We stayed for one night while visiting the area. The facility was clean and well kept. Plenty of parking. Close to some shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate and larger than expected. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast had a nice variety even though we got there a bit late. The billiards table in the common area is a nice touch. We didn't have a chance to play but if we had stayed longer we would have taken advantage. All in all a very pleasant stay. This will be our go-to spot for future visits from now on.

Stay was quite adequate. Room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we were on the second floor and my husband has great difficulty with steps and there was no elevator so that was a bit of a struggle.

It was a good stay. I am perplexed by the lighting in the room? The entry light switch controls all the room outlets, so you can't turn off the entry light and still have p[ower to light the bed side lamps or power your phone charger. That means turning off the entire system to get the room dark enough for sleep. How weird!! Also my remote didn't control the TV volume or mute the sound. The dryer for guest was out of order so I could'nt do my wash. Other than that, it was fine.

Room was clean but furniture dated and worn. Upholstered sofa was sunken on one side and the chair for desk table was so loose and shaky that I had to ask for replacement. Big depression in the middle of the king size bed. Also, no elevator which means you have to carry luggage up a lot of steps. Parking lot entrance had lots of potholes. On the plus side, staff was friendly and courteous. Room and bathroom clean.

The two chatty, friendly ladies who greeted me late at night on September 3rd were also quite handy with the vending machines. Not accustomed to that level of spirited sociability on the road these days. Very Old School smalltown hospitality. And the pool table was kind of swanky!

My room 223 was filthy. It seems that the cleaning crew does not move anything to clean. The room was filled of dust and dirt under the bed was a pile of trash rappers. The bathroom was not wipe down. They left the open bar of soap that the previous customers were using we had to change the bedding and pillowcases ourselves, because all the dust And dirt that the room had we cleaned the microwave and wipe down the refrigerator so basically we had to clean the room before we was comfortable enough to sleep very disappointed

Rachel at check-in was awesome- welcoming, professional and friendly. We checked in around 10:00 pm and noticed right away that the room smelled musty, but we were too exhausted to keep driving. One of the lamps wasn’t working. The floor was moist to the point that my wife kept her shoes on until she got into bed. In the morning we discovered the moldy crack in the tub, hidden under the carefully arranged bath mat. All of us were having allergy issues- days later, my sinuses are still clogged. The breakfast was so bad, we just used the hotel toaster to heat our own bagels.

This was a nice property that I will likely return to. The staff was courteous and the rooms were clean. The AC unit was a bit loud, but it's a standard unit in this type of hotel. Most of the breakfast items were pre-packaged food, which I don't eat, but they did have some nice hard-boiled eggs to get my day started.

Check in was fine. We got to the hotel around 9 pm. The staff was nice. 10 minutes after we got into our room, a bug that looked like suspiciously like a roach crawled up the wall. We killed it. That was enough for me. We would have left if we could, but it was late and pouring rain outside. When we woke up in the morning we noticed what looked like a small mushroom growing from the caulking on the outside of the tub. I don’t think we will ever do a Super 8 again.

It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but there was a water main break and issues ensued because of that. The staff was very apologetic and offered a lot of bottled water. The room was very clean, but it is time for the carpet to be cleaned and/or replaced.

Damp room. Carpet was wet to the touch. Horrible damp musty smell. Sold out so was told our only option was to crank the heat and open a window. We had to leave the room for about three hours while leaving the heat on because we couldn’t stand to be in the room. Was ok after a few hours but left as early as we could in the morning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet town but has a Dublin donuts across the street. The hotel is outdated and had a broken bed along with a sofa bed that was ready to break. Luckily we were only staying for 1 night.

We stayed at Super 8 in Cobleskill NY from Aug.4- Aug 6th. Our King room was average but clean. AC was cold, there was a mini fridge and microwave. You could hear footsteps from upstairs, but quieted down by 11pm. Our only complaint was a very slow draining tub (after taking a shower). Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast consists of packaged muffins, pasteries, granola bars, toast, yogurt, coffee and juices. Nice to have some food included with your stay.

Pretty much the only hotel in town so had little choice I starting there. The hotel is two floors and has no elevator. This is not usually a big deal but I had a visible issue with my leg, a brace and a crutch, and I was told that I could not get a first floor room. I had to not only walk up a flight if steps with a bad leg, but I was also given the room the furthest away from the staircase. I don’t think the woman working was trying to be a jerk, I just think she was incapable understanding the situation. As for the free breakfast, let’s just say there’s a Dunkin Donuts across the street.

We stay here multiple times a year for horse shows and always have a good experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Any time I’ve had a minor issue it’s always quickly resolved.

The building is set in the country, but it's only a few minute drive to shop and only 7 minutes to downtown Cobleskill. A very nice little downtown!

Bare bones hotel with friendly staff. Convenient to “downtown” Cobleskill and some restaurants. Can recommend the Bull’s Head Inn for dinner. Relatively inexpensive hotel and perfectly fine for a night or two.

A very run-down place that needs a lot of renovations. The overall condition was old and used. The carpet in our room was torn and stained. The furniture had water damage and was old. The staff was friendly and check in was seamless. The breakfast consists of grab and go items like muffins, pastries, yogurt and fruit cups individually packaged. They also have packaged oatmeal and fresh apples. There is water, apple juice, orange juice, tea and coffee. The rooms are clean and updated but lack usb charging ports. I was in the area to visit the College so it is a great option for this type of visit. You have plenty of food options throughout the area with Wal-Mart close to the property.

Small towns don't usually have a lot of choices in hotel. The Super 8 in Cobleskill exceeded my expectations for the brand. Staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was more than indicated on the website. Overall nice experience

Yes outdated, but clean and staff were friendly and helpful. My room cardkey didn’t work so the front desk girl walked me to my room to make sure we got in. Breakfast was not too good with prepackaged pastry and muffins. The did have real apples!
