I Loved that the pool was 24 hours and the staff was friendly and the breakfast was okay but it was nice to be right in the middle of town and close to my families home. The room was clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. Over all very nice and I always like staying there when I go to Fallon tow visit.

This has been our 1/2 way point from Idaho to California and vice versa; and it has been fantastic! Huge parking lot for the times we’re pulling a trailer which makes it soooo nice to get in and to get out. It’s an older town so I wouldn’t say the surroundings are “excellent” but we’ve always felt safe & there’s a few eateries you can walk to. They have both an indoor pool and outdoor pool which I’ve never used but both look very clean. There’s coffee & yummy creamer available all day in the lobby and the continental breakfast has plenty of options. We will continue to stay here when traveling and recommend this place to others.

We stay here when we visit family however I think this stay will be our last. The hot tub was broken. Ongoing construction which is SUPER messy. There was debris all over the hall, dust on the door and animal throw up!!!

We stayed in the same room that we had stayed in three days earlier and there was a dirt spot on the sheets that I had gotten on them as I was putting on my shoes during our first stay that was still there on our second stay. Obviously the sheets were not cleaned. it was offputting to know that the sheets had not been changed. Other than that. The room had been cleaned and smelled clean and I appreciate that..

The main complaint was there were no towels in the room, and the next morning, before I checked out but was out of the room, housekeeping took the remaining washcloths. But provided no towels. Not a good situation

While the staff was very kind, and overall the hotel and room was clean, it was extremely dated. This particular hotel could use a remodel to be up to the standards of the other Holiday Inn expresses throughout the country. We’ve stayed at so many throughout many different states, and they’ve all be relatively updated; but this location was very outdated.. wallpaper was old, carpet was old, furniture was old, fridge was old (and extremely noisy) ac was old and barely kept room cool enough. The curtains were falling off the window (and didn’t even cover the window so light was coming in all night.. the entry light was not functional.. once again, this is no reflection of the staff, they were wonderful, but I’ll be honest, we were a little disappointed for the quality of room..

We booked the extremely large room with jacuzzi in it. We had soo much space. The bed was comfortable. Only thing was the blinds didn’t connect completely so light was let in. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good although a few items weren’t available.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact the walls are thin. I could hear the people in the next room talking and I don’t think they were talking loudly. And the people above me must have been walking laps or had a pet elephant with them. Better insulation between the floors and the walls would improve sounds traveling.

Bed was as hard as a box spring. Nit what I expect from Holiday Inn. I pay more for comfort. Two of the lights in my room didnt work and the heater made loud noises, waking me up.

Honestly, the hotel was pretty nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only problem was the staff newly being trained, which is fine but not trained as another thing and very disrespectful and rude. Our reservation was messed up three different times so just a little frustrating.

We had a very long drive that went late into the night and needed a place to get some sleep so we could continue on our drive safely. I booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express in Fallon. Due to traffic delays we did not get in until 5 am. When we entered the hotel lobby the staff did not greet us and acted put out that they had to help us check in. The woman at the front desk was very rude. She assumed that we were coming from burning man and acted like we were there to party. I am a business professional who often uses Holiday Inn Express for business trips. I just needed a place to rest for a few hours and was treated like I was not welcome. I will not be staying here again. I spent over $400 on 2 rooms for one night and would have expected to be treated like a customer. I am very dissatisfied in this experience.

Confusion with the check-in. Room had been assigned to two gentlemen, and he walked in to the room after I'd been there for two hours. Coffee bar was cold at three AM 1st 2 days. Hot this morning. Please don't get me wrong. The staff helped, but I thought you should know. Also coffee was hot this morning at 03:00.

Unfortunately there was a lady outside our window talking loudly on her phone several times but other than her, the place was very quiet! The rooms are fabulous-everything we needed. Huge parking lot that accommodated our big truck & trailer. Fantastic steak house next door.

The room was great. The young lady working the front desk when we checked in was very friendly. Next morning, the kitchen was out of a lot. When tried talking to the gal working in the kitchen, the area smelled of marijuana and she was less than friendly and had quite a bit of attitude. The guy at the front desk was nice.

The pool indoors was closed! There were no vending machines. The pancake machine was broken. The food was cold. I stay at your hotel about 3 times a year and in the past it has always been a nice place to stay. I am dissapointed Your credit machine was not functioning and I was ask to pay cash. I have always stayed at Holiday Inn express, but maybe it is time to move on to another establishment I relalize that there are times when it is necessary to do maintance, but maybe you should do your maintaince in the winter when business is slower than in the summer!

Check in was slow due to low staffing. There was a rodent in the wall near the bed making scratching noises at bedtime. Breakfast was very limited compared to other hotels. Had omelets, sausage, cereals and bread/pastries. No waffles, pancake machine broken, only had apples, no bananas or oranges.

Room and front desk staff were great. One person working the morning for breakfast. They were out of 2 of the 4 juices from the get go and ran out of the other while eating. Food kept running out. When tried to let the gal know they were out of things, I had to first get past the strong marijuana smell coming from the kitchen before I got her snarky responses. Kind of a bad way to end the stay.
