We picked the Red Roof Inn because it was pet friendly. We weren't disappointed. There is a lot of space to walk your dog. The rooms were larger than I expected. I liked parking my car right in front of my room, making it so much easier to bring the suitcases in. The staff was friendly. The location was extremely safe and well lit. It was a short ride to find plenty of restaurants.

Off the main road. Local restaurants and strip malls less than a 5 minute drive. Quite area even with a bar and grill and three other hotels around. Not a lot of amenities but served its purpose. 15-20 minute drive from Keybank Arena and 25 minutes from High Mark Stadium. Clean, comfortable. Staff was nice but could be more personable.

We enjoyed the location as it was close to a main road and area but tucked away in the country. The property is surrounded with nice trees and grass. They had picnic tables and a small grill to use outdoors. The room was clean and smelled good. It was a little dated but clean, and thats the main thing. Front desk staff was friendly and nice also.

Decent place, plenty of parking, heater worked well, and check-in/out was easy and quick. EV charging is not available at the property but, there's a 10 stall public charger within waking distance.

This is a very good basic accommodation. The beds were very comfortable. There was parking right outside the room. The clerk was friendly and efficient. I would stay here again. The only downside was stains in the tub.

My stay was pleasant. The hotel offers coffee and tea at common area 24 hours day. They also have vending machines for snacks and laundry facilities for guests. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The only downside was cigarette smells in the room although they claimed every room s 100% smoke free.

In one word: DISGUSTING. Used to stay frequently due to proximity to airport but no more. Door handle loose and difficult to work. Floor was filthy. Pillows flat as pancakes. Mattresses thin and worn. Sink drain stopper stuck closed, didn't drain. Pieces missing from TV remote, did not work. Bathtub drain backed up after shower. People fighting loudly at 6:30 am outside our room, almost had to call the police. And finally, two freshly used condoms in the parking lot right next to our vehicle. They now offer "weekly rates" so they attract gross clientele. GROSS. Stay ANYWHERE ELSE!!

The roof was DISGUSTING. Stains on the walls in the room, stains on the wall in the bathroom, stains (paint?) on teh floor. Graffiti on the door, stains on the ac unit button, and the SMELL. Worst hotel I have EVER stayed in, by far.

Very dirty room, door lock was broken, noisy neighbors & we only had a half a roll of toilet paper for two people. Also the TV channels were available. Non English speaking people so even if we were to complain I’m not sure they would have understood us. Overpriced at $250.00 a night plus a $50 deposit that I have yet to see refunded to me. Do not book with this company or you will be sorry.

Checkin was fast. Key didn’t work at first, but they took care of it right away. Someone had covered smoke alarm-unsafe. Room was dirty. Sheets had hair on them. Beds had stains. Walls were filthy. Shower curtain was filthy. Floor was filthy. No washcloths provided, only towels. At least I didn’t see any bedbugs though.

Budget price but not great. Pillows were uncomfortable, towels smelled burned and smoked and were not clean, the thermostat would not work and the heat ran continuously, the hot water in the sink was not working. This place has potential of being a nice value if those other items were resolved.

A bit of a rough start but worked out in the end. The room wasn't ready until 4 so We were in status for a bit. Then or rooms WiFi was almost zero so we asked to change rooms and they accommodated. Staff was friendly and rooms were very clean of a bit small.

This hotel was adequate for our needs. The room was better updated than was expected but the pillows were terrible. The sheets were stained. The fridge wasn’t cold and the AC unit was loud. In their defense we never complained about any of these issues to afford them the opportunity to correct them. We were just passing through for the night and we had a safe place to sleep.

The woman running the front desk was amazing! Office full of crazy some drunk football fans and she was so gracious to them, even though they were obnoxious and rude. She was a delight. She definitely deserves recognition.

The hotel cancelled our booking without prior information, that too the cancellation was done past the check-in time while we were on the way to the hotel, citing overbooked concern. They hung up the phone on us when we said they could not cancel in such fashion, and refused to answer the call thereafter. Unprofessional and rude.

Check in was the easy part. Sink faucet was broke when we got room. Maintenance tried to fix it, broke again after 1 use. Discovered toilet seat almost fell off. We were promised next day both items would be fixed. Neither were fixed when we returned & manager of the desk that night just laughed, very rude & said no other rooms, so too bad. That night the air conditioning unit never shut off so we had to unplug it. Needless to say our nights were a disaster.

The assistant manager, Ambrosia (sp), was very kind and helpful. We had a couple hiccups at first with our room, but she and one other front desk staff member whose name I cant remember, did everything they could ensuring our stay as comfortable as possible. We ended up getting a different room and she made sure everything was up to par before she let us switch. Definitely appreciate them rectifying our issues and concerns.

Staff is the best. Ambrosia checked us in and out. She was so helpful and pleasant. I also interacted with the evening staff and he too was extremely helpful. The price is reasonable and I like that there is a microwave, fridge and coffee maker, allowing us to have breakfast in the room before our day of shopping.

Great base location to get to points on Lake Erie, Niagara Falls, towns along Lake Ontario in Canada, and downtown Buffalo. Minutes from great shopping on Rt 78. Clean, friendly staff, comfy beds, lots of outlets and even USB ports. Mini fridge, microwave, safe, and god cable TV.. excellent shower. No noise from I90 but some airplanes heard. Will stay here again !!

This was a beautiful, wooded property right off the highway. The rooms were super clean, staff were friendly and helpful and something I rarely see at a hotel, 2 ply toilet paper! Nice little sack breakfast with yogurt, granola bar, apple and croissant. Coffee was available 24/7 and hit the spot!

Walls and doors were grimy and dirty. Shower ceiling had pink colored mold. A “grab and go” breakfast was advertised but the staff said “they don’t have that”. A few positives are that the bed linens were clean, the showers hot and the ac worked.

It's a decent room for the price in this convenient area. The desk staff was friendly, but the cleaners left the room with about 1/2" of toilet paper on the roll with no new roll, and set the thermostat to 80 degrees! Also it would have been nice to have had a fridge and microwave in my king room.

i will not go back. The ad on hotels.com and the hotels website are deceptive. I chose red roof because of price with a free breakfast. The first morning, there was no breakfast. When I called to get the reason, I was told breakfast is ONLY for club members. I advised the ad doesn't include this. Her reply, "We are in the process of fixing that." This does not help me for the next 3 days! I could not talk with the manager and was given only his email address to follow-up. I prefer to give my business to a hotel that shows some concern and offers to mitigate the situation at that time. Please fix your ad here as it is not correct.

The place was fine for the price. Rooms were big and clean, beds were comfortable, everything worked. (People in the next room complained that the shower didn’t drain quickly.) The place is advertised as having breakfast, this was one of the reasons we chose it. We had seniors and a kid in our group. You apparently need to have membership to get breakfast, which added 25 minutes to the check-in process for memberships we’ll never use again. Plus everyone needed a membership so my kid couldn’t get a breakfast. I would’ve gladly paid extra to get breakfast for everyone without stress. The breakfast is granola bar, yogurt, apple, and mini-croissant. It was not a huge expense, but this was extremely annoying to deal with.

Staff is the best. Ambrosia checked us in and out. She was so helpful and pleasant. I also interacted with the evening staff and he too was extremely helpful.
