I can tell they are improving on the place, so props to them. The decor fun. The breakfast was good. The tub was not suitable for a bath and the pool was not heated, so it was ice cold… also had bugs. At 7 am the housekeepers kept knocking on neighboring rooms loudly saying “HOUSE KEEPING”, then my phone goes off at 8am with a text from the hotel asking about what time I plan to check out! I’m trying to freaking sleep! I paid for a hotel with an 11am checkout time so let me get what I paid for. I was tired and wanting rest! Oh ya and the vending machine had only 2 kinds of chips. When I went to buy a bag, the machine stold my $2. lol oh well

This was an overall nice place to stay for one night. The rooms were clean and had everything we neefed. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pooll. Our grandchildren came down from Grady to spend time wit us. There was a nice peaceful patio by tge swimming pool, but the table's and chairs were in Poor condition. Our son in kaw was holding is 1 yr old son and wenr to sit in a chair and it collapsed. They were both sore the next day, but thankfully they were both ok. The same 1 yr slid getting out of the pool and got a fat lip. We would just recommend having the rooms clean by check in time, updated patio furniture and some slip resistant pads around the pool. Otherwise, thid is a good place to stay as it was comfortable and peaceful.

Desk personnel were very friendly & helpful. After that everything went downhill. Pool room doors don't lock! Children could get in and drown!! Outside doors to buildings don't lock. Carpets were filthy, bath mat stained and threadbare, hall smelled strongly of smoke, killed 8 flies in the room, ice machine in our building didn't work, view out our window was high weeds & trash. Not a pleasant experience.

The staff was nice, The rooms are old and dingy. The pictures are deceiving The bathrooms were not very clean. We had to go get all new towels because of the hair on them. We had two rooms one of the bathroom sinks didn't work properly. The pool area needed to be cleaned as the chairs were all dirty. The kids had fun in the pool, but the adults had to stand because the chairs were dirty. Hallways had dirt all along the sides. We stayed because we were already there, but we won't stay there again.

Sheets on bed had not been changed, had blood on them. TV did not work, mold was all over in shower, coating in tub was peeling off. Mattress was horrible! Carpet was filthy.

The sheets had stains, the shower/tub had holes and the floor and baseboards were old and not caulked with dirt in between The breakfast food tasted very plain even though there was eggs and sausage patties and cereal. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Dirtiest room I’ve seen in years. The only hotel I’ve ever been to in my life that didn’t have cream for coffee available. Dirty bathroom with roaming roaches. Loud room fridge leaking water. Splinters on the floor from rotting vinyl planking. Outside littered with years of old plastic bottles and debris. See photos.

First room we were assigned was not vacuumed. Very dirty with pet hair in every crevice. It also had roaches in the bathroom. We asked for another room and the next room was cleaner but still not clean. Shower don’t drain. Beds were comfortable. Door was very hard to open to enter room. For the price paid, I didn’t expect much but I was still surprised at how dirty the rooms and grounds were.

Came to check in and nobody was at the desk for about 5 minutes once someone finally came we received keys to the dirtiest room ive ever seen. The trash had trash still left in it from the last person, hair in shower and on toilet seat, stains on sheets in bed and crumbs all in the couch. I just needed somewhere to stay for the night as I was on a long roadtrip but I could not stay there so just got a refund and got back on the road.

After staying at a Super 8 Wyndham the night before that was excellent I'm sorry to say this one was not. Check in was pleasant and easy and the breakfast was very good with many options though there was not enough seating for everyone. The problem is cleanliness, or lack there of. It did not appear our room had been cleaned at all. There was a toothpick on the night stand, there was food bits and pieces on the floor, and used coffee in the pot. The bathroom had hair on the floor and the tub was dirty. I can only hope the bed had clean linens.

Woman at the counter super nice and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Room needed very minor maintenance things(touch up on paint in 1 spot, minor repair on bath tub itself) nothing major or off putting. Overall awesome hotel on route 66

Room was somewhat shopworn. It had two entry doors, one from an interior hallway and one from outside. Both had apparently had the security locks torn off, then remounted without even covering the former screw holes. Carpet was deeply stained and torn so the concrete was visible at the exterior doorway. Towels were clean but stained and had obviously been washed many, many times and were rough instead of fluffy. Beds were comfortable and sheets looked much less worn than the towels. Shower had a very heavy output. The toilet had been replaced but the wall had not been repainted so you could see the dimensions of the previous tank. The free breakfast was very good with choices of waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, oatmeal or cold cereal. Toaster available. Yogurt and milk chilled and available. Coffee sand hot water for tea. If traveling in the area again, I would stay here again even though it is not a well maintained property. It is adequate but not special in any way.

The employees are friendly. The condition of the hotel is not so good. I was on 2nd floor and the floor creaked every time I walked, the carpets are old and the room smelled. The air conditioner didn't work well and a bad smell came out of it when on. I left it off. But the stay was adequate for the great price. Location is on old Route 66 and not in the new town area, so limited food options unless you drive to them.

The staff was very helpful. I saw him carry a large suitcase upstairs for a guest and quickly resolved a TV issue for me. The room was clean and well organized. Quiet too. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection including hot eggs, sausage and homefries. A waffle iron was hot and ready for use.

We were expecting a nice breakfast and there was non-functional juice machines and the coffee was empty. There was no fresh fruit and no drink options other than water and coffee since juice down. Also at check out the reception gal had her ear buds in so felt like a bother to disturb her. The young guy when we checked in was very friendly and accommodating when I asked about coffee/ hot water.

Check in was good, as was the bed and shower. The room was seriously dated and in need of a good cleaning. Breakfast was the absolute worst. Seriously. BLACK coffee with grounds in it. No amount of creamer would change the color. No fruit, yougurt or muffins. No sausage as promised on the menu. Potatoes were not seasoned (as advertised) and were undercooked. The egg product was a flat round tasteless thing. There was wheat toast. We had breakfast and coffee elsewhere.

You get what you pay for. Super cheap hotel right off the highway. Rooms are a bit outdated and not the cleanest but overall a good experience. Staff was excellent. Great spread for breakfast.
