Just an overnight on our way to California. Older hotel, but convenient, clean, and free parking. Still has a “resort fee”🙄. We ate at the Diner inside the resort. It was fine. Only one person serving who was working very hard. It was around 9pm but still quite a few patrons. But Diner was convenient and relatively fast considering only one server. Very smoky in the casino area we needed to walk through.

First time , nice pool

There were no card tables, no poker, no crap games. It had very little old school slot machines. The place looks like it’s running on minimal staff. The Mall is closed down. Very little entertainment. I saw a Buffalo dancing around. We need karaoke and maybe a dance area with a variety of songs and not just Mexican music. The resort fee and early room $30 check in fee was a shock! There’s nothing in the casino to do, so why the extra fees? The video slots were not paying out. I stayed two days and only heard one slot machine go off for a win. I spent 18 hours each day on slots and just kept losing. There is no high limit room. Everything is scarcely scatter in the open. It’s obvious this place is destined to close along with Buffalo Bill and Whiskey Pete’s. The Mall was a draw, but now that it’s closed, the business is lacking. I’m so sorry to see it like this. Some people have worked there over 30 years!

Rooms have been renovated and are very nice. Mattress not firm enough for me but everything else good. Resort is stripped down now. Only one food choice. No Valet parking. Still has nice exercise room.

There is absolutely NO food or drink on property except water from your bathroom. No machines to get a snack or drink. Gift shop closed till summer. Bar closed, Alcohol available only if you were gambling. No coffee maker in room nor onsite. You have to walk across the road (took me 25 min) to the gas station convenience store and Starbucks. Even the staff said they were hungry and thirsty.

The hotel needs new carpet . Old and dirty. The bed was fine . The shower was good. My biggest issue was not being allowed to park near the entrance while checking in. It’s very hard for me to walk . I had to walk a long way to check in then another long way to get to my room. Also only slots . Didn’t see any table gamesmanship

Room was outdated, smells, stains everywhere on carpet and walls. Pieces of ceiling on edge of wall was hanging loose. Shower head did not work and was only pulling about 30% of the water up.there was mold in the bathroom. Hallways carpet dirty. There was a pool of water on the carpet coming the ice machine room located near the back entrance. It was disguising and smelled bad. Surprisingly my friends room across which had a king bed was a much better room.

Entire place was in bad shape. Room was not properly cleaned. Floors were sticky. Front desk personnel had terrible and negative attitude. I will never stay there again.

I was surprised but it was really a great room, clean and comfy. I will stay again

THERE WAS POOP! FECES IN MY ROOM! AND EXPEDIA REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY REFUND STILL. Thankfully Primm Valley Resorts gave me a refund. Very disappointed in Expedia. I’m not paying for poop in my hotel room. Ruined my vacation.

I had the worst experience here at this hotel. There was dead and alive cockroaches in the hallways and in my room, I could not get a refund and there was no other hotel to book in surrounding area, Buffalo Bills had no rooms for the dates I booked. They had no water to offer and no ice. It was the worst.

Room was clean but needed maintenance on curtains. Bathroom was clean. The property as a whole needed maintenance and looked run down. Dirty walkways, dirty carpet, and none of the staff looked like they wanted to be there.

The hotel is ran down. The bathroom was extremely dirty. The sheets in bed were clean.

The hotel is conveniently located on the highway, easy to stop by if you need a 1 night accommodation to recharge your battery. Rooms could be better cleaned, dust was all over the bed board and around the room. The carpet could benefit from a better clean too. Breakfast and meals can be purchased at the diner inside the main hall/casino area, we had breakfast and it was ok.

We had a dead cockroach in our bathroom. Toilet & bathtubs were dirty. Our sheets were CLEAN. The carpet was dark brown & yucky. We needed a bed so we stayed.

The bed is comfortable. The room is big in the room and bathroom

3 clerks at check-in 1 did nothing - seriously nothing . 8-10 people to check in , did not help a single one. 1 in the middle polite/happy 1 on the right referred to guests as “those people” for convention event and reluctantly handed out the promotional material Thin walls and hallway had buzzing electrical noises and employee meeting room loud. Room had dried stains.

This room had dirty linen on the bed, I didn’t feel comfortable using blankets or pillows. I used my own sheet and blanket. I had paid for upgraded room and was originally given a room that was far. I was told by the check in person it’s first come first serve! That I should have arrived earlier to be assigned a closer room. Which I told him website didn’t state that. Ended up in an old room with a single bed, with handicap shower head…my view was a brick wall!

AC was amazing loud. Room was very dated. Resort fee was a waste

This place is trapped in the 70s. The room was really dated, smelled musky, and old. This place needs an urgent renewal. The staff was friendly and good.

Facility dated will not stay in this resort ever again. AC unit sounded like a helicopter in our room...TV was only for show...came on but no connection.

Room clean but some lights didn’t work plus no microwave or fridge. Layout kind of confusing but otherwise okay.

Traveling to visit family. I'm a non smoker and although i know casinos have yet to go smokeless, you gave to go thru the casino to get to the front desk. The rooms are smokeless but going thru the long hallway to get to the rooms, it was smokey. The room were just ok, nothing special and the bed was not comfortable. Very minimal amenities, the bedspread was thin sp if you like the room cool, you need your own blanket. Would i stay again, no. I'd to one of the other hotels at that exit.

The room was average and looked like someone had spilt coffee on the bathroom floor BUT was otherwise clean. Zola at the front desk was awesome! That woman had guests backed up to the casino waiting to check in but she stayed calm and was pleasant

had to wait till 3 pm to check in, and wait for over half hour IN LINE! How dumb.

There were 30 people in line ahead of me when I arrived to checkin. Only one poor lady working at front desk. Took over 1 hour waiting. Of course when I was checking in another gal walked up. That was the worse checkin I have ever experienced

The staff at check-in was very rude

We are extremely grateful to the security guard, an older gentleman who was way more helpful than the front desk staff. He went above and beyond to help us. Front desk seemed extremely inconvenienced when we needed help. RV parking was plentiful, so that was a plus.

Worst experience ever , they did not let us stay in the primm valley. They sent us to other hotel since they do not have accommodation here in primm. We waited at check in for more than hour. The receptionist was very rude. We were at the check in around 11:15pm but we got the room around 1:30 pm. Room was dirty

When I arrived at the property they had a sign for mobile registration to avoid the line. The problem was there was nobody to pass out the keys for the mobile check ins. There was only one registration clerk at the desk and the line was at least 20-30 deep. I called the manager and asked if something could be done. He said someone else might come in. I asked him why he couldn’t come out of his office and help out. Instead of helping he said a someone else might be coming in. Great manager to keep his employee out the hanging by herself. She looked miserable when I finally got to her. She told me that she hadn’t had a break in 6 hours. What kind of manager does that to someone. A lazy one is my answer. I told her that I would call corporate and she said “please do.” Everyone on the property doesn’t know anything. Every time I asked someone a question the answer was always “ I don’t know.” The property and the rooms are horrible. I kept finding things in the room that weren’t mine. (A water bottle on the floor, used Kleenex that wasn’t mine, toothpicks on the floor). I put a call out to the corporate office but I have yet to get a return call. It could be that it’s Saturday. Hopefully they will call on Monday.

Front desk worker was rude. I reserved a courtyard view and was given a dirt lot view. When this was addressed with the front desk, I was told, "at least you got a room, we are almost sold out."

Had to ask for a 2nd washrag and hand towel. I had to search the parking lot for a luggage cart. The night clerk was courteous and helpful but the day clerk was too busy watching something on her cell phone to even look up to answer my question about where to find a cart.

Arrived at 1:00am but couldn't check in until 3:00am because the computers were down. Then was still charged for resort fee. No budging.

One night stay to see Ramon Ayala in concert at Buffalo Bill's casino.

Rain forced me off the road and I had to spend the night in Primm. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was wonderful—efficient and friendly. The hotel was clean and I saw lots of staff about making sure it remained tidy. Also, there were free, delicious chocolate chip cookies at the check-in counter. The gal running the diner was a sweetheart. I was exhausted and soaked and she set me up with a hot meal. The burger and fries were delicious. The room was basic, but clean and warm. No weird smell, which I appreciated. Most Lower-end hotels smell dank or stale. This room was fine. No frills, but that was not a problem. I got a good night’s sleep and was able to work. Honestly, I would stay there again. It wasn’t a ghetto Motel 6 experience. Starbucks is across the street. McDonald’s is next door. There’s gas and a market. And the hotel staff are terrific. I felt fine staying there—safe and contented.

This place is dead. Sketchy people. Nothing open anymore around the hotel. Gas at the nearby station is way more expensive tthan typical prices. Hard to believe this place has fallen so far from what it used to be. I won’t stop in Primm ever again.

Perfect for the long drive

We could not find a way to park closer to our room and no body seems to know or be able to explain. We parked next to the main casino entrance and then walked.

My stay at Primm valley Resort was Amazing. I was there for one night for a concert at Buffalo Bills Star Of The Desert Arena. The concert was a lot of fun. I do miss the outlet shops at Primm Valley Resort. I hope they bring them back sometime. I would recommend reopening a restaurant or at least a cafeteria where we can get a bite to eat. Buffalo bills buffet is a short drive or a nice walk away so that is good. They also have a Dennis Restaurant and other eateries nearby at Buffalo Bills.

The parking area felt super safe. The casino appeared well organized. Staff was friendly and professional. While the diner restaurant was far from full, we waited 25 min to be seated and another 35 before our dinner was served. Still, Jerry served us & had the biggest & best smile. We think they were just severely understaffed. The steak was the toughest I've ever eaten, but I was hungry. My wife's breakfast for dinner meal was excellent. My mashed potatoes were the best on my plate, along with the side Caesar's salad. I'm not sure we will return, but we wish them the best. Providing new carpet would go a long way to making them feel more clean. Also, the room lighting was no more than dim light bulbs; one of them didn't work. I used my phone light a lot.,

It was okay, but wishing there were eating options. Buffet was good, but not really worth the price.

No restaurants open , except a pizza and wings . It took me 45 minutes to get 6 Wings and pay 15 dollars plus 5 dollars for a bottle of water . They used to have 4 nice restaurants , The rooms are very simple , no refrigerator . Not worth the money I paid for it .

we were not made aware that tha casino was under renovation and had a very very bad experience. there was no restaurants open, no bars open and not even a gift shop to get waters or snacks, i will never go back there again!!

There were no stores/restaurants open. It was very emtpy. Had to leave to get water and most ice machines were broken. Buffalo Bills had everything up and running. Room was ok. Affordable price, maybe because nothing was available. Not even coffee.

Great place to stay however not much to do in the hotel. Dining and activities were at Buffalo Bill.

Great place to stay for a day. Clean and friendly staff. But you can tell this place is on the way out. My only complaint is in "The Diner". Your staff needs better training and support. Waited in line to pay for 15 minutes and i was 3rd.

Its was better than I expected but not great. Not much choice for food. The gaming floor has all new machines. The bar closed at Midnight. House keeping was knocking on our door at 8am asking if we were leaving that day. Don't they communicate with the front desk about those things? There was no "Do not disturb" sign for me to hang out. Stateline was fun in the 90s with all 3 properties. Sad now.
