This was a quick overnight for a business event. It's an older hotel with rooms recently remodelled nicely. It's not a full service hotel, but the people are nice and it's affordable by Santa Fe standards.

The hotel had a covered garage. The room was clean and quiet.

I ride a motorcycle and King's Rest is perfect for riders, there is a covered carport right next to your room door, very secure. The location is convenient to everything you might want to do in Santa Fe.

Perfect if you’re looking for something that’s not all full of unnecessary bells and whistles. Rooms are clean and have necessities and amenities like a shower with near-neverending hot water, a mini-fridge, and a beautiful skylight. Huge plus to be able to park right next to your front door. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re through Santa Fe on a budget.

This is an old adobe hotel. It’s cute could use some updating. Bed and sheets were comfy. Air conditioner in the window did a good job. small bathroom. A little Musty smelling. In a good area to drive to downtown Santa Fe and canyon road. Owner was very pleasant. Theres an open garage to park your vehicle in. We had to switch rooms because I have a Thule on top and we didn’t fit in the first one. No breakfast Would we stay there again…..probably.

Unique building that was old style but renovated and in good condition. I had a large pickup truck so wasn't able to use the provided covered parking. If you have a car it's perfect for keeping your car out of the sun

The place was kitchy and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the room smelled heavily of mildew. We think it was coming from the air conditioning unit so a filter probably needs to be changed. We appreciated the nice suggestions for where to eat in the welcome email.

Rooms are always clean, heater worked great. Quiet and comfortable!

It would have been fine, except in the morning my room had a sewer gas smell that was not acceptable.

Dirty bedding and towels. Bugs on the wall. Unsafe area. Clear window pane directly above the shower (while others were frosted).

The room we had (12) was depressing dark and worst, dirty. Filthy carpet...a random drain grating in the middle of the room ehich held god knows what. I most definitely would not recommend this place to anyone

Very cheap hotel, biggest issue is smell of chemicals in the room. It was not possible to sleep, and next day kids got allergy reaction on skin.

This is an old-style motel owned by a lovely family from India. The rooms do have a fridge, micro-wave, and flat screen tv, but overall, are not 'upgraded' or re-vamped. The rooms are clean; no issues about cleanliness. This is our third visit over the past few years here. We return because the staff feels like family, we are comfy and feel very safe here. The location and price, especially online, are unbeatable.

The coffee pot did not work, but the room was great and so was the service. The mattress needs to be replaced because it is very soft in spots and very firm in spots creating high and low spots in the bed. The room was very clean NO BUGS at all and very spacious with a huge closet and a wonderful ski light feature. The parking was amazing and slowed safe viewing of mesmerizing mountain storms. The attendant was very polite and hard working. I would highly recommend this place to others. If the replaced the mattress and non functioning coffee pot. It’s also in a great location that was not hard to get too and there were many great dinning establishments nearby. Overall 9.5 out of 10

Mattress was hard as a rock. If you like super firm, this is the place for you.

Old retro facility was so wonderfully unique. Very, very clean. 2 queen beds in separate rooms! Covered parking next to rooms with covered doorway. Wonderfull host.

the wifi still had issues but vastly improved. The price is too expensive however for lack of so many features and amenities.

The place was very good. The room was large and we got covered parking near our room. We walked to a nice breakfast place nearby. The place was very cute and retro. Don’t expect a modern all white bedroom, because you’ll be disappointed. But it was cute, large, and clean.

If you like a hard bed you will be happy. I prefer a soft bed. It made my muscles and bones hurt. There were four big pillows. I took off the bedspread because the outside felt like polyester, the kind you could snag a nail on. I never turned on the TV. The wifi was good. It was very clean. My favorite part was parking the rental car right next to the room It was protected and covered. I felt safe. It had everything I needed as I was out exploring most of the day. It had a mini fridge. The coffee maker did not brew the coffee for long so it came out weak. I was 3 minutes from Dunkin Donuts and I love their coffee, so did that. Trader Joes was 4 minutes away. Meow Wolf was 7 minutes. There was a very bright light that stayed on all night over the air conditioner. I wore an eye mask. That was the only window. Both of those factors added to my feeling safe. They had an inside lock for security. There was some rumbling noise at night, but I had my noise machine and earplugs. There was a great place to hike 10 minutes away. The locations was amazing. I ate El Parasol tacos which were delicious. Taos was an hour and 1/2 away. Albuquerque was 1 hour. There was a train that ran to and from Albuquerque called the road runner. It was $8.00 I think. Santa Fe is small. Parking was easy. I absolutely loved it. The sky and mountains were so beautiful. Check out the farmers market on Saturday. Go to Canyon road and downtown.

Room was clean and comfortable, except the bed was too firm for my wife’s back issues. This is a 50’s era motor lodging that has been updated except for the a.c., which needs to be replaced as it was constantly turning itself off and on “auto”. And boy was it loud even on “low” fan setting.

Great inn with carport and skylights. Big walk in closet. Very clean. I highly recommend!

Loved that each room has a garage for your car. If you are there for long term there is an actual walkin closet. Two water bottles were provided. The bed was comfortable and rhe room was surprisingly large. I had a king size bed, there was a desk with a chair, a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and an easy chair. The only problem I encountered was the pillows were small and kind of soft.

Checking in they did not honor the quoted Expedia price--they charged me $85 for Friday night instead of your $75, When I ??? it the response was "you have to pay our price" and did not inspire confidence taking it further. Expedia bookings have always worked out well for me, this one even though it was only a small $$$ amount was a first.

The hotel is on a well traveled road in Santa Fe. I found it to be quiet and relaxing. The staff was courteous and kind. I would definitely try this place again.

I was expecting more after seeing the other reviews. The two staff members I dealt with were very unfriendly. Every single day, my room smelled like a vape lounge from vaping in neighboring rooms coming into my room, likely though the vents. When I reported it, they tried to tell me it wasn't happening, which is the typical dismissive response. This vape problem needs to be addressed, not denied. It's seriously intrusive and causes me serious health problems. I have trouble breathing, and my ears pop painfully when exposed to it. Non smoking needs to mean non smoking. The room was a bit outdated, and I don't think the bedspread was cleaned, which should happen after every guest. I did like the enclosed parking space right next to the hotel door, and it is very close to everything in Santa Fe.

Friendly service through out our stay and at check in and out. Clean, roomy, comfortable. Stayed 4 nights. Safe location.

The clerk was helpful about my parking situation. I had a trailer. It is a smaller property with tight garages shared with the next door neighbor, but it was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Very helpful management . This is a very nicely updated historic motel with an actual covered garage that 2 cars can park in. Carillons is a busy street but the rooms have tick walks and are very quiet. There is a quaint neighborhood behind the motel that works well for an evening stroll.

The lady checking us in went out of her way to be helpful.

It was a nice stay,however, the receptionist wasn’t at the desk when arrived. Since I arrived early morning, she claimed that they don’t check people in that late!

The King's Rest Court Inn was very clean and the price was reasonable given that we were there for a festival weekend. The Inn is not walking distance to anything but an easy drive to restaurants, the Railyard District and downtown. The rooms are very small and the AC is very loud (but necessary!) It was very hot so having the covered carport kept us from having to go into a very hot car. The Inn is good for a short stay.

One of the old Rt 66 motels that has been well maintained. Not far from downtown. Modern size room with comfortable bed.

Definately a recommend budget friendly motel if visiting Santa Fe. Upon checking in (6 hours early!) was accomodated a lovely spacious and very clean room. Was able to park my car in a garage type allotment just outside my room and go and get explore the city. Its an easy 30 mins walk into the main downtown. Also right next door you have a really great breakfast/lunch place called Ikonik Red.

This is a value-priced hotel for being so close to downtown Santa Fe. It was old, but very clean and well-maintained. What I didn't like is the plastic on the outside of the bathroom window (see photo). There is no curtain on the inside, which could be accomplished quite simply with a tension rod and a cheapo curtain. Since the motel is sandwiched between some iffy establishments, I didn't feel comfortable.

We were not expecting much from this motel but it was a nice surprise. Clean, good fares and nice staff. The motel has that nice architectural Santa Fe style

Great, safe place for economy lodging with free parking, apporox 2.6 miles from Old Town Plaza. Close to a few nice local restaurants, especially breakfast and 2 outstanding bakeries. The floor carpet was ok but it should be replaced with some hard surface that feels much more cleaner. No breakfast available but coffee machine and mini fridge in the room

Quaint, lovely, and clean. Not too far from the plaza. We had breakfast at the Pantry restaurant just a few blocks away. Excellent stay, all way around.
