars, farmers market. Good value! Will stay again!

My husband and I visited Santa Fe on vacation and stayed 2 nights at the Santa Fe Motel and Inn. We opted for a king with kitchenette and the accommodations were perfect. The property is a quick 10 minute walk to The Plaza and several good restaurants are nearby making it easy to walk for meals and shopping. So much thought went into not only the decorating of the room, but they thought of everything - kitchen stocked with k-cups and creamers, ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchenette, 2 umbrellas in the closet, very comfortable accommodations and we felt at home at this property. I did a lot of research on accommodations in The Plaza area and so glad I opted for this property, and it was half the price of The Plaza accommodations and I would suspect nicer too. Would highly recommend this property and if we are in the area again we will be sure to stay at The Santa Fe Motel & Inn.

I don't think I have ever stayed in such a well equipped room. Yoga equipment, Alexa, power strips, tea, hot chocolate, microwave, fridge. Older but very nice and well maintained property.

First time to stay-the property is beautifully cared for and has the Old Santa Fe charm that I just love. In my room with kitchenette every detail was thought of-it’s so impressive that someone has thought of so many details that make you feel truly at home. My room was closest to the street and the noise from the traffic was unfortunate-it went through my headset, making me wish I’d brought a sound machine or super noise canceling headset-next time I will inquire about going further back on the property away from the street. There will be a next time for sure-a great value in a super location, feels very safe and the staff is lovely.

I’d made one request: no air fresheners, scents, incense sticks or perfumes in our room because I’m highly allergic. Upon checking in, was assured those items had been removed or weren’t in use. After a couple of hours searching, I found two hidden begins a chair and in the kitchen near the coffeemaker. M not sure what the proprietor was thinking but this didn’t feel like a property that cares about its guests.

The stay was wonderful! The staff was engaging and helpful and remembered we were headed to Bandalier and asked how we enjoyed it. The room was unique and I don't want to spoil it for others so just saying there will be Easter eggs! Great location and I highly recommend. Will definitely stay there again if we visit Santa Fe again

We loved this place; the staff, location, cleanliness , ambiance; everything was wonderful. It has such a warm authentic New Mexician feel and we could walk everywhere. Travelling by train, without a vehicle this was the perfect location and was priced very reasonably. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in much earlier than indicated in the motel information. Josh at the front desk was super helpful and couldn’t have been kinder. Definitely this is the place to stay if ever in Santa Fe.

Really well maintained property with excellent, friendly staff. Very responsive. Property is older and nicely maintained though rugs in second floor rooms need updating. Adequate parking - tight in some spots especially if people drive larger SUVs/trucks. Great visit. Very walkable to Santa Fe center square, restaurants, etc.

The staff was great and the room was very clean. The amenities in the room like the water jug and cups were helpful. The breakfast was lacking. It was more like breakfast snacks. The bed was also a bit on the firmer side. However, it was very clean and had a lot of nice personal touches. The location was also fantastic.
