Friendly staffs, lots of parking and even for EVa—see picture. Small but nice indoor pool. Clean room and decorations for college grads.

This was a geat place to stay, if I could give it 4.5 stars I would. The room was clean, had usb outlets and was quiet and private. The staff went out of their way to be friendly welcoming and helpful. That was very much appreciated. The pool are was the least cleanly, but fine for an indoor hotel pool. The dining room chairs didn’t seem to match the table heights, some way too short and some too high. That’s the only thing I’d say that was not great, considering we ate breakfast everyday there which was a nice buffet of eggs sausage and baked goods. Thank you. Will stay again!

They happily accommodated early checkin. The place was mostly very clean except for some very minor points. Room temperature was good, gym was spacious and clean. Only gripe is soundproofing was minimal, heard the neighbors in their bathroom and opening their window shades. Breakfast room and selection was nice, but had to wait for the eggs to be replenished and short hours.

Stayed here for 2 nights and was very pleased with the accomodations. The breakfast was delicious, the gym was nice and clean and the pool was great.

Extremely accommodating, excite hotel staff Joanna help me when I was in an extreme pitch. Which we greatly appreciated. Wish I had more time to stay in the hotel to use there facilities. If I am back in the area I would definitely stay here again

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. Facility had all we needed. Clean rooms and workout facility. Pool for the kids and just enough breakfast. Friendly staff and continent location.

Great service! Smooth check in, friendly desk attendant. Helpful staff. Complimentary Breakfast had a good selection and was hot and fresh! A nice perk for any hotel stay. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially the Serta beds! Modern and well lit. Bathrooms clean and shower came equipped with soap/shampoo/conditioner. The hotel overall was immaculately clean (rooms included!) and it smelled amazing! I compared it to the scent of those hair care products you smell when you go into a high end salon & spa. Very relaxing atmosphere. Lobby clean and clutter free. Nice attached dining/lounge area set up in lobby. All tables clean. Elevators clean and functioning smoothly. The pool was just the right size, not too big not too small. It’s a saltwater pool system so gentle on your hair/skin/body with no chlorine smell or harsh chemicals. Stayed briefly for a night with my husband and 2 small kids and made the most of it! Highly recommend

wow! Gorgeous property! Must be all redone! Nicest lady checked us right in easily and early! Our room clean and perfect! Loved the pool but it was a little cold. Drove 5 min into town to eat at hollywoods for dinner. Very nice! Love cortland! Drove through the campus after an early dinner. Right near the hotel! Lots of memories from 20 plus years ago. Then off to cascades Waterpark tomorrow. Think it's about 10 min ways! Happy new year!

The gazebo is nice for sitting outside. Grass is welk kept.

Our room was very dusty around the coffee pot area ice bucket..towel rack in bathroom dirty with dead flys on it and in it.. not real happy for almost $200.00

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times, but was disappointed with my recent stay. Price was high, Toilet had not been cleaned and no soap left for us. Additionally the bed, sofa bed and pillows were not comfortable at all.

My room was changes 2 times. 1st room had mold smell, 2nd room the AC wasn't working, 3rd room was okay, but bathroom wasn't clean, only 1 thin sheet for the mattress that kept falling off cause it's old. They gave me 1 big towel and that was it. The hotel needs big time renovation and deep cleaning. This hotel isn't worth the $$$

I stayed in a suite for 2 nights. The hotel is a newer property and probably the best hotel in Cortland. The most important thing for me is quiet (so I can sleep). I was able to get a very quiet room on the third floor back side of the hotel overlooking green space, so there was no street noise. The fan in the in-wall HVAC unit didn't rattle (most of them do, especially when the A/C condenser kicks in), so on low speed (with the A/C turned off), it provided white noise. The property was clean enough, my bed, bed linens, and towels were very comfortable and clean. The property is safe and close to SUNY Cortland. Breakfast had plenty of options but is about average. No bananas or mix fruit (only apples and oranges). I felt the hotel is over priced for what I had, but I did have a suite and it was quiet and safe, which is the most important thing.

Could hear someone snoring in the room over ALL night. The walls were rattling. Staff was not helpful.

The pillows need to be thrown in the trash and new ones purchased. The mattresses were only fair. Marriott used to be known for their comfy pillows and mattresses. Not so at this property. The room was clean but dusty. The room could use a fresh look. It looked outdated and a little worn. For what the cost was, we should NOT have been asked if we needed daily maid service. It should be included.

The hotel is great, rooms are spacious and very clean. Ktichen area is adequate and the breakfast is excellent. What we didn't like is the noise. Two nights in a row we had to stand loud music and loud TVs. We were not able to rest peacefully.

it was all great. my only complaint is that our room was right next the electrical room and there was an obvious humming sound constantly. since we were there only one night we just went with it. it wasn’t very busy; perhaps they shouldn’t use that room unless they absolutely have to.

Very close to SUNY Cortland. Spacious rooms and easy check in. Only 2 minor negatives:: the room was humid and hot. A/C wasn’t switched on yet, so that was uncomfortable. And the beds were a little hard. Woke with an aching back.

The beds were too soft and the pillows were the worst part of it. Other than that it was a pretty good stay. Loved that the pool was open so long.

After a long and unexpected day of travel, we arrived at 8pm and were greated by Curtis, who was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond, by making some recommendations and printing out some places to go. We had alovely time in Cortland and surrounding areas.

I wish I remembered his name, but the gentleman at the front desk was amazing! He was efficient, courteous, and friendly, and he assisted our needs immediately.

This is a very expensive hotel compared to various other “Suites” hotels that I’ve stayed at. Aside from that, the staff was AWESOME! Zach, the overnight front desk staffer, was extremely helpful with my elderly parents during our very late check-in. The staffers in the morning were very courteous and helpful also when I was trying to reach a taxi/Uber.

My room had an issue with it initially. JoAnna at the front desk was incredible with service recovery- she brought a key to my new room to my door; so, I did not have to go back downstairs, brought a snack, and apologized for the inconvenience. She turned a potentially bad experience into a great one- kudos to her!

Where do I even start? First, I had to wait 15 minutes to check in. No one at the front desk. Rang the bell twice. A sign stated the front desk staff was multitasking and please be patient, that they would have something special after the wait. I barely got friendly service when they checked me in let alone something special. They told me someone would be at the front desk if we need anything 24 hours a day, no one was ever at the desk for anything. Housekeeping was only when requested. I requested housekeeping each night I was there. The first night they cleaned the bathroom and took the garbage. Didn't make the bed. The second night they made the bed (sort of), the sheets weren't tucked in the corners and all of it was sloppy. The third night they didn't come at all. I left tips each night as well. Went to the front desk to get change to do laundry. Put laundry in the machine. Change in machine. Detergent in machine. Went to press start and it was out of order. Had to pull all of the detergent soaked clothes out and find somewhere to do laundry. Why did the front desk give me change for laundry if they knew it wasn't working? And the bathrooms. One of the old style bathrooms where the shower curtain barely touches the tub. Impossible to keep the cheap shower curtains closed and also not get water on the floor. Water wouldn't get hot, barely warm. Water pressure was terrible. Pillows on the bed were extremely uncomfortable. The sheets were oversized and wouldn't fit the bed

Stayed here many times while visiting my daughter at SUNY Cortland. Best hotel in the area for the price. Staff is very nice and accommodating and the rooms are decent and clean.

Great location. Rooms allowed for privacy. Made it easy for a father to travel with his teenage daughter.

Very Nice Hotel - Nice 1 night stay - Breakfast is Chaos

Very clean, incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, nice staff. But for the price (a heavily booked weekend led to high prices), the breakfast was subpar. Breakfast was supposed to last until 10, but by 8:45, when the rest of my family came down, the oatmeal was gone and they simply said they wouldn't be bringing out any more. They only had dannon yogurt cups that are packed with sugar. The breakfast sausage patties were terrible, and there was no other meat option. There was less than a serving of scrambled eggs left when I went up, and that was around 8.
