Night clerk great, room okay I wish the hot tub was open didn’t say otherwise one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. Fire alarm sounded the next morning but our devices did not sound. Great that the room has a co2 detector but the smoke detector was disgusting and grossly aged. Beds Meah but for the price decent.

Everything was exactly what was described and what I expected, except that it was labeled as having an indoor pool, and it ended up being an outside seasonal one so I didn’t get to swim. Other than that everything was good.

!) We had bugs in our room. We had to buy insect spray and leave for several hours. 2) The mirrors were dirty. 3) The drawers were dusty, so I had to rewash my clothes after putting them in them. 3) We didn't have any sugar or cream for our coffee. 4) Our key cards didn't work when we first arrived, so we had to go to the front desk to have them replaced. 5) There was supposed to be a hot tub, but they didn't have one. 6) The vending machine didn't work, the chips stayed at the bottom, and I was unable to get them out..7) The ice machine only released a few ice cubes at a time. There was only one flimsy blanket on our bed. 8) The bathtub was dirty. They did have a good complimentary breakfast. The ladies at the counter were very friendly.

None of our requests were honored. Booked an accessible room and was given an upstairs room instead. "That's all we have available." My wife is handicapped and there is NO elevator. Booked a second room and asked that it be adjacent or at least close to the first room. It was as far away as possible.

When we checked in, they checked us under the wrong person and we walked into a single bed room for 4 people. I went back and they told me I booked a single bed room and then confirmed my name again to find they checked in the wrong person. We go to the right room and the power is out, which wasn’t the hotels fault. The room had hole in the bathroom door, blood stains on pillow case, brown stains on hand towels, and pubic hair on the side of the tub. I asked about the pool at check in and they told me where it was. My kids get dressed for the pool and go down to find the pool and hot tub empty with a sign saying they are renovating. That would have been something they could have told us when we asked about it at check in. The eggs were watered down and gritty. I will say the staff were friendly, but they were scattered and ill informed and the property was a mess. The area around the hotel was shady and not somewhere I would hang out at night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Mold in the bathroom, hair in the shower and in sink. Holes in the walls. Over all just very poor condition. The parking lot is very dark and just a sketchy vibe. Beds were uncomfortable. The whole place needs to be overhauled. The staff was very welcoming but we will not book this hotel again. I would continue down the road and find stay somewhere else

Staff was very kind,, however our room definitely could've used some work. The sheets had yellow stains on them, our AC was so loud it sounded like gunfire in our room all night long, and the bed was horribly creaky. Between my husband, my 8mo old and I, we got no sleep.

We did not receive any cleaning services for two days. On the second day I ask the front desk about it and for clean towels. They said I had to request cleaning services. I was not informed of that when I checked in. They did give me fresh towels.

One of the employees stood out her name was candy. She was super nice very helpful. Very respectful if me and my family come back to stay honestly would be mostly because of her. We really really did have a good stay thank you so much and I can see you’re like a one woman army in the morning. Thank you.

My friends and I booked 9 rooms for a wedding. Your staff cancelled 7 rooms without notice stating “We are locals therefore, we are NOT allowed”. My friends scrambled Fernley for other accommodations hours before the wedding. FYI. We live approximately 41 miles away in Reno-where everyone is welcome.

I have stayed here in the past, but it's been several years. Has definitely gone down hill. I should have remembered this was a pet-friendly location. (I did not have a pet with me on this trip.) My room reeked of cat pee and the toilet had not been properly cleaned (pee puddle stains on the base of the toilet). It is a convenient location, the breakfast was typical for this type of motel. I won't be staying here again.

Room was clean and updated. Enough to book another stay in the way back. I did not eat their breakfast so can’t say. Staff open the door at 7:30 am for cleaning and that upset me. I said yes loudly so they knew I was there. Wi-Fi was fast enough to watch Netflix on my laptop. Area is just highway stop point- KFC next door. But have gas stand and close to Highway entrance.

Nice motel. Friendly and helpful staff. Some freeway noise, but not enough to keep me awake. Outside facing doors which means that I can park right outside my room. Very convenient. I would stay here again.

It was a quick overnight on a drive home. Super gal at check in at about 9pm. Room was basic and descent bed. Bath was a little dated and worn, but not bad. Exterior of property seemed rather unsecured, no fencing etc.

Shower in one room was unusable (faucet would not turn on). When we spoke with front desk clerk she offered to send maintenance to look at it. We declined this as we had gone to my parents room who were in the room next door for a shower. Then asked clerk if any compensation would be poss she said no because we refused the maintenance visit to which I said ok please investigate. Maintenance was finally able to tun on shower faucet after ALOT of wrenching in the fixture. No regular guest would have been able to do that making shower virtually unusable. As we were checking out we noticed that shower faucet/fixture was now dripping/leaking significantly (we notified front desk of this development). Very dissatisfied with the way this was handled. Also continental breakfast washorrible. We travel enough to understand what to expect but this was pretty bad. Bagels and toast bread stale, no waffles despite equipment for them in evidence (attendant said they’re only offered every other day due to lack of counter space), just over all pretty uninspiring. And advertised pool/hot tub should not be advertised as year round as really it’s seasonal. For the price not worth it.
